Los pueblos, las comunidades, naciones, colectivos, barrios y tribus originarias que somos el Congreso Nacional Indígena-Concejo Indígena de Gobierno, y el Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional, llamamos a tomar las acciones necesarias para desmontar la guerra de los poderosos en contra de la vida de la humanidad y el planeta entero, en particular el cerco paramilitar y la estructura que sostiene la violencia contra nuestros pueblos que, con dignidad, estamos decididos a frenar y desmontar.
Por lo que:
Considerando
Que la guerra narco paramilitar capitalista en contra de pueblos y comunidades miembros del Congreso Nacional Indígena, con la complicidad de los malos gobiernos y bandas criminales, se expande por muchas geografías de este país, pretendiendo imponer con terror el exterminio de la vida y la paz que defendemos para concretar sus violentos proyectos neoliberales.
Que continúa la impunidad ante el cobarde asesinato de nuestro hermano Samir Flores Soberanes de la comunidad indígena nahua de Amilcingo, Morelos, así como las intenciones de los dueños del dinero de hacer la criminal termoeléctrica en Huexca, Morelos.
Que el Concejo Indígena y Popular de Guerrero- Emiliano Zapata, miembros del CNI-CIG, convocan a romper el cerco narco paramilitar que organizaciones criminales imponen sobre la región de la montaña baja.
Que esta agresión permanente a nuestros compañeros está generando una crisis humanitaria ante la dificultad para ingresar alimentos y medicamentos a la región, el miedo de sembrar la tierra ante el riesgo de ser asesinados en la parcela, o el no poder tener abiertas las escuelas por temer un posible ataque a nuestras hijas e hijos.
CONVOCAMOS
A las redes de apoyo del Concejo Indígena de Gobierno, a las redes de resistencia y rebeldía, a la Sexta Nacional e Internacional, a las organizaciones y redes de derechos humanos, a lo sociedad civil consciente y solidaria, a participar en la:
CAMPAÑA POR LA VIDA LA PAZ Y LA JUSTICIA EN LA MONTAÑA DE GUERRERO
que partirá de la comunidad indígena nahua de Amilcingo, Morelos, el día 12 de julio de 2019 para estar los días 13 Y 14 de julio en la comunidad de Acahuehuetlan, municipio de Chilapa, Guerrero.
Con esta iniciativa, llamamos a realizar acciones paralelas y simultaneas en los espacios organizativos de todas y todos desde nuestras capacidades colectivas para parar la guerra capitalista en contra de los pueblos de Guerrero, con los que juntos romperemos el cerco impuesto por grupos criminales, que aliados con los malos gobiernos, pretenden acabar el poder de abajo con el terror y la violencia, porque saben que es ahí donde ellos serán derrotados.
Convocamos a participar en el ACOPIO DE ALIMENTOS, MEDICAMENTOS Y RECURSOS ECONÓMICOS QUE SE ESTARÁ REALIZANDO EN LA CALLE DR. CARMONA Y VALLE NO. 32, COLONIA DOCTORES, CIUDAD DE MÉXICO CON UN HORARIO DE 10:00 A 17:00 HORAS.

CALL BY THE CNI-CIG AND THE EZLN TO JOIN THE CAMPAIGN FOR LIFE, PEACE, AND JUSTICE IN THE MOUNTAIN REGION OF GUERRERO
The peoples, communities, nations, collectives, neighborhoods, and originary tribes that make up the National Indigenous Congress and the Indigenous Governing Council, as well as the Zapatista Army for National Liberation call for actions to dismantle the ongoing war by the powerful against the life of humanity and the entire planet. More specifically, we call for actions that will dismantle the structure and paramilitary siege that maintains the ongoing violence against our peoples who, with dignity, have decided to confront and end that structure.
For this reason and:
- Considering that the capitalist narco-paramilitary war that is conducted with the complicity of the bad government and criminal gangs against the peoples and communities that belong to the National Indigenous Congress is expanding throughout much of the country, and that today, through terror, these actors threaten to exterminate the life and peace that we defend so that they can complete their violent neoliberal projects.
- Considering that the impunity continues for the cowardly assassination of our brother Samir Flores Soberanes from the Nahua indigenous community of Amilcingo, Moreles, and that the intentions of the big moneyed interests to complete the criminal thermoelectric project in Huexca, Morelos remain unchanged.
- Considering that the Emiliano Zapata Indigenous and Popular Council (CIPOG-EZ), who are members of the CNI-CIG, have made a call to break the narco-paramilitary siege that criminal organizations have imposed on the lower mountainous region of Guerrero.
- Considering that the permanent aggression against our compañeros is creating a humanitarian crisis, it has made the introduction of food and medicine to the region difficult, it has made it near impossible for people to work their land due to the fear that they will face assassination in their fields, and it has made it so that these communities cannot open their schools for fear of a possible attack on our children.

The campaign will be leaving from the Indigenous Nahua community of Amilcingo, Morelos on July 12, 2019 and arrive in Acahuehuetlan, municipality of Chilapa, Guerrero where will remain on July 13 and 14.
Along with this initiative, we call for parallel and simultaneous actions in all every organizational space possible that will help put an end to the capitalist war against the peoples of Guerrero. With these actions we will break through the siege imposed by these criminal gangs who, along with the bad government, hope to put an end to the power that we have below through terror and violence. They do this, because they know that is where they will be defeated.
