CONSIDERANDO LA AMENAZA REAL, COMPROBADA CIENTÍFICAMENTE, PARA LA VIDA HUMANA QUE REPRESENTA EL CONTAGIO DEL COVID-19, TAMBIÉN CONOCIDO COMO “CORONAVIRUS”.

CONSIDERANDO LA FRÍVOLA IRRESPONSABILIDAD Y LA FALTA DE SERIEDAD DE LOS MALOS GOBIERNOS Y DE LA CLASE POLÍTICA EN SU TOTALIDAD, QUE HACEN USO DE UN PROBLEMA HUMANITARIO PARA ATACARSE MUTUAMENTE, EN LUGAR DE TOMAR LAS MEDIDAS NECESARIAS PARA ENFRENTAR ESE PELIGRO QUE AMENAZA LA VIDA SIN DISTINCIÓN DE NACIONALIDAD, SEXO, RAZA, LENGUA, CREENCIA RELIGIOSA, MILITANCIA POLÍTICA, CONDICIÓN SOCIAL E HISTORIA.

CONSIDERANDO LA FALTA DE INFORMACIÓN VERAZ Y OPORTUNA SOBRE EL ALCANCE Y GRAVEDAD DEL CONTAGIO, ASÍ COMO LA AUSENCIA DE UN PLAN REAL PARA AFRONTAR LA AMENAZA.

CONSIDERANDO EL COMPROMISO ZAPATISTA EN NUESTRA LUCHA POR LA VIDA.

HEMOS DECIDIDO:

PRIMERO.- DECRETAR LA ALERTA ROJA EN NUESTROS PUEBLOS, COMUNIDADES Y BARRIOS, Y EN TODAS LAS INSTANCIAS ORGANIZATIVAS ZAPATISTAS.

SEGUNDO.- RECOMENDAR A LAS JUNTAS DE BUEN GOBIERNO Y MUNICIPIOS AUTONÓMOS REBELDES ZAPATISTAS, EL CIERRE TOTAL DE LOS CARACOLES Y CENTROS DE RESISTENCIA Y REBELDÍA, DE FORMA INMEDIATA.

TERCERO.- RECOMENDAR A LAS BASES DE APOYO Y A TODA LA ESTRUCTURA ORGANIZATIVA SEGUIR UNA SERIE DE RECOMENDACIONES Y MEDIDAS DE HIGIENE EXTRAORDINARIAS QUE LES SERÁN TRASMITIDAS EN LAS COMUNIDADES, PUEBLOS Y BARRIOS ZAPATISTAS.

CUARTO.- ANTE LA AUSENCIA DE LOS MALOS GOBIERNOS, EXHORTAR A TODAS, A TODOS Y A TODOAS, EN MÉXICO Y EL MUNDO, A QUE TOMEN LAS MEDIDAS SANITARIAS NECESARIAS QUE, CON BASES CIENTÍFICAS, LES PERMITAN SALIR ADELANTE Y CON VIDA DE ESTA PANDEMIA.

QUINTO.- LLAMAMOS A NO DEJAR CAER LA LUCHA CONTRA LA VIOLENCIA FEMINICIDA, A CONTINUAR LA LUCHA EN DEFENSA DEL TERRITORIO Y LA MADRE TIERRA, A MANTENER LA LUCHA POR L@S DESAPARECID@S, ASESINAD@S Y ENCARCELAD@S, Y A LEVANTAR BIEN ALTO LA BANDERA DE LA LUCHA POR LA HUMANIDAD.

SEXTO.- LLAMAMOS A NO PERDER EL CONTACTO HUMANO, SINO A CAMBIAR TEMPORALMENTE LAS FORMAS PARA SABERNOS COMPAÑERAS, COMPAÑEROS, COMPAÑEROAS, HERMANAS, HERMANOS, HERMANOAS.

LA PALABRA Y EL OÍDO, CON EL CORAZÓN, TIENEN MUCHOS CAMINOS, MUCHOS MODOS, MUCHOS CALENDARIOS Y MUCHAS GEOGRAFÍAS PARA ENCONTRARSE.  Y ESTA LUCHA POR LA VIDA PUEDE SER UNO DE ELLOS.

