Una vez más se remarca que, de arriba, no vendrán la verdad ni la justicia.
Nunca.
Jamás.
De arriba sólo hay que esperar simulación, engaño, impunidad, cinismo.
El criminal de arriba siempre tendrá absolución y recompensa. Porque quien lo juzga es el mismo que le paga. Son los mismo criminales y jueces. Son cabezas venenosas de la misma Hidra.
Y ahora tenemos un nuevo ejemplo:
Como zapatistas que somos, nos hemos dado cuenta de que, gordos y contentos, han regresado a sus casas en el poblado de La Realidad, dos de los autores intelectuales del asesinato del compañero maestro Galeano. Supuestamente estuvieron presos por el asesinato de nuestro maestro y compañero. Sabemos ya que han sido declarados inocentes del crimen por los mismos que los financiaron y apoyan: los gobiernos federal y estatal de Chiapas. El autodenominado “juez” Víctor Manuel Zepeda López, del ramo penal de Comitán de Domínguez, Chiapas, el día 12 de agosto de este año, sentenció que los señores Carmelino Rodríguez Jiménez y Javier López Rodríguez son inocentes, a pesar de que ellos y sus cómplices de la CIOAC-Histórica saben que son culpables de organizar el crimen. No los únicos, pero también lo son.
A escondidas los llevaron de vuelta a La Realidad. Les dijeron que no se mostraran mucho y fueran discretos, pero la soberbia de quien se sabe impune frente a la justicia de arriba, les suelta la lengua. Ahí declaran, a quien quiera escucharlos, que no estuvieron presos, sino guardados en una casa donde recibían todas las atenciones y la felicitaciones del gobierno estatal de Manuel Velasco y de los líderes de la CIOAC-Histórica por el asesinato del maestro Galeano, y que les dijeron que tenían que esperar un tiempo para volver a su pueblo “y seguir con lo que quedó pendiente”.

It is once again made clear that truth and justice will never, ever come from above.
From above the only thing we can expect is pretense, deceit, impunity, and cynicism.
The criminal above will always receive absolution and reward, because the one who judges him is the same one who pays him. They are the same, criminals and judges. They are poisonous heads of the same Hydra.
Now we have a new example:
As Zapatistas, we have realized that the intellectual authors of the murder of the compañero and teacher Galeano have returned, fat and happy, to their homes in the village of La Realidad. They were supposedly being held prisoner for the murder of our teacher and compañero. We already know that they have been declared innocent of this crime by the same people who financed and supported them: the federal and Chiapas state governments. On August 12 of this year, the self-proclaimed “judge” Victor Manuel Zepeda López, of the criminal court in Comitán de Domínguez, Chiapas, declared that Mr. Carmelino Rodríguez Jiménez and Mr. Javier López Rodríguez are innocent, despite that fact that they and their accomplices in the CIOAC-Histórica know that they are guilty of organizing the crime. They aren’t the only ones responsible, but they are guilty.
They were secretly brought back to La Realidad. They were told not to be out and about much and to be discreet, but the pridefulness of those who know they have impunity with regard to justice from above means that they have loose tongues. Thus they are declaring, to anyone who will listen, that they weren’t prisoners at all, but rather staying at a house where they received plentiful attention and congratulations from the state government of Manuel Velasco and the leaders of the CIOAC-Histórica for the murder of the teacher Galeano. They were told that they would have to wait for a time before returning to their village “to continue the work left pending.”

El presente estudio es una sucinta revisión reflexiva sobre algunas experiencias históricas donde el actor central son los niños y las niñas zapatistas. Se resalta la importancia del acompañamiento adulto y la participación política de la niñez como integrantes plenos de pueblos y comunidades en lucha, movimientos sociales y organizaciones políticas.
Este texto se fue gestando hace dos años, a la luz del desarrollo del Seminario «20 años de la rebelión zapatista» sucedido durante el año 2013 en la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Unidad Xochimilco. Se conformó de diversas sesiones temáticas relacionadas con la tierra y territorio, la educación, la salud, la economía y cooperativas, el género, la autonomía y, por supuesto, los niños y jóvenes en la travesía del zapatismo. Algunas ponencias ahí presentadas fueron publicadas en la Revista Argumentos, Número 73, A 20 años de la rebelión zapatista: autonomía es vida, sumisión es muerte.
A propósito del semillero El pensamiento crítico frente a la hidra capitalista convocado por los zapatistas y realizado durante el mes de mayo del 2015 en el CIDECI, el presente documento cobra especial relevancia, pues en diversas participaciones durante el seminario se habló no de tres, sino de cinco generaciones de zapatistas.
