POSDATA QUE BUSCA ESPERANDO ENCONTRAR.

QUE DICE LO QUE DICE. –  Como decía uno de los finados Sups: “la historia se repite dos veces: una vez como desgracia y la otra también”.  Y este axioma de la vida viene al caso, o cosa, según, porque he recibido un paquete con una pequeña nota.  No, no es de SEGALMEX (ésos exportan, no importan).  El paquete tiene matasellos de “una geografía distante”, en las Europas lejanas.  La fecha está borrosa, pero en el remitente aparece: “No soy Don Durito de La Lacandona, no confundir.  Soy sólo una entidad de IA”.  Esa sentencia debería haberme bastado para ponerme en alerta, pero como quiera leí la nota y abrí el paquete.  La nota es breve y dice:

“Mi estimado y nunca añorado Cyrano:  Seré breve y preciso.  Voy para allá en tu auxilio.  No me esperes porque voy de incógnito.  Aún no me decido si me disfrazo de nube o de Bad Bunny o de Luis Miguel o de Al Pacino.  En fin, algo que me permita pasar desapercibido, tú me entiendes.  Por lo pronto y puesto que tormenta, te mando mi último libro.  Es todo.  Desde un rincón en… ¿Eslovenia?… oigan, ¿cómo se llama este lugar?  ¿Chipre?  ¿Eh?  Creo que voy a poner “Europa Oriental” … ¿Eh?  ¿Tampoco?  Ok, entonces al diablo con la geografía de arriba: “desde Fuck The Cardinal Points” Domicilio Conocido.  Código Postal… Oigan, ¿y cuál es el código postal?  ¿Eh?  ¿666?  Nah, es broma, ¿no?  ¿No?  ¿Alguien por ahí que me confirme que es una broma?  ¿Hola?  ¿Hola?  Firma: Durito disfrazado de IA”

Sí, lo sé.  Pero créanme que, en tratándose de Durito, ése es un mensaje breve y preciso.  El libro tiene en la portada, ¿alguien lo duda?, un escarabajo… ¡¿con esmoquin?!, y el muy tranquilizador título de “Manual de Supervivencia en caso de Colapso Mundial”.  Y, más abajo, “Todo lo que usted quiso saber para enfrentar el fin del mundo con estilo y elegancia.  Diseñe el outfit ideal para el fin de los tiempos.  Sea la sensación en el Apocalipsis.  ¡Sííííí!”

El libro en cuestión sólo tiene una página en blanco y una posdata perdida en una esquina: “BUSCAD A QUIEN YA VIVE EL INFIERNO QUE LES ESPERA A TODOS.  BUSCAD A QUIEN BUSCA”

P.D. PARA LAS BUSCADORAS. – Antes de ellas, sólo se sabía, por ejemplo, de las doñas del FNCR.  Pero después aparecieron otras, me parece que desde el sexenio de Vicente Fox.  Primero unas cuantas y dispersas en la geografía.  Luego más.  Luego en grupos.  Ahora, en toda esta fosa clandestina que se llama “México”, van de un lado a otro, buscando a quien les hace falta.  No hay quien les ayude o les apoye.  Están solas en el sentido que sólo se tienen a ellas mismas.  Sí, hay varones también, pero la mayoría son mujeres.  No, no están de moda.  Los desaparecidos no votan, y pues de eso se trata.  En los gobiernos ha pasado ya todo el espectro político electoral, todas las banderas electorales, todas las siglas partidarias, y la profesión de “BUSCADORA” crece.

Hace años, en los trámites por escrito, había un renglón donde se ponía “ocupación”.  Por lo regular, las mujeres ponían “ama de casa”, “oficinista”, “empleada”, “profesionista”, “estudiante”, y así.

La monstruosidad de un sistema ha creado otra ocupación: la de “buscadora”.  Acaso la más terrible, angustiante, penosa y anacrónica de todas las ocupaciones.

Pocas cosas señalan más el fracaso de una propuesta política en el poder, que la existencia y crecimiento de la ocupación de BUSCADORA.

Imaginen que alguien las entrevista: “Oiga, ¿y usted a qué se dedica?”  Ella responde “a buscar”.  “¿Y cuánto gana por ese trabajo?”  “Nada”.  “¿Y cómo le hace?”  “No sé, pero sé que tengo que hacerlo.  Y tengo que hacerlo porque ella/él sabe que no descansaré hasta encontrarle”.  “¿Hay algo que quiera decirles a las demás personas?”  “Sí, mírenme, soy ustedes en el futuro si no hacemos nada”.  La reportera se pone a llorar.  Todavía lo hace.  ¿Ellas?  Pues siguen buscando.

Mientras tanto, alguien en las montañas del Sureste Mexicano escribe:

“A las Buscadoras:

Habíamos pensado en un encuentro con ustedes que no fuera de dolor, sino de alegría.  Ya saben: bailes, cantos, poemas, cine, obras de teatro, dibujos infantiles, cosas así.  No algo que les alivie o les cure esa herida que no cierra, sino sólo un festejo, el que merece su lucha.

Pero un ser nefasto, de esos que nunca faltan, quería convertir esa reunión en una palanca electoral para la mal llamada oposición.  Llamar al “voto crítico” por Bertha y esas tonterías que sólo sirven para que un oportunista agarre un cargo.  Por eso no la hemos realizado… todavía.  No íbamos a permitir que se manchara su noble empeño.

Pero les decimos aquí lo que les íbamos a decir acá: No dejen de buscar.  Esas personas ausentes valen por la sangre que heredaron, la de ustedes.  No conocemos a quienes les faltan, pero las conocemos a ustedes y la nobleza de su lucha.  No se rindan, no se vendan, no claudiquen.  Aunque el horror que afrontan no está de moda, su causa es justa y noble.  Y ningún político puede decir lo mismo.  Su necia dignidad enseña y muestra el camino.  Ojalá más personas las miraran como las miramos nosotros los pueblos zapatistas: con admiración y respeto.”