We write to inform you that:

Given the serious and scientifically proven risk to human life presented by COVID-19 or “Coronavirus”;

Given the frivolous irresponsibility and lack of seriousness shown by the bad governments and the political class in its entirety who are using this serious humanitarian problem to attack each other instead of taking the necessary measures to confront a life-threatening virus which endangers all regardless of nationality, gender, race, language, religion, political affiliation, social class, or history;

Given the lack of accurate and timely information about the spread and severity of the virus and the lack of a coherent plan to confront it, and;

Given that our commitment as Zapatistas is to struggle for life;

We have decided the following:

First: We declare a red alert in all of our communities, towns, barrios, and Zapatista organizational bodies.

Second: To the Juntas de Buen Gobierno [Good Government Councils] and the Zapatista Autonomous Municipalities in Rebellion, we recommend the full and immediate closure of the Caracoles and Centers of Resistance and Rebellion.

Third: To the bases of support and the entire Zapatista organizational structure, we recommend adherence to the series of recommendations and special hygiene measures which will be distributed in all Zapatista communities, towns, and barrios.

Fourth: Given the total absence of the bad governments, we strongly urge everyone [todos, todas, todoas] in Mexico and around the world to follow the necessary scientifically-based sanitary measures that will allow us to survive this pandemic.

Fifth: We call on you to sustain the struggle against femicides and violence against women, to continue the struggle in defense of territory and Mother Earth, to maintain the struggle for the disappeared, murdered, and imprisoned, and to hold high the flag of the struggle for humanity.

Sixth: We call on all not to lose human contact, but rather to temporarily change our forms of relating as compañeras, compañeros, compañeroas, sisters, brothers, and hermanoas.

The word, the listening ear, and the heart have many ways—paths, calendars, and geographies—in and on which to meet. This struggle for life can be one of them.

A las Mujeres que luchan en México y el Mundo.
De: Las Mujeres indígenas zapatistas del EZLN.

Compañera y hermana:

Te saludamos a nombre de las mujeres indígenas zapatistas de todas las edades, tanto desde las pichitas hasta las de más juicio, que sea de edad. Esperamos que te encuentres bien y luchando en compañía de tus familias, hermanas y compañeras.

Acá tenemos muchos problemas por razón de los paramilitares que ahora son del partido Morena, y antes fueron del PRI, el PAN, el PRD y el Verde Ecologista.

Pero no es de eso que te queremos platicar, sino de algo que es más urgente y más importante. Que sea de las grandes violencias que hay contra las mujeres y que se ve que no se detienen, sino que aumentan y también aumenta la crueldad. Los asesinatos y desapariciones de mujeres ya son una locura que antes no se podía imaginar. Ninguna mujer, de cualquier edad, clase social, militancia política, color, raza o creencia religiosa, está a salvo. Tal vez podríamos pensar que las mujeres ricas, las gobernantes y las famosas, que tienen cómo protegerse con sus guardias y policías, podrían decir que están seguras, pero ni ellas, porque no son pocas las veces que la violencia que nos desaparece, nos secuestra y nos asesina, viene de familiares, amistades y conocidos.

Hay que acabar con esas violencias, vengan de donde vengan. Por eso hicimos antes un llamado a manifestarnos, como mujeres que somos, el día 8 de marzo del 2020. Cada quien según su modo, su lugar y su tiempo. Y llamamos a que la demanda principal de esas manifestaciones sea detener la violencia contra las mujeres. Y ahí también decir claro que no olvidamos a las desaparecidas y asesinadas en todos los gobiernos, sean tricolores, azules, verdes, amarillos, guindas, naranjas, cafés o cualquiera que sea su color, porque son los mismos. Y para recordarles a los malos gobiernos y a ellas que nos faltan, propusimos que llevemos una señal de color negro en nuestra ropa. Porque estamos de luto por tanta matazón que hay de mujeres en todo el mundo. Y peor todavía que ya ni las pichitas están seguras.

Hermana y compañera:

Hace unos días, lo supimos que un grupo de hermanas feministas de Veracruz, del colectivo “Brujas del Mar”, se pensó una buena idea y llamó a una iniciativa de movilización de protesta contra la violencia. Su idea es hacer el día 9 de marzo una movilización de ausencia, o sea que se vea y se sienta qué pasa sin mujeres, que sea un Paro de Mujeres.

