Agrega lo siguiente:

“Aunque es un detalle que hayan cambiado el color negro por el azul, lo que protege mi identidad secreta, puede ser que quieran eludir el pago de derechos de autor.  Sobre todo, por mi discreta participación en la huelga de SAG-AFTRA, al lado de mi admirada Susan.  Como quiera, agradezco el humilde homenaje de HBO al más grande superhéroe que ha parido el planeta tierra: yo mero”

Casi al mismo tiempo, me ha llegado esto del Community Manager de HBO:

«En relación con el anuncio de la programación de la película referida, HBO aclara que no se refiere a Don Durito (DD para cuestiones legales) ni es una referencia al próximo aniversario del EZLN.  Es una mera coincidencia.  HBO reitera su compromiso con el sistema y ya está en trámites para amonestar a los responsables de nuestra programación en este lamentable malentendido.  HBO no hace películas, ni programa la exhibición de filmes de superhéroes reales, sólo de ficticios.  Y, previendo demandas del referido DD, advertimos que ya está, en nuestro departamento legal, toda la documentación que ampara nuestra inocencia.  No aceptaremos demandas mayores a 10 millones de USD, aunque estaríamos en disposición de redirigir a Guerrero la indemnización, siempre y cuando sea una cantidad razonable que no exceda el monto referido y que no pase por el Congreso de la Unión del cementerio llamado México.  Estamos en entera disposición para llegar a un arreglo razonable.  Atentamente.  El CEO de HBO»

Creo que esto ya se salió de control.

Ahora Durito estará insoportable.  Bueno, ya estaba, pero más (¿o es Max?).

Almost at the same time, I received this from the HBO Community Manager:

And, anticipating demands from the aforementioned DD, we want to warn that all the documentation that protects our innocence is already in our legal department. I think this has already gotten out of control.