P.D.- En Gaza. – La niñez palestina asesinada no es una víctima colateral, es el objetivo principal de Netanyahu, siempre lo fue.  Esa guerra no es para eliminar a Hamás.  Es para matar el futuro.  Hamás será sólo la víctima colateral.  El gobierno de Israel ya perdió la batalla mediática, porque resulta que el genocidio, aunque se disfrace de venganza, no tiene tantos seguidores como creían.  Ahora es capaz de la crueldad más inimaginable.  Quien tal vez sí podría detener la masacre es… el pueblo de Israel.

QUE AVISA. – Ya les íbamos a contar de qué va todo este asunto, pero leyendo, viendo y escuchando la sarta de barbaridades que dicen y escriben los “especialistas” en todo y conocedores de nada (sobre supuestos repliegues, desmantelamientos, avances del crimen organizado y “vueltas al pasado” -coletos tenían que ser la mayoría-), pues decidimos mejor dejarlos que sigan eructando.

  Con sus profundos análisis y bien fundamentadas investigaciones, los zapatólogos sentencian: “muestra de la derrota zapatista es la pérdida de la identidad indígena: los indígenas jóvenes ya usan botas vaqueras, en lugar de andar descalzos o en huaraches. Y se arreglan para ligar, pantalón y camisa nuevos – ¡o planchados! -, en lugar de usar calzón de manta y comprar su mujer según los usos y costumbres indígenas. Y andan en motocicletas, en lugar de cargar sobre sus espaldas a sus patronas coletas. Ya nada más falta que las indígenas jóvenes usen pantalones o que, ¡horror!, jueguen fútbol y manejen vehículos, en lugar de servir a las señoras coletas. Incluso que se atrevan a bailar cumbias y ska en lugar del Bolonchon, y a cantar rap y hiphop en lugar de salmos y odas a los finqueros. Y que, como otra señal de la pérdida de su identidad indígena, se llegue al absurdo de que sean subcomandantes, comandantes ¡y comandantas! Y que se gobiernen a sí mismos. Y que no pidan permiso para ser como se les dé la gana ser. Y que viajen y conozcan otras tierras. Y que trabajen y ganen su paga sin tienda de raya. Y que no los tengan en campos de concentración, como en Gaza, para que no agarren ideas “sinaloenses” o sea extranjeras -porque los mayo-yoreme en Sinaloa, puro narcocorridos, oiga-. Por culpa del zapatismo ya no tendremos trabajo los antropólogos. Una pena. Y todo por no seguir a la vanguardia revolucionaria del proletariado o a MORENA, es lo mismo. Grave error del zapatismo el no obedecernos. Porque ahora los indígenas ya no bajan la mirada cuando los topas.   Estamos seguros de que, después, cuando ya se sepa todo el sentido de esta etapa, tendrán el mínimo de honestidad para decir y publicar: “No tenemos la más remota idea de lo que hicieron, de lo que hacen ni de lo que harán. Lo mejor hubiera sido preguntarles a los zapatistas y no a los antizapatistas”. ¿O no son honestos?

  Díganles a esos “periodistas” que siempre es mejor, aunque más incómodo y no deja paga, entrevistar a los actores, no a los espectadores, villa melones y paramilitares haraganes. El periodismo de investigación es un trabajo profesional que requiere, muchas veces, riesgos e incomodidades. Pero, no preocupar, entendemos que cada quien se busca el sustento como puede.

  Entonces, como saludo para los “zapatólogos”, seguimos con estas P.D. hechas con mucho cariño:

P.D. DE LA CAPITANÍA DE PUERTO DE MONTAÑA. – Teníamos preparadas una serie de frases ingeniosas para burlarnos de la clase política en su conjunto (oficialistas y oposición), pero ahora pensamos que no tiene caso, ya cada rebaño tiene su pastor o cada pastor su rebaño. ¿O alguien cree, ingenuo, que el asunto es entre dos pastoras?

  Nuestro silencio de estos años no fue, ni es, señal de respeto ni aval de nada, sino de que nos esforzamos por ver más lejos y buscar lo que buscan todos, todas, todoas: una salida de la pesadilla. Una cosa es el escritorio, la academia, la columna periodística, el reportaje a modo, el puesto gubernamental, el chisme de café revolucionario o las redes sociales, y otra cosa es la realidad.

  Esta última no sólo no paga, sino que cobra y muy caro. Ya lo dijo Shakira: la realidad factura, y no incluye el IVA. Ni modos.

  No haremos leña de los árboles caídos allá arriba. La realidad, esa necia implacable, hará lo suyo y las últimas astillas serán las que saque el crimen organizado del cobro de piso en las propuestas de unos y otros.

  Unos se masturban con la mañanera. Otros con la destrucción, las muertes, los asesinatos, las violaciones, las desapariciones, el hambre, la guerra, las enfermedades, el dolor y la pena. Ninguno tiene una propuesta política viable y seria, sólo entretienen… hasta que ya no.

  Pero ya que estamos hablando del autoerotismo: puestos a escoger entre Bertha y Claudia, pues Wendy.

STOP THE REPRESSION AGAINST THE OTOMÍ INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY RESIDING IN MEXICO CITY

NO TO THE EVICTION OF THE HOUSE OF THE PEOPLE “SAMIR FLORES SOBERANES”

To the people of Mexico and the world,

In response to the recent acts of repression against the Otomí Indigenous Community residing in Mexico City and the attempted eviction of the “Samir Flores Soberanes” House of Indigenous Peoples and Communities, we declare:

On the 16^th of October, this year, at dawn, more than 500 grenadiers surrounded the House of Indigenous Peoples and Communities “Samir Flores Soberanes” with the order to carry out the eviction of the Otomí Community. This attempted eviction left 10 companions badly beaten and injured, including 13-year-old adolescents, older adults, and companions with different abilities.