Que sea no ir a trabajar, no comprar, no movernos, que no nos vean. Porque, lo dicen claro, parece como que las mujeres somos el enemigo principal y el sistema nos quiere liquidar, o sea aniquilar.

Después lo miramos lo que pasó con los machitos y las machitas patriarcales que hay en el mal gobierno, los partidos políticos y los grandes empresarios. Ya no les importa la desgracia maldita que viven y mueren las mujeres en México. Lo que les interesa es montarse encima de ese dolor y, borrándolo, pelearse por quién es más chingón.

Por medio de este comunicado hacemos público que compañeros y compañeras de las comunidades de San Antonio Bulujib y Guaquitepec, municipio de Chilón, Chiapas, pertenecientes al Congreso Nacional Indígena (CNI), fueron violentados, reprimidos y secuestrados a las 17:00 horas del pasado 23 de febrero por las autoridades ejidales de San Antonio Bulujib pertenecientes a los grupos paramilitares de los llamados “CHINCHULINES” y “ORCAO”, así como por integrantes del partido MORENA en la región; en REPRESALIA POR HABER PARTICIPADO EN LAS JORNADAS EN DEFENSA DEL TERRITORIO Y LA MADRE TIERRA “SAMIR SOMOS TODAS Y TODOS” convocadas por el Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional y el CNI. Se trata de María Cruz Espinoza, Juana Pérez Espinoza, Feliz López Pérez, María Cruz Gómez, Ana Gómez Hernández, Alejandra Gómez, María Luisa Pérez Gómez de 1 año de edad, María del Rosario Mazariegos Gómez de 11 meses de edad, Manuel Cruz Espinoza, Juan Gómez Núñez, Isidro Pérez Cruz, quienes fueron golpeados y secuestrados por haber colocado un letrero alusivo a las Jornadas “Samir Somos Todas y Todos” a la entrada del pueblo de San Antonio Bulujib.

El día 24 de febrero, hasta las 8:30 de la noche, después de más de 24 horas de haber sido privados de su libertad, nuestros compañeros y compañeras miembros del CNI fueron liberad@s bajo condiciones: las autoridades de la comunidad de San Antonio Bulujib dijeron que si el grupo de CNI querían que se arregle el problema pagaran una multa de quince rejas de refrescos y dos mil quinientos pesos, siendo amenazados para el caso de que no paguen la multa que impuso la autoridad y condicionando su permanencia en la comunidad a renunciar los once detenidos a ser integrantes de CNI. Asimismo, las autoridades ejidales indicaron que si nuestros compañeros y compañeras no pagan la multa para la tarde del domingo 01 de marzo de 2020, serán desalojados de sus tierras y casas, mismas que serán vendidas, y se les encerrará en la cárcel del pueblo.

Hacemos responsables a los tres niveles de gobierno y a los grupos paramilitares organizados en las comunidades, de lo que pueda ocurrirle a nuestras compañeras y compañeros, y específicamente hacemos responsables al titular del ejecutivo federal, ANDRÉS MANUEL LÓPEZ OBRADOR, al titular del ejecutivo estatal de Chiapas, RUTILIO ESCANDÓN, a la autoridad ejidal de San Antonio Bulujib, MIGUEL LÓPEZ GUZMÁN, al Consejo de Vigilancia, MATEO GÓMEZ MÉNDEZ, miembro de la organización ORCAO y CHINCHULINES, al Agente Auxiliar Municipal JUAN SILVANO MORENO, a su suplente MANUEL GÓMEZ PÉREZ, y a JOSÉ PÉREZ, supuesto líder de la ORCAO, promotor de paramilitares que se dedica a provocar e invadir tierras, cobijado por los malos gobiernos federal, estatal y municipal; quienes en nombre de una supuesta cuarta transformación están atentando en contra de la seguridad y la vida de los once compañeros y compañeras arriba nombrados y demás familias del CNI.

