Si usted no ha recibido el correo de pase a segundo nivel puede ser porque…

… la dirección de correo electrónico con la que se registró para el primer nivel está caduca, o fue borrada, o ha olvidado su contraseña.

… conserva el mismo correo pero no ha recibido el pase porque nos hicimos pelotas y necesitamos de nuevo sus datos… o porque no pasó al siguiente nivel. Si, después de hacer lo que a continuación se detalla, en un plazo de un mes no recibe el correo de pase es porque no aprobó el nivel uno.

En ambos casos la forma de resolverlo es muy sencilla: basta que mande una nueva comunicación a esta dirección casosespeciales@ezln.org.mx, desde un nuevo correo y, en esa comunicación, usted detalle:

  • nombre completo, fecha de nacimiento.
  • lugar de residencia.
  • clave de registro si la recuerda o la tiene.
  • fecha en que tomó el nivel.
  • lugar en el que tomó el nivel (si fue en comunidad, nombre de la comunidad y del caracol al que pertenece la comunidad); (si fue por videoconferencia, nombre del lugar, colonia, ciudad, país, continente en el que tomó la videoconferencia)
  • nombre de su Votán.