The Otomí Community managed to repel the aggression and make the grenadiers retreat, but the result of this repression is the following: a 28-year-old man received strong blows to the body and was injured with a shield in his forehead, causing a deep injury that required suture; a 17-year-old teenager was attacked by a group of 5 grenadiers who kicked and hit him, causing immobility of one of his legs; a 13-year-old girl was beaten by 3 male grenadiers who kicked her head causing her to faint; an 18-year-old teenager was pushed by an element with a shield, causing her to fall, she was pulled by her hair by a male element, 8 other elements arrived who hit her ribs and back, she was kicked repeatedly, they did not want to let her go, they insulted her, pulled her hair to lift her up, and hit her with a shield on her back, causing pain in her back, ribs, head, arms, and hands; 2 elderly women were beaten and thrown to the floor by several elements and a person who was documenting the attack was attacked by a group of at least 8 elements, who beat her, sprained her finger, and broke one of the lenses of her camera and tried to take away his photography equipment and the cell phone with which she was documenting.

Worse still, and as a true act of provocation, almost an hour after the repression a group of more than 6 motorcyclists approached the House of Peoples to attack and provoke. An hour later, the motorcyclists returned and fired three shots at the members of the Otomi community, not only putting at risk the lives of the members of the Otomí community, but also of those who were in the vicinity.

These acts of repression, discrimination and racism against the Otomí indigenous community took place three days after they celebrated the third anniversary of the occupation of the INPI offices, today named the “Samir Flores Soberanes” House of Indigenous Peoples and Communities.

It is regrettable that more than three years after the INPI occupation, the demand for “decent and decorous housing” continues to be ignored just as it was 3 years ago, but also as it was 30 years ago. No matter the color of the government in power, the indifference and contempt remains the same.

Almost twenty days after the Otomí Indigenous Community began the blockade on Mexico-Coyoacán Avenue, and after the bloody repression of last October 16, the response of the government of Mexico City is an ominous silence that leads us to think about the very high probability that at any moment the government will try again to evict and repress the Otomí Community. Consequently, with the above, we demand the cessation of repression and any attempt to evict our brothers who are members of the Otomi Community.

EN FORMA PREOCUPANTE FUERON DETENIDOS, SIN QUE SE CONOZCA SU PARADERO, LAS Y LOS EJIDATARIOS MIXES MARÍA MAGDALENA MARTÍNEZ ISABEL, FERNANDO HERNÁNDEZ GÓMEZ, ADELA SEVERO TEODORO, ESPERANZA MARTÍNEZ ISABEL, ELIZABETH MARTÍNEZ ISABEL Y ELIODORO MARTINEZ ISABEL; Y LA COMPAÑERA ADELA SEVERO TEODORO FUE GOLPEADA POR MIEMBROS DE ESTAS FUERZAS CASTRENSES. En dicho sentido denunciamos, como ha ocurrido en otras ocasiones, el uso intencional de las corporaciones militares y policiacas por parte del estado para violentar a las mujeres y generar terror.

Justo hoy el CAMPAMENTO TIERRA Y LIBERTAD, organizado por la Unión de Comunidades Indígenas de la Zona Norte del Istmo, cumplió 61 días de bloqueo a las vías del ferrocarril del Istmo de Tehuantepec en el tramo Mogoñe Viejo-Vixidu, lo anterior en protesta contra la imposición del megaproyecto Corredor Interoceánico Istmo de Tehuantepec y con el fin de paralizar las obras de modernización del ferrocarril.

Asimismo el día de ayer la CARAVANA NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL “EL SUR RESISTE”, en lucha contra el Corredor Interoceánico, el Tren Maya y todos los proyectos de muerte de este gobierno represor y servil a los intereses del gran capital, fue recibida en el CAMPAMENTO TIERRA Y LIBERTAD con el propósito de hilvanar las resistencias de los pueblos del sur, de México y del mundo, no omitiendo señalar que desde su inicio el pasado 25 de abril en Pijijiapan, Chiapas, la CARAVANA ha sido permanentemente obstaculizada y acosada por el espionaje gubernamental y un sinfín de retenes militares.

Con la acción orquestada por las corporaciones militares y policiacas en contra del CAMPAMENTO TIERRA Y LIBERTAD nos queda claro, una vez más, que los actuales gobiernos están al servicio de las grandes empresas trasnacionales y que la militarización, la violencia patriarcal y la represión son la vía que han escogido para enfrentar la lucha y la resistencia de nuestros pueblos al Corredor Interoceánico y al Tren Maya, al despojo y la guerra capitalistas.

We denounce with rage that today, April 28, at around 10:38 a.m., a large group of members of the National Guard, the Mexican Navy and the Oaxaca state police violently attacked those participating in the CAMP TIERRA Y LIBERTAD, causing its destruction and stealing the belongings of the peasants who were there. IN A WORRYING WAY, THE MIXE EJIDATARIOS* MARÍA MAGDALENA MARTÍNEZ ISABEL, FERNANDO HERNÁNDEZ GÓMEZ, ADELA SEVERO TEODORO, ESPERANZA MARTÍNEZ ISABEL, ELIZABETH MARTÍNEZ ISABEL AND ELIODORO MARTÍNEZ ISABEL WERE DETAINED WITHOUT BEING KNOWN WHERE THEY REMAIN, AND COMRADE ADELA SEVERO TEODORO WAS BEATEN BY MEMBERS OF THESE MILITARY FORCES. In this sense we denounce, as has happened on other occasions, the intentional use of military and police forces by the state to abuse women and generate terror.