Llamamos a la SOLIDARIDAD Y APOYO HACIA NUESTROS HERMAN@S DEL CNI EN CHILÓN POR PARTE DE TODAS LAS COMUNIDADES, ORGANIZACIONES Y COLECTIVOS QUE SE ADHIRIERON A LAS JORNADAS EN DEFENSA DEL TERRITORIO Y LA MADRE TIERRA “SAMIR SOMOS TODAS Y TODOS”, en Chiapas, en México y en el mundo.

We hereby denounce the assault, repression, and kidnapping of eleven members of the National Indigenous Congress (CNI) from the communities of San Antonio Bulujib and Guaquitepec in the municipality of Chilón, Chiapas, on February 23 at 5:00pm by the ejidal authorities of San Antonio Bulujib who belong to the “CHINCHULINES” and “ORCAO” paramilitary groups, and by MORENA party members in the region. This attack was carried out in retaliation for the CNI members’ participation in the “Days of Action in Defense of Territory and Mother Earth ‘We Are All Samir’”, convoked by the Zapatista Army for National Liberation and the CNI, in this case for having hung a sign regarding the event at the town entrance of San Antonio Bulujib. The names of those attacked are: María Cruz Espinoza, Juana Pérez Espinoza, Feliz López Pérez, María Cruz Gómez, Ana Gómez Hernández, Alejandra Gómez, María Luisa Pérez Gómez (one year old), María del Rosario Mazariegos Gómez (11 months old), Manuel Cruz Espinoza, Juan Gómez Núñez, and Isidro Pérez Cruz.

After being held for 24 hours, our CNI compañeros and compañeras were released at 8:30 pm on February 24, under the following conditions imposed by San Antonio Bulujib ejidal authorities: that the eleven CNI members pay a fine of 2500 pesos along with 15 cases of soft drinks and renounce their CNI membership if they wanted to remain in the community. Our compañeros and compañeras were threatened with eviction from their lands and houses if they didn’t pay the fine by Sunday, March 1, 2020, on which date their lands and houses would be sold and they would be locked up in the town jail.

We hold all three levels of government as well as the paramilitary groups organized in our communities responsible for anything that happens to our compañeros and compañeras. We specifically hold responsible the president of Mexico ANDRÉS MANUEL LÓPEZ OBRADOR, the governor of Chiapas, RUTILIO ESCANDÓN, the San Antonio Bulujib ejidal authority, MIGUEL LÓPEZ GUZMÁN, the community’s Security Deputy, MATEO GÓMEZ MÉNDEZ, who is also a member of the ORCAO and CHINCHULINES organizations, the Municipal Auxiliary Agent JUAN SILVANO MORENO and his assistant MANUEL GÓMEZ PÉREZ, and JOSÉ PÉREZ, supposed leader of ORCAO who supports and promotes the paramilitaries who invade community lands and are protected by the bad governments at the federal, state, and municipal levels. It is in the name of the supposed Fourth Transformation that these people have threatened the safety and lives of the eleven CNI compañeros and compañeras named above, as well as that of other CNI families.

We call on all of the communities, organizations, and collectives in Chiapas, Mexico, and the world who participated in the “Days of Action in Defense of Territory and Mother Earth ‘We Are All Samir’” for their solidarity and support for our CNI sisters and brothers in Chilón.

El Congreso Nacional Indígena, el Concejo Indígena de Gobierno y el Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional, denunciamos la cobarde detención de nuestro compañero Miguel López Vega, delegado del Congreso Nacional Indígena, miembro de la radio comunitaria de Zacatepec, y parte del Frente de Pueblos en Defensa de la Tierra y Agua de Puebla, Morelos y Tlaxcala, por personas armadas del mal gobierno que sin identificarse privaron de su libertad a Miguel por una presunta orden de aprehensión.

El secuestro de nuestro compañero a las afueras de la Secretaría General de Gobierno a las 14:30 horas de hoy 24 de enero, es la respuesta, de quienes dicen que gobiernan este país, a la determinación de los pueblos originarios de impedir la destrucción y la contaminación industrial de agua del río Metlapanapa, es la represión de ver la vida donde ellos ven dinero impregnado del dolor de nuestra gente.

Como pueblos del CNI-CIG, manifestamos nuestra oposición a la destrucción y privatización del río Metlapanapa, que junto con los demás megaproyectos de muerte, pretenden someter a nuestro país en el luto y la guerra.

