[:es]En tiempos recientes, el Estado turco ha incrementado las amenazas de guerra contra la Federación Democrática del Noreste de Siria, territorio kurdo donde desde hace años se viene construyendo la autonomía con un gobierno laico en el que la liberación de la mujer ha jugado un papel central. Ante dicha amenaza, se ha conformado una Campaña internacional para defender la revolución en Rojava y sus logros.

La campaña, que utiliza el hasthag #riseup4rojava, identifica las empresas internacionales que apoyan el fascismo turco por medio de un wiki y un OpenStreetMap que se actualizan continuamente, cono insumos para acciones de boicot y protesta alrededor del mundo.

En el momento el llamado incluye dos acciones:

Día de acción internacional (6 y 7 de septiembre de 2019) para interrumpir y bloquear los espacios de colaboración económica, diplomática y militar con el Estado turco.

LLamada para el día X: Movilización internacional contra la invasión turca en el norte de Siria.

A seguir, el texto de la Convocatoria Mundial:

Mientras la población de Rojava continúa su lucha por la autodeterminación, la liberación de la mujer y la democracia radical, defendiéndose contra los ataques de las bandas yihadistas y el estado fascista turco, los representantes de los gobiernos hipócritas se dan la mano a los opresores turcos.

Mientras que en Ankara se hacen planes de liquidación contra la revolución en Kurdistán y Siria, las industrias de armamento europeas, Rusas y Norteamericanas se enriquecen día a día como resultado directo de las guerras en el Medio Oriente. Obtienen beneficios que cuestan millones de vidas.

Mientras cientos de miles de personas han sido desplazadas de Afrin por bandas yihadistas apoyadas, equipadas y vigiladas por el ejército turco, estos yihadistas y sus familias se están instalando y explotando los recursos de la población. Están vendiendo el símbolo del propio Afrin, aceite de oliva procedente de olivos que se han cultivado allí durante cientos de años, desde Turquía hasta España y otros países europeos.

Esto es lo que quiere decir el Estado turco cuando afirma que está asegurando su frontera: limpieza étnica y bandas yihadistas que atacan a la población local.

No sólo en Áfrin, sino también en las montañas del Kurdistán y en las cárceles turcas, se está librando una fuerte resistencia contra estas políticas y estos ataques. En el norte de Siria, el SDF, el YPJ y el YPG aniquilaron recientemente los vestigios del Estado islámico. Esta victoria histórica sólo fue posible gracias a la valentía y el sacrificio de miles de mártires y a la heroica resistencia de la población local. Miles de mujeres se han organizado y liberado, y se han fundado innumerables comunas y cooperativas. Las sociedades del Kurdistán, del norte y del este de Siria, se han levantado y avanzan día a día.

Con el éxito continuo de la revolución, las amenazas de Erdogan de nuevos e importantes ataques militares contra el norte de Siria con el objetivo de aniquilar totalmente la revolución van en aumento.

Turquía proclama su éxito en la “contención” de la crisis de los refugiados fuera de las fronteras de Europa, pero cada vez más personas se dan cuenta del verdadero rostro de este régimen. En realidad, hasta que el fascismo turco sea derrotado, ISIS seguirá siendo una amenaza y la revolución de Rojava estará bajo ataque.

Debemos exponer y atacar la cooperación militar y diplomática entre el gobierno del AKP-MHP y los gobiernos oportunistas de los Estados Unidos y los estados de Europa occidental. Tenemos que construir una resistencia colectiva contra la cooperación de nuestros gobiernos con el fascismo turco. La lucha física contra la agresión turca y yihadista en Oriente Medio debe estar explícitamente relacionada con la lucha contra las políticas de los gobiernos cómplices de todo el mundo. Si más movimientos democráticos y revolucionarios se movilizan y organizan a través de nuestras comunidades y aulas, agitando en nuestros lugares de trabajo y en los medios de comunicación, podemos establecer un segundo frente contra el fascismo turco y el imperialismo en Oriente Medio.

Debemos ampliar nuestras acciones, conectarlas e internacionalizarlas. Tenemos que pasar de una política de protesta a una resistencia política permanente. El ejército turco está disparando sus armas y la OTAN está suministrando las municiones. El pueblo del Kurdistán y del norte de Siria ya está respondiendo a estos ataques. Nosotros, como antifascistas y fuerzas revolucionarias, tomaremos medidas – a través de la ocupación, el bloqueo y la interrupción – contra los lugares de cooperación militar, diplomática y económica con el fascismo turco en nuestros países.

En solidaridad con la gente de Rojava, mostraremos solidaridad a través de los siguientes objetivos y acciones:

1. Defendemos la Revolución y sus logros. Nos alineamos con la revolución en Kurdistán, la lucha definitoria contra la mayor manifestación del fascismo de nuestro tiempo, y por la liberación de la mujer y de la sociedad.

Consideramos que este proceso revolucionario está en línea con la resistencia en curso en la historia de la humanidad, después de la Revolución de Octubre, la Guerra Civil Española y la Revolución Cubana.