Just today the CAMP TIERRA Y LIBERTAD, organized by the Union of Indigenous Communities of the Northern Zone of the Isthmus, completed 61 days of blocking the railroad tracks of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in the Mogoñe Viejo-Vixidu section, in protest against the imposition of the mega-project Inter-Oceanic Corridor Istmo de Tehuantepec and in order to paralyze the works for the modernization of the railroad.

Likewise, yesterday the NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CARAVAN «EL SUR RESISTE», in struggle against the Interoceanic Corridor, the Maya Train („Tren Maya“) and all the death projects of this repressive government, servile to the interests of big capital, was received at the CAMP TIERRA Y LIBERTAD with the purpose of weaving together the resistance of the peoples of the south, of Mexico and of the world. Not omitting to point out that since its beginning on April 25 in Pijijiapan, Chiapas, the CARAVAN has been permanently obstructed and harassed by government spying and an endless number of military streetblockades.

With the action orchestrated by the military and police corporations against the CAMP TIERRA Y LIBERTAD it is clear to us, once again, that the current governments are at the service of the large transnational corporations and that militarization, patriarchal violence and repression are the path they have chosen to confront the struggle and resistance of our peoples to the Interoceanic Corridor and the Tren Maya, to capitalist dispossession and war.

En acuerdo con algunas individualidades, grupos, colectivos, organizaciones y movimientos de SLUMIL K´AJXEMK´OP, las comunidades zapatistas han acordado convocar a movilizaciones y manifestaciones contra TODAS LAS GUERRAS capitalistas, actualmente en curso en varios rincones del planeta.  No es sólo en Ucrania.  También en Palestina, el Kurdistán, Siria, el pueblo Mapuche, los pueblos originarios en todo el planeta, y tantos y tantos procesos libertarios que son agredidos, perseguidos, asesinados, silenciados, distorsionados.

Respondiendo a ese llamado, hemos acordado participar en las movilizaciones del día domingo 13 de marzo del 2022, y así seguir con las acciones en contra de las guerras que el sistema perpetra en todo el mundo.

Planteamos entonces el arranque de una campaña mundial en contra de las guerras del capital, cualquiera que sea su geografía.  Organizar conciertos, encuentros, festivales, reuniones, etc.  En fin, las artes contra las guerras.

Llamamos a todas las personas honestas, grupos, colectivos, organizaciones y movimientos en México y en el mundo a que, de acuerdo a sus tiempos y modos –y conservando su independencia y autonomía-, se sumen a las actividades para exigir alto a las guerras, iniciando el domingo 13.

Por su parte, las comunidades zapatistas se manifestarán, el día domingo 13 de marzo del 2022, en sus caracoles, en las cabeceras municipales de San Cristóbal de las Casas, Yajalón, Palenque, Ocosingo, Las Margaritas, Altamirano y en las comunidades a pie de carretera, con algunos miles de zapatistas.

The Zapatista communities, in agreement with various individuals, groups, collectives, organizations, and movements from across SLUMIL K´AJXEMK´OP, hereby call for protests and mobilizations against ALL CAPITALIST WARS currently being waged in multiple corners of the planet. These wars are happening not just in Ukraine, but also in Palestine, Kurdistan, Syria, on the Mapuche people, on all the originary peoples all over the world, and upon so many different emancipatory processes that are attacked, persecuted, murdered, silenced, and distorted.

As our own response to this call, we will participate in mobilizations to be held Sunday March 13, 2022, and continue to protest wars perpetrated by the system across the world.

We therefore propose the launch of a global campaign against all capital’s wars, in whatever geography they are waged, consisting of concerts, gatherings, festivals, meetings, and so on, in a campaign of the arts against the wars.

We call on all honest people, groups, collectives, organizations, and movements in Mexico and abroad to participate in activities demanding a halt to all wars, starting on Sunday the 13th, and in accordance with their own times and ways and their own independence and autonomy.

For our part, thousands of Zapatistas from our communities will carry out demonstrations in the caracoles, in the county seats of San Cristóbal de las Casas, Yajalón, Palenque, Ocosingo, Las Margaritas, and Altamirano, and in the communities along the highway.

ALTO A LA REPRESIÓN EN CONTRA DE LOS PUEBLOS ORIGINARIOS EN MÉXICO

Denunciamos que el día 15 de febrero alrededor de las 1:20 horas, los cuerpos represivos del mal gobierno integrados por elementos de la Guardia Nacional, la policía estatal de Puebla y municipal de Juan C. Bonilla, invadieron y desmontaron los espacios de resistencia y organización de la Casa de los Pueblos Altepelmecalli, espacio cultural y político autónomo que hasta el 22 de marzo de 2021 fue la planta física de la empresa Bonafont, trasnacional que ha robado y sobreexplotado desde hace años los acuíferos de la región cholulteca.

Condenamos enérgicamente la escalada represiva, que viene de las entrañas del gobierno del capital, que se autonombra 4T, en contra de la resistencia y la lucha por la vida de nuestr@s herman@s de Pueblos Unidos de la Región Cholulteca y de los Volcanes que, enarbolando la defensa de la vida colectiva, convirtió este semillero de muerte en espacio de encuentro e intercambio, en medio de la determinación de imponer en Morelos, Puebla y Tlaxcala el Proyecto Integral Morelos, que atraviesa un gasoducto por el territorio de los pueblos del volcán, desde donde germina esperanza hecha de rebeldía y formas antiguas y nuevas de organización.