Exigimos la inmediata libertad del compañero Miguel López Vega

The National Indigenous Congress, Indigenous Governing Council, and Zapatista Army for National Liberation denounce the cowardly arrest of our compañero Miguel López Vega, CNI delegate, member of the Zacatepec community radio and of the People’s Front in Defense of the Land and Water of Puebla, Morelos, and Tlaxcala. This arrest was carried out by armed members of the bad government who, without identifying themselves, detained Miguel on a supposed arrest warrant.

The kidnapping of our compañero outside Government Secretariat Offices today, January 24, at 2:30 pm, is the response of those who say they govern this country to the originary people’s determination to prevent the destruction and industrial contamination of the Metlapanapa River. This repression is their answer to being confronted with life where they only saw money soaked in the pain of our people.

As peoples of the CNI-CIG, we voice our opposition to the destruction and privatization of the Metlapanapa River which, along with the other megaprojects of death, aims to subjugate our country with mourning and war.

We demand immediate freedom for our compañero Miguel López Vega.

Los malos gobiernos y las grandes empresas capitalistas, con nombre y apellido cada uno de ellos, pretenden invisibilizar nuestras luchas en defensa del territorio y la madre tierra, normalizando incluso el asesinato de nuestros hermanos que los defienden. Hoy nos duelen en el corazón colectivo los asesinatos de:

• Samir Flores Soberanes del pueblo nahua de Amilcingo, Morelos
• Julián Cortés Flores, del pueblo mephaa de la Casa de Justicia de San Luis Acatlán, Guerrero.
• Ignacio Pérez Girón, del pueblo tzotzil del municipio de Aldama, Chiapas.
• José Lucio Bartolo Faustino, Modesto Verales Sebastián, Bartolo Hilario Morales, e Isaías Xanteco Ahuejote del pueblo nahua organizado con el Concejo Indígena y Popular de Guerrero – Emiliano Zapata (CIPOG – EZ).
• Juan Monroy y José Luis Rosales, del pueblo nahua de Ayotitlán, Jalisco.
• Feliciano Corona Cirino, del pueblo nahua de Santa María Ostula, Michoacán.
• Josué Bernardo Marcial Campo, también conocido como TíoBad, del pueblo popoluca de Veracruz.

Nuestros compañeros fueron asesinados por oponerse a la guerra con la que el mal gobierno pretende hacerse de nuestras tierras, montes y aguas, para consolidar el despojo que amenaza la existencia de la humanidad.

Asimismo nos duele la desaparición forzada de nuestro hermano Sergio Rivera Hernández, nahua de la Sierra Negra, Puebla, defensor del territorio y la madre tierra.

SEGUNDO.- El capitalismo, en su actual etapa neoliberal, asume formas cada vez más monstruosas, declarando una franca guerra en contra de la humanidad y en contra de la tierra, nuestra madre. El actual desarrollo económico, basado a escala planetaria en la prominencia del capital financiero que domina pueblos, naciones y continentes enteros; apoyado en la gran industria militar y extractivista; creciéndose mediante guerras reales o ficticias, la profusión del crimen organizado, así como invasiones y golpes de Estado, está llevando, en su insaciable lógica de la acumulación y el consumo capitalistas, a un cambio climático irreversible y a un límite que pone en peligro las condiciones de la vida humana en el planeta.

TERCERO.- Además, el actual sistema, con su organización patriarcal heredada de sistemas y civilizaciones anteriores, pero, profundizada en los últimos siglos, se exhibe como un violento enemigo, no sólo de la humanidad, sino particularmente de las mujeres y de nuestra madre tierra. Es decir, la explotación y la profunda violencia estructural hacia las mujeres es propia del capitalismo aunque nació mucho antes; la propiedad privada capitalista, base de este sistema, no puede explicarse ni entenderse sino como parte de un sistema patriarcal de dominación sobre las mujeres y sobre la tierra.