2. Interrumpiremos, bloquearemos y ocuparemos empresas e instituciones financieras que apoyan al fascismo turco militar o financieramente. Esto incluye exponer verdades y difundir información, así como acciones de masas y desobediencia civil.

3. Denunciamos a todas las asociaciones, gobiernos y alianzas que apoyan al estado fascista turco. Tenemos que analizar su cooperación y revelar sus motivos de interés propio. Los enemigos de la revolución en Kurdistán y Siria son también nuestros enemigos. Nos oponemos a las políticas de intervención y ocupación de los países de la OTAN y de la Federación Rusa en Oriente Medio.

4. Evitaremos que las mentiras de la propaganda turca se propaguen y de esta manera negaremos al fascismo turco cualquier espacio para respirar. A través del cabildeo y la propaganda tratan de difundir su ideología y obtener apoyo para su guerra criminal. Lucharemos contra esta ideología. El fascismo turco es nuestro enemigo común, nuestra unidad es el antifascismo internacionalista!

 [:en]In recent times, the Turkish state has increased the threats of war against the Democratic Federation of Northeastern Syria, Kurdish territory where autonomy has been built in recent years, with a secular government where women’s liberation has played a central role. While the population of Rojava continues their struggle for self-determination, women’s liberation and radical democracy, defending itself against the attacks of jihadist gangs and the fascist Turkish state, the representatives of hypocritical governments shake hands with the Turkish oppressors.

While liquidation plans against the revolution in Kurdistan and Syria are made in Ankara, the European, Russian and USA weapon industries become richer day by day as a direct result of the wars in the Middle East. They make profits which cost millions of lives.

While hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced from Afrin by jihadist gangs supported, equipped and monitored by the Turkish army, these jihadists and their families are settling and exploiting the resources of the people. They are selling the symbol of Afrin itself, olive oil from olive trees that have been cultivated there for hundreds of years, through Turkey to Spain and other European countries. This is what the Turkish state means when it claims to be securing its border: ethnic cleansing and jihadist gangs attacking the local people.

Not only in Afrin, but also in the mountains of Kurdistan and in the Turkish prisons, a huge resistance is being waged against these policies and attacks. In Northern Syria, the SDF, YPJ and YPG recently wiped out the remains of the Islamic State. This historic victory was only made possible through the bravery and sacrifice of thousands of martyrs, and the heroic resistance of local people. Thousands of women have organized and liberated themselves, and countless communes and cooperatives have been founded. The societies of Kurdistan, of Northern and Eastern Syria, have risen and are advancing day by day.

With the ongoing success of the revolution, Erdogan’s threats of further major military attacks on Northern Syria with the aim of total annihilation of the revolution, are increasing.

Turkey is proclaiming its success in “containment” of the refugee crisis outside the borders of Europe, but more and more people are realizing the true face of this regime. In reality, until Turkish fascism is defeated, ISIS will continue to be a threat and the revolution of Rojava will be under attack.

We must expose and attack the military and diplomatic cooperation between the AKP-MHP government and opportunist governments of the USA and Western European states. We have to build a collective resistance against the cooperation of our governments with Turkish fascism. The physical fight against Turkish and jihadist aggression in the Middle East must explicitly be connected to the fight against the policies of complicit governments around the world. If more democratic and revolutionary movements mobilise and organise through our communities and class rooms, agitating in our workplaces and the media, we can establish a second front against Turkish fascism and imperialism in Middle-East.

We must expand our actions, connect them and internationalise them. We have to trespass from a politics of protest to permanent political resistance. The Turkish army is firing their weapons, and NATO is providing the ammunition. The people of Kurdistan and Northern Syria are already responding to these attacks. We, as anti-fascists and revolutionary forces, will take action – through occupation, blockade and disruption – against the places of military, diplomatic and economical cooperation for Turkish fascism in our countries.

In solidarity with the people of Rojava, we will show solidarity through the following goals and actions:

1. We defend the Revolution and its achievements. We align ourselves with the revolution in Kurdistan, the defining struggle against the biggest manifestation of fascism of our time, and for the liberation of women and society.
We see this revolutionary process as being in line with the ongoing resistance in the history of humanity, following the October Revolution, the Spanish Civil War and the Cuban Revolution.

2. We will disrupt, block and occupy companies and financial institutions which support Turkish fascism militarily or financially. This includes exposing truths and spreading information, as well as mass actions and civil disobedience.

3. We denounce all associations, governments and alliances supporting the Turkish fascist state. We have to analyze their cooperation and disclose their self interested motives. The enemies of the revolution in Kurdistan and Syria are also our enemies. We oppose the intervention and occupation policies of the NATO-countries and the Russian Federation in the Middle East.

4. We will prevent the lies of the Turkish propaganda from spreading and in this way deny Turkish fascism any breathing room. Through lobbying and propaganda they try to spread their ideology and gain support for their criminal war. We will fight this ideology. Turkish fascism is our common enemy, our unity is internationalist anti-fascism!