Nos declaramos en alerta ante la posible persecución de las y los herman@s de la Casa de los Pueblos Altepelmecalli, haciendo responsable al gobierno federal de utilizar a su grupo armado llamado Guardia Nacional para agudizar la guerra del dinero en contra de la vida. Lo hacemos responsable de proteger los negocios de la empresa Bonafont, que despoja, acapara, privatiza y lucra de una forma inmoral con el agua de nuestros pueblos, donde sufrimos el surgimiento de socavones y el desecamiento de pozos, manantiales, ríos y arroyos; tal es el caso del río Metlapanapa, que el Frente de Pueblos de la Región Cholulteca y los Volcanes ha defendido ante la explotación y contaminación en beneficio de los corredores industriales.

Denunciamos la ofensiva represiva del mal gobierno neoliberal mexicano en contra de nuestras compañeras y compañeros que, desde sus geografías, levantan la bandera de la organización de abajo para convocarnos a luchar por la vida, CONDENAMOS:

1. El asesinato del compañero Francisco Vázquez, presidente del consejo de vigilancia de ASURCO, quien alzó la voz en contra del robo del agua a los ejidos de la región de Ayala para la operación de la Termoeléctrica de Huexca, Morelos.
2. La criminalización del pueblo otomí y del compañero Diego García por parte del titular de esa oscura institución del mal gobierno a la que llaman INPI, que ha servido como un órgano replicador del indigenismo y para el control clientelar en nuestros pueblos; institución que un día tuviera sus oficinas en lo que es hoy la Casa de los Pueblos Samir Flores Soberanes.
3. La persecución en contra del Consejo Supremo Indígena de Michoacán, ante sus recientes movilizaciones en contra del desprecio, el racismo y el despojo y por el retiro del indignante monumento conocido como Los Constructores en Morelia, Michoacán.
4. La indiferencia y complicidad criminal de la Guardia Nacional ante la violencia en Guerrero, mientras los cárteles del narcotráfico atacan a las comunidades del Consejo Indígena y Popular de Guerrero-Emiliano Zapata que se oponen a los megaproyectos extractivos y denuncian la complicidad de los gobiernos con los grupos narco-paramilitares, asesinando y desapareciendo a nuestros hermanos.
5. La militarización del Istmo de Tehuantepec para imponer el megaproyecto del Corredor Interoceánico Salina Cruz-Coatzacoalcos, así como la ilegal ocupación de las tierras de nuestras comunidades para dicho proyecto, como ocurre con la comunidad binnizá de Puente Madera, perteneciente a los bienes comunales de San Blas Atempa, Oaxaca.
6. La utilización de la Guardia Nacional y los grupos armados de los estados y municipios para reprimir a los estudiantes normalistas de Ayotzinapa, Tiripetío y Mactumatzá, en su exigencia de justicia y condiciones para sus las escuelas normales.

Hacemos responsable al gobierno federal de México de esta escalada represiva en contra de nuestros pueblos y exigimos que cesen las acciones de la Guardia Nacional y los cuerpos policiacos en contra de quienes se oponen a la explotación-destrucción de la naturaleza y al despojo de los territorios y del patrimonio comunitario de los pueblos originarios para imponer los proyectos de muerte promovidos desde el Estado Mexicano.

Llamamos a los pueblos, naciones y tribus indígenas de México, así como a las organizaciones y colectivos aliados, a estar alertas ante esta oleada represiva neoliberal anunciada por el gobierno capitalista de este país mediante el acuerdo publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 22 de noviembre de 2021, mismo que declara los proyectos y obras del gobierno federal de interés público y de seguridad nacional como pretexto para usar a sus fuerzas armadas en contra de aquellos pueblos que se opongan al despojo y a la destrucción sin precedentes del territorio mexicano.

Llamamos a las personas, grupos, colectivos, organizaciones y movimientos en los territorios de SLUMIL K´AJXEMK´OP (también conocida como “Europa”) a que se movilicen y se pronuncien en contra de la trasnacional Bonafont-Danone –con sede en Francia–, y las representaciones del actual gobierno federal mexicano en Europa.

Stop the Repression of the Indigenous Peoples of Mexico!

We denounce that on February 15 at approximately 1:20hrs, the repressive agents of the bad government including the National Guard, the state police of Puebla and the municipal police of Juan C. Bonilla, invaded and dismantled the space of resistance and organization of the Altepelmecalli People’s House, an autonomous political and cultural space that until March 22, 2021 was a factory owned by Bonafont. Bonafont is a transnational corporation that has for years stolen and hyper-exploited the aquifers in the Cholulteca region.

We fervently condemn the heightened repression by the capitalist government, which calls itself the “4T,”[i] of the resistance and struggle for life waged by our brothers from the United Peoples of the Cholulteca and Volcanos Region [Pueblos Unidos de la Región Cholulteca y de los Volcanes], who converted that landscape of death into a space of encounter and exchange despite determined efforts to impose the Integral Project for Morelos in the states of Morelos, Puebla and Tlaxcala[ii]. That megaproject would put a natural gas pipeline through the territories of the peoples of the volcano, where old and new forms of organization are sprouting seeds of hope and rebellion.

We are on high alert given the possible persecution of our brothers and sisters from the Altepelmecalli People’s House. We hold the Federal Government responsible for using its armed National Guard thugs to intensify the war of money against life. We hold the government responsible for protecting the Bonafont company, which displaces, steals, privatizes and immorally profits off our people’s waters, creating harm in the form of sinkholes and the running dry of wells, springs, rivers and gullies. This is what has happened to the Metlapanapa river, which the People’s Front of the Cholulteca and Volcano Region [Frente de Pueblos de la Región Cholulteca y los Volcanes] has defended against the river’s exploitation and pollution by industry.

We denounce this repressive offensive on the part of Mexico’s neoliberal bad government against our compañeros and compañeras who are raising the flag of organization from below in their geographies and convoking us to struggle for life. We condemn the following:

1. The assassination of our compañero, Francisco Vázquez, president of the ASURCO Monitoring Counsel[iii], who raised his voice against the theft of water from the ejidos of the Ayala region as part of the operations of the thermoelectric plant in Huexca, Morelos.
2. The criminalization of the Otomí people, and of our compañero Diego García by the head of that shadowy institution of the bad government called INPI [National Institute for Indigenous Peoples], which has served to extend the indigenist and clientelist control of our peoples, and whose offices used to be located in what is today the Samir Flores Soberanes People’s House.[iv]
3. The persecution of the Indigenous Supreme Council of Michoacán for their recent mobilizations against disrespect, racism, and dispossession and for the removal of the appalling monument known as Los Constructores (The Builders) in Morelia, Michoacán[v].
4. The indifference and criminal complicity of the National Guard in the face of violence in Guerrero where drug cartels attack the communities of the Indigenous and Popular Council of Guerrero- Emiliano Zapata who oppose the extractive megaprojects and denounce the governments’ complicity with narco-paramilitary groups that kill and disappear our brothers[vi].
5. The militarization of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in order to impose the Salina Cruz-Coatzacoalcos Interoceanic Corridor megaproject[vii] as well as the illegal occupation of our communities’ lands for this project like what’s happening in the Binnizá community in Puente Madera[viii] belonging to the commons of San Blas Atempa, Oaxaca.
6. The utilization of the National Guard and armed state and municipal groups to stifle the demands of normalistas[ix] students in Ayotzinapa, Tiripetío and Mactumatzá for justice[x] and for recognition of their terms for the escuelas normales.

We hold the Mexican federal government responsible for the escalation of repression against our peoples, and we demand that the National Guard and police forces cease actions against those who oppose the exploitation and destruction of nature and the plundering of the territories and community heritage of originary peoples in order to impose megaprojects of death promoted by the Mexican State.

We call on the peoples, nations, and indigenous tribes of Mexico, as well as on allied organizations and collectives, to be on alert for this wave of neoliberal repression announced by the capitalist government of this country in an agreement published in the Official Journal of the Federation on November 22, 2021.[xi] This agreement also declares the projects and federal governmental works matters of public interest and national security which they can then use as a pretext to exercise armed force against peoples who oppose this unprecedented dispossession and destruction of Mexican territory.

We call on the people, groups, collectives, organizations, and movements in the territory of SLUMIL K´AJXEMK´OP (also known as “Europe”) to mobilize and come out against the transnational corporation Bonafont-Danone, headquartered in France, and the agencies of the current Mexican federal government in Europe.

Compañeras, compañeroas, compañeros:
Hermanoas, hermanas, hermanos.

Les saludamos desde las montañas del Sureste Mexicano y les avisamos que ya todas las compañeras y compañeros de la delegación aéreo-transportada que, durante los meses de septiembre, octubre, noviembre y diciembre de este año del 2021, les visitaron en sus respectivas geografías, ya están en sus respectivos pueblos y posiciones.

A las 21:34 hora zapatista -20:34 hora de México-, de este 14 de diciembre: las 03:34 del 15 de diciembre, hora de Slumil K´ajxemk´op, se confirmó que todas y todos están ya en sus parajes, poblados y posiciones.

Llegamos todas y todos con bien, completos y sanos.  Aunque tod@s estamos movidos y conmovidos por los días y noches que nos permitieron compartir con ustedes.  Regresamos con una herida en el corazón que es de vida.  Una herida que no dejaremos que se cierre.

Ahora nos toca revisar nuestros apuntes para informar a nuestros pueblos y comunidades de todo lo que aprendimos y recibimos de ustedes: sus historias, sus luchas, su resistencia, su insumiso existir.  Y, sobre todo, el abrazo de humanidad que recibimos de sus corazones.

Todo lo que les llevamos fue de nuestros pueblos.  Todo lo que recibimos de ustedes, es para nuestras comunidades.

We send you warm greetings from the mountains of southeastern Mexico and can report that all of the compañeras and compañeros from the airborne delegation who visited you all in each of your geographies during the months of September, October, November, and December of 2021 have returned to their respective towns and positions.

As of 9:34 PM Zapatista time (8:34 PM Mexico time) on December 14, or 3:34 AM on December 15 Slumil K´ajxemk´op time, everyone had arrived at their respective villages, towns, and positions.

Each of us returned in one piece and in good health. We are all moved and touched by the days and nights that you allowed us to share with you, and we return with a life-long wound in our hearts which we will not allow to close.

It is now time for us to review our notes to inform our towns and communities of all that we learned and received from you: your histories, your struggles, your resistance, your indomitable existence, and above all, the embrace of humanity we felt from each of your hearts.

SEGUNDO.- LOS COMPAÑEROS ESTUVIERON PRIVADOS DE SU LIBERTAD POR 8 DÍAS Y FUERON LIBERADOS EL DÍA DE HOY, 19 DE SEPTIEMBRE DEL 2021, GRACIAS A LA INTERVENCIÓN DE LOS PÁRROCOS DE SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LAS CASAS Y DE OXCHUC, PERTENECIENTES A LA DIÓCESIS DE SAN CRISTÓBAL.  A LOS COMPAÑEROS SE LES DESPOJARON DE UN RADIO DE COMUNICACIÓN Y SEIS MIL PESOS EN EFECTIVO QUE PERTENECEN A LA JUNTA DE BUEN GOBIERNO.

TERCERO.- EL DELITO DE SECUESTRO ESTÁ PENADO POR LAS LEYES DEL MAL GOBIERNO Y POR LAS LEYES ZAPATISTAS.  MIENTRAS EL GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO DE CHIAPAS SOLAPA Y ALIENTA ESTOS CRÍMENES, Y NO HACE NADA, EL EJÉRCITO ZAPATISTA DE LIBERACIÓN NACIONAL PROCEDIÓ A TOMAR LAS MEDIDAS NECESARIAS PARA LIBERAR A LOS SECUESTRADOS Y DETENER Y SANCIONAR A LOS RESPONSABLES DEL CRIMEN.

CUARTO.- SI EL CONFLICTO NO ESCALÓ HASTA LLEGAR A UNA TRAGEDIA, FUE POR LA INTERVENCIÓN DE LOS PARROCOS MENCIONADOS, LAS ORGANIZACIONES DEFENSORAS DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS Y LAS MOVILIZACIONES Y DENUNCIAS QUE EN MÉXICO Y, SOBRE TODO, EN EUROPA, SE REALIZARON.

SUS ALIANZAS CON EL NARCOTRÁFICO PROVOCAN QUE LAS COMUNIDADES ORIGINARIAS SE VEAN OBLIGADAS A FORMAR GRUPOS DE AUTODEFENSA, PORQUE EL GOBIERNO NADA HACE PARA PRESERVAR LA VIDA, LIBERTAD Y BIENES DE LOS POBLADORES.  EL GOBIERNO DE CHIAPAS NO SÓLO SOLAPA A LAS BANDAS DE NARCOTRAFICANTES, TAMBIÉN ALIENTA, PROMUEVE Y FINANCIA A GRUPOS PARAMILITARES COMO LOS QUE ATACAN CONTINUAMENTE COMUNIDADES EN ALDAMA Y SANTA MARTHA.

LLEVA ADELANTE UNA POLÍTICA DE VACUNACIÓN PROPOSITIVAMENTE LENTA Y DESORDENADA QUE ESTÁ PROVOCANDO INCONFORMIDADES ENTRE LA POBLACIÓN RURAL Y QUE NO TARDARÁ MUCHO EN EXPLOTAR.  MIENTRAS TANTO, SUBE EL NÚMERO DE MUERTES POR COVID EN LAS COMUNIDADES SIN QUE SE TOMEN EN CUENTA.

SUS FUNCIONARIOS ESTÁN ROBANDO TODO LO QUE PUEDEN DEL PRESUPUESTO ESTATAL.  TAL VEZ PREPARÁNDOSE PARA UN COLAPSO DEL GOBIERNO FEDERAL O APOSTANDO POR UN CAMBIO DE PARTIDO EN EL PODER.

AHORA TRATÓ DE SABOTEAR LA SALIDA DE LA DELEGACIÓN ZAPATISTA QUE PARTICIPA EN LA TRAVESÍA POR LA VIDA, CAPÍTULO EUROPA, ORDENANDO A SUS PARAMILITARES DE LA ORCAO EL SECUESTRO DE NUESTROS COMPAÑEROS, DEJANDO IMPUNE EL CRIMEN, Y TRATANDO DE PROVOCAR UNA REACCIÓN DEL EZLN CON EL FIN DE DESESTABILIZAR UN ESTADO CUYA GOBERNABILIDAD PENDE DE UN HILO.

SEXTO.- SI EL OBJETIVO DEL PARTIDO VERDE ECOLOGISTA DE MÉXICO (PVEM) ES PROVOCAR UN PROBLEMA QUE TENDRÁ REPERCUSIONES INTERNACIONALES, ASÍ COMO DESESTABILIZAR AL RÉGIMEN EN EL PODER, ES MEJOR QUE RECURRA A LA CONSULTA DE REVOCACIÓN DE MANDATO.

EL PVEM ES UNO DE LOS NOMBRES QUE EL VIEJO PRIÍSMO USA EN ESTAS TIERRAS.  A VECES ES PAN, A VECES ES PRD, AHORA ES PVEM MALAMENTE DISFRAZADO COMO PARTIDO MOVIMIENTO DE REGENERACIÓN NACIONAL.  SON LOS MISMOS DELINCUENTES DE ANTES Y AHORA SON PARTE DEL MAL LLAMADO MOVIMIENTO “OPOSITOR”, COMO “QUINTA COLUMNA” EN LA 4T.

Communique from the Indigenous Revolutionary Clandestine Committee-General Command of the Zapatista Army for National Liberation

September 19, 2021

To the people of Mexico:
To the peoples of the world:
To the Sixth in Mexico and abroad:
To the Networks of Resistance and Rebellion:

First: On September 11, 2021, in the early morning, while the Zapatista air delegation was in Mexico City, members of ORCAO – a paramilitary organization serving the Chiapas state government – kidnapped the compañeros Sebastián Nuñez Pérez and José Antonio Sánchez Juárez, autonomous authorities from the Good Government Council of Patria Nueva [New Homeland], Chiapas.

The ORCAO is a political-military organization with paramilitary characteristics: they have uniforms, equipment, weapons, and ammunition purchased with money they receive from [government-sponsored] “social programs”. They keep part of the money for themselves and use part of it to pay off government officials for reporting that they [the ORCAO] are complying with the terms of the social programs. They fire on the Zapatista community of Moisés y Gandhi every night with these weapons.

The EZLN has waited patiently as all avenues toward a solution were attempted and exhausted. While the Chiapas state government tried to sabotage and impede freedom for our compañeros, it was human rights organizations and the progressive Catholic church who made an objective assessment of what might happen.

Second: The compañeros were deprived of their liberty for eight days and then freed today, September 19, 2021, thanks to the parish priests of San Cristóbal de las Casas and Oxchuc, of the San Cristóbal diocese. The compañeros were robbed of a walkie-talkie and six thousand pesos in cash belonging to the Good Government Council.

Third: Kidnapping is a crime under both the bad government’s laws and Zapatista law. While the Chiapas state government has supported and covered up these crimes, the Zapatista Army of National Liberation took the necessary steps to free those who were kidnapped and to detain and sanction those who committed the crime.