CUARTO.- En México, la aceleración de la actividad minera y en la extracción y conducción de hidrocarburos, la creación de la Guardia Nacional en la lógica de la Iniciativa Mérida y el impulso, a costa de lo que sea, de los grandes megaproyectos (Corredor Transísmico Salina Cruz-Coatzacoalcos, Tren Maya y Proyecto Integral Morelos, Nuevo aeropuerto internacional de la ciudad de México) que pretenden reordenar los territorios, las poblaciones y las fronteras de norte y centroamérica en una lógica de despojo y explotación capitalista, vuelven urgente la defensa de la vida humana, la defensa de los territorios de nuestros pueblos y la defensa de la tierra en una perspectiva claramente anticapitalista y antipatriarcal. Es por todo lo anterior que:

CONVOCAMOS A LOS PUEBLOS DE MÉXICO Y DEL MUNDO, A LAS ORGANIZACIONES Y COLECTIVOS DE TRABAJADOR@S DEL CAMPO, EL MAR Y LA CIUDAD, A LAS MUJERES, ESTUDIANTES, NIÑOS Y NIÑAS, ANCIANOS Y ANCIANAS, INTEGRANTES DE LA DIVERSIDAD SEXUAL

A LAS JORNADAS EN DEFENSA DEL TERRITORIO Y LA MADRE TIERRA

21 de febrero de 2020: Marcha por Justicia Para Nuestro Hermano Samir Flores Soberanes, para nuestr@s muert@s, nuestr@s desaparecid@s, nuestr@s pres@s y en Defensa del Territorio y la Madre Tierra. Ciudad de México. Punto de partida: Oficinas de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad en Avenida Reforma, 16 horas.

MAS SUCEDIÓ QUE LA SOLA PRESENCIA DEL CONTRARIO PUSO FLAQUEZA EN SUS BRAZOS Y DESMAYO EN SUS CORAZONES.

ACUDIERON DESPUÉS, CON BUEN CONSEJO, A LOS QUE, SIN SER SANGUINARIOS NI FUERTES, FUERAN DE CORAJE Y TUVIERAN ALGO QUE DEFENDER EN JUSTICIA: TALES COMO LA TIERRA EN QUE TRABAJAN, LA MUJER CON QUE DUERMEN Y LOS HIJOS CON CUYAS GRACIAS SE RECREAN.

FUE ASÍ COMO, LLEGADA LA OCASIÓN, ESTOS HOMBRES LUCHARON CON TANTA FURIA QUE DISPERSARON A SUS CONTRARIOS Y PARA SIEMPRE SE VIERON LIBRES DE SUS AMENAZAS Y DISCORDIAS.”

QUEREMOS DECIR Y HACER UNAS PALABRAS EN ESTA CLAUSURA DEL SEGUNDO ENCUENTRO INTERNACIONAL DE MUJERES QUE LUCHAN.

YA LA ESCUCHAMOS LA PALABRA DE LAS MESAS Y SUS PROPUESTAS. Y OTRAS PROPUESTAS QUE SE HACEN.

ÉSTAS Y OTRAS PROPUESTAS QUE SALGAN, YA CUANDO ESTÉN EN SUS GEOGRAFÍAS Y LO PIENSEN Y REFLEXIONEN EN SU CORAZÓN LO QUE AQUÍ MIRAMOS Y ESCUCHAMOS EN ESTOS DÍAS, VAMOS A VER DE TENER UN LUGAR PARA QUE TODAS LAS QUE ASISTIERON Y SOBRE TODO LAS QUE NO PUDIERON VENIR, LAS CONOZCAN ESAS PROPUESTAS Y ESAS IDEAS Y OPINEN Y DIGAN SU PALABRA.

ESTO PENSAMOS QUE ES IMPORTANTE PORQUE, SI NO NOS ESCUCHAMOS ENTRE NOSOTRAS MISMAS COMO MUJERES QUE SOMOS, PUES NO SIRVE QUE HACEMOS ASÍ, PORQUE QUIERE DECIR QUE NO SOMOS MUJERES QUE LUCHAN POR TODAS LAS MUJERES, SINO QUE SÓLO NUESTRA IDEA O NUESTRO GRUPO O NUESTRA ORGANIZACIÓN.

PARECE FÁCIL DE DECIR QUE PENSEMOS Y REFLEXIONEMOS LAS PROPUESTAS, PERO CUESTA, PORQUE HASTA PARA ESO SE NECESITA ORGANIZARSE.

ENTONCES LES PROPONEMOS ESTE PRIMER ACUERDO:
