SEGUNDA EDICIÓN DEL “CONCIENCIAS POR LA HUMANIDAD” CON EL TEMA “LAS CIENCIAS FRENTE AL MURO”

Información sobre la segunda edición del “ConCiencias por la Humanidad” con el tema “Las ciencias frente al muro”, a celebrarse del 26 al 30 de diciembre de 2017 en el CIDECI-UniTierra, San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Chiapas, México.
- Hasta el momento han confirmado su participación 51 científicas y científicos de 7 países: Alemania, Austria, Canadá, EEUU, Francia, México (Baja California, Quintana Roo, Cd de México, Puebla, Jalisco, Morelos, Chiapas, Querétaro, Estado de México) y Uruguay.
- Las áreas donde se desempeñan son: Agroecología, Astrofísica, Astronomía, Biología, Bioquímica, Cosmología, Ecología, Edafología, Etnomicología, Física, Genética, Geofísica, Matemáticas, Medicina, Microbiología, Neurociencias, Óptica, Química, Vulcanología.
- El día 26 de diciembre de 2017 es el registro de científic@s y asistentes. Las actividades inician el día 27 de diciembre a las 10:00 horas y terminan el 30 de diciembre.

The second edition of “ConSciences for Humanity,” themed “The Sciences Confront the Wall,” will be held December 26-30, 2017, at CIDECI-UniTierra, San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico.
1. We have so far confirmed the participation of 51 scientists from 7 countries: Germany, Austria, Canada, the United States, France, Mexico (Baja California, Quintana Roo, Mexico City, Puebla, Jalisco, Morelos, Chiapas, Querétaro, State of Mexico), and Uruguay.
2. These scientists work in the areas of: Agroecology, Astrophysics, Astronomy, Biology, Biochemistry, Cosmology, Ecology, Soil Science, Ethnomycology, Physics, Genetics, Geophysics, Mathematics, Medicine, Microbiology, Neuroscience, Optics, Chemistry, and Vulcanology.
3. Registration for scientists and attendees will begin December 26, 2017. Activities begin on December 27 at 10am and finish on December 30.