Fourth: The only reason the conflict did not escalate into a tragedy was due to the intervention of the parishes mentioned above, human rights organizations, and the mobilizations and denunciations carried out in Mexico and, above all, Europe.

Fifth: The misgovernment of Rutilio Escandón is doing everything possible to destabilize the southeastern Mexican state of Chiapas:

It violently represses the normalistas [1].

It sabotages the agreements made between the organized teachers and the federal government, forcing the teachers to take more radical action to demand the agreements be complied with.

Its alliance with narcotraffickers forces indigenous communities to create their own self-defense groups, as the government does nothing to protect the life, liberty, and property of the population. It not only protects the narcotrafficking gangs, but also encourages, promotes, and finances paramilitary groups like those that are constantly attacking communities in Aldama and Santa Martha.

Its vaccination campaign is purposefully slow and disorganized, creating unrest in rural communities that it will no doubt exploit. Meanwhile, the rising covid deaths in these communities are ignored.

Its officials are stealing everything they can from the state treasury, perhaps preparing for a federal government collapse or betting on a new party coming into power.

And now they want to sabotage the departure of the Zapatista delegation participating in the European chapter of the Journey for Life. They ordered their ORCAO paramilitaries to kidnap our compañeros, leaving the crime unpunished, and trying to provoke a reaction from the EZLN, all in a state where governability hangs by a thread.

Sixth: If what the Ecologist Green Party of Mexico (PVEM) wants is to provoke a crisis with international repercussions so that it can destabilize the regime currently in power, they should call a referendum to revoke the presidential mandate.

The PVEM is one of the names used around here by the same old PRI. Sometimes they say it’s the PAN, sometimes the PRD, and now it’s the PVEM badly disguised as the Movement for National Regeneration [MORENA]. But it’s the same criminals as ever, and now they’re part of the misnamed “opposition” movement, a “fifth column” within the 4T [2].

Those responsible are: Rutilio Escandón and Victoria Cecilia Flores Pérez.

If what they want is to topple the federal government, or to cause problems in retaliation for the current federal criminal investigations against them, or to support one of the factions competing for power in 2024, then they should use the available legal channels and stop playing with the life, liberty, and property of the people of Chiapas. They should call for a vote to revoke the presidential mandate and stop playing with fire because they’re going to get burned.

Seventh: We call on Europe below and to the left and on the Sixth in Mexico and abroad to protest in front of Mexican embassies and consulates and at the government offices of the state of Chiapas, demanding an end their provocations and renunciation of their death cult. The date is Friday, September 24, 2021.

Given the actions and omissions of the state and federal governments regarding these crimes and previous ones, we will take the necessary measures to bring justice to the criminals in the ORCAO and the government officials who sponsor them.

Según esto, el autodenominado SupGaleano había acaparado todo el maíz palomero del suroriental estado mexicano de Chiapas.  Y, aunque el susodicho alegó después que su plan era sabotear las grandes cadenas de cine y obligarlas a reducir el precio de tan preciado artículo -así como que se prohibieran las absurdas variaciones que ofrecen palomitas con sabor a frituras rancias-, investigaciones posteriores abundaron en la hipótesis planteada por el fiscal (un ser extraordinariamente parecido a un escarabajo), quien en el juicio planteó el móvil del crimen: el SupGaleano quería atascarse de palomitas él solo.  La súbita e incomprensible escasez de salsa picante aumentaba las sospechas.

El fiscal llamado Don Durito –que se vestía como el Fiscal de Hierro de los hermanos Almohada (no confundir con los Almada, ésos son otros)-, desplegó una brillante pieza de oratoria llena de referencias cinematográficas que, hay que reconocerlo, a ratos recordaban a Al Pacino, a Tom Cruise, a John Travolta, y a Matthew McConaughey (cfr. las películas de estos actores y temática de jurisprudencia).  El acusado, fungiendo como su propio abogado, no fue menos y, además, agregó referencias al arte dramático.  Estaba el susodicho argumentando como Shui Ta / Shen Te frente a los dioses (“La Honesta Persona de Sechuan”. Bertold Brecht), cuando llegó la hora del pozol y el jurado en pleno se ausentó.

Viendo que no se haría justicia y el malvado SupGaleano se saldría con la suya, la banda de Defensa Zapatista, con la colaboración del Gato-Perro, tomó por asalto la champa del SupGaleano y “expropió” no sólo varios costales de maíz palomero, también no pocos cartones de salsa picante.  El amado Amado hacía entonces sus primeras incursiones en la banda de Defensa Zapatista (aunque ya había debutado en Oventik en 2018, en el primer festival de cine, cuando le robó cámara a Gael García Bernal), así que formó, con su amigo Chinto, una especie de sucursal de la horda de Defensa Zapatista.

En la nueva pandilla se auto reclutó la Verónica, hermanita del Amado y de quien se dice es el “ala radical” del Comando (suele llevar tatuajes hasta en los labios cuando le toca el caramelo agridulce que los contiene).  El Chuy y la Cintia fueron reclutados después.  Durante un tiempo, la Esperanza dirigió a la tropa, pero no tardó en incorporarse, junto con Defensa, al equipo de fútbol femenil de las milicianas.  Entonces el amado Amado quedó como mando.

  Corrían los meses de abril y mayo.  La unidad que después sería bautizada como “La Extemporánea”, se preparaba por centenares en el Semillero “Comandanta Ramona”.

El SupGaleano recibió entonces la orden de evitar que los niños molestaran a sus mamaces mientras tomaban el curso de Escucha y Palabra.  El susodicho enfrentó ese nuevo reto organizativo y diseñó una reforma a la inexistente ley orgánica del ezetaelene.  Su objetivo: darles una estructura militar e instruirles en el difícil arte del sabotaje, la destrucción indiscriminada y los chillidos coordinados y secuenciados.
