SOBRE EL ALLANAMIENTO AL DOMICILIO DE LA DIRECTORA DEL
CENTRO DE DERECHOS HUMANOS FRAY BARTOLOMÉ DE LAS CASAS

Desde el Colectivo Armadillo Suomi, expresamos nuestra profunda preocupación, solidaridad incondicional y enérgica condena ante el allanamiento al domicilio de la directora del Centro de Derechos Humanos Fray Bartolomé de las Casas (Frayba), en el estado de Chiapas, México.

Este acto representa una grave violación a los derechos humanos y una forma más de hostigamiento e intimidación contra quienes defienden la vida, la justicia y la dignidad de los pueblos. Denunciamos que esta agresión no es un hecho aislado, sino parte de una campaña continua de hostilidad dirigida a integrantes del Frayba, una organización de derechos humanos con más de tres décadas de trabajo comprometido en la defensa de los derechos de los pueblos indígenas y comunidades en resistencia.

Condenamos enérgicamente este acto violento y expresamos nuestra total solidaridad con Dora Robledo, directora de Frayba. Lo decimos fuerte y claro:

¡No estás sola!

Hacemos un llamado al Estado mexicano para que:

  • Garantice de manera inmediata la seguridad, integridad y libertad de Dora Robledo y de todas las personas integrantes del Centro de Derechos Humanos Frayba.
  • Evite cualquier encubrimiento u omisión que pueda obstruir la justicia en la investigación del allanamiento a su domicilio.
  • Cumpla con su deber de proteger el trabajo legítimo y esencial de las personas defensoras de derechos humanos, en lugar de criminalizarlas.

Desde nuestras propias geografías, luchas y resistencias, reiteramos:

¡Frayba no está solo!
¡Estamos observando!
¡Defender los derechos no es un crimen!

REGARDING THE RAID ON THE HOME OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE
FRAY BARTOLOMÉ DE LAS CASAS
HUMAN RIGHTS CENTER

From the Armadillo Suomi Collective, we express our deep concern, unconditional solidarity, and strong condemnation of the raid on the home of the director of the Fray Bartolomé de las Casas Human Rights Center (Frayba), in the state of Chiapas, Mexico.

This act represents a serious violation of human rights and yet another form of harassment and intimidation against those who defend life, justice, and the dignity of the people. We denounce that this aggression is not an isolated incident, but rather part of a continuing campaign of hostility aimed at members of Frayba, a human rights organization with over three decades of committed work in defense of the rights of Indigenous peoples and communities in resistance.

We strongly condemn this violent act and express our full solidarity with Dora Robledo, director of Frayba. We say it loud and clear:

You are not alone!

We call on the Mexican State to:

Immediately guarantee the safety, integrity, and freedom of Dora Robledo and all members of the Frayba Human Rights Center.

Avoid any cover-up or omission that could obstruct justice in the investigation of the raid on her home.

Fulfill its duty to protect the legitimate and essential work of human rights defenders, rather than criminalize them.

From our own geographies, struggles, and resistances, we reiterate:
