[:es]La Junta de Buen Gobierno del Caracol 10, “Floreciendo la semilla rebelde”, informó a la Red AJMAQ que ayer en la noche, 13 de octubre de 2021, un grupo fuertemente armado de la organización paramilitar ORCAO (Organización Regional de Cafeicultores de Ocosingo) volvió a atacar a la comunidad zapatista de Moisés y Gandhi, en una agresión armada que duró 7 horas y que resultó en el desplazamiento forzado de varias familias zapatistas.

Esto sucede a poco más de un mes del secuestro de dos autoridades autónomas zapatistas. A partir de ese suceso, y en el contexto de la larga historia de violencia paramilitar de la ORCAO contra las comunidades zapatistas, el Comité Clandestino Revolucionario Indígena – Comandancia General del EZLN publicó un comunicado advirtiendo que Chiapas se encuentra al borde de la guerra civil y convocando a la solidaridad nacional e internacional; convocatoria que resultó en expresiones de solidaridad y movilizaciones a lo largo de México y del mundo. Apesar de eso, y de los insistentes llamados a los tres niveles de gobierno a frenar las agresiones paramilitares contra las comunidades que se organizan de forma pacífica en defensa de la vida, la ORCAO continúa gozando de completa impunidad en sus acciones criminales.

La Junta de Buen Gobierno “Nuevo Amanecer en Resistencia y Rebeldía por la Vida y la Humanidad”, Caracol 10 Floreciendo la Semilla Rebelde, informó a la Red de Resistencia y Rebeldía AJMAQ, que a poco más de un mes de la detención arbitraria de las autoridades autónomas José Antonio Sánchez Juárez y Sebastián Núñez Pérez, hecho perpetrado por el grupo paramilitar Organización Regional de Cafeticultores de Ocosingo (Orcao).

Quienes el día de ayer 13 de octubre de 2021, aproximadamente a las 20:30 horas, comenzaron una vez más agresiones armadas en contra de las Bases de Apoyo del EZLN de la comunidad autónoma de Moisés y Gandhi.

A las 1:25 horas del día de hoy, se intensificaron las ráfagas de disparos, incursionando hasta la Escuela Secundaria Autónoma, a las 2:20 horas el grupo de personas fuertemente armados permanecían a escasos 30 metros de las casas de las familias Bases de Apoyo del EZLN quienes tuvieron que desplazarse forzadamente a buscar un refugio seguro.

Las agresiones del grupo paramilitar concluyeron aproximadamente a las 3:30 horas, de acuerdo a información de la Junta de Buen Gobierno.

Exigimos respeto a la tierra y territorio de los pueblos zapatistas, a la autonomía y libre determinación.

¡Basta a las acciones criminales de los paramilitares de la ORCAO!

[:en]The Good Government Council of Caracol 10 informed the AJMAQ network that last night, 13 October 2021, a strongly armed group of the paramlitary organization ORCAO (Regional Organization of Coffee Growers from Ocosingo) once again attacked the Zapatista community of Moisés y Gandhi, in an armed aggression that lasted 7 hours and that resulted in the forced displacement of several zapatista families.

This takes place slightly over a month after two Zapatista autonomous authorities were kidnapped by the same group. After that event, and in the context of the lon history of paramilitary violence by ORCAO against Zapatista communities, the Clandestine Revolutionary Indigenous Committee – General Command of the EZLN published a communiqué warning that Chiapas is on the verge of civil war and callingfor national and international solidarity. That call resulted in expressions of solidarity and mobilizations throughout Mexico and the world. AIn spite of all this and the repeated demands to the three levels of the government to stop paramilitary aggressions against the communities that organize peacefully in defense of life, the ORCAO continues to enjoy complete impunity in its criminal actions.

Brothers and sisters, compañeros and compañeras,

The Good Government Council “Nuevo Amanecer en Resistencia y Rebeldía por la Vida y la Humanidad”, Caracol 10 “Floreciendo la Semilla Rebelde,” informed Red de Resistencia y Rebeldía AJMAQ that, slightly over a month after the arbitrary detention of the autonomous authorities José Antonio Sánchez Juárez and Sebastián Núñez Pérez, by the paramilitary group of the Regional Organization of Coffee Growers from Ocosingo (Orcao).

That same group, last night, 13 October 2021, at approximately 20:30, once again attacked the bases of support of the EZLN of the autonomous community of Moisés and Gandhi.

At 1:25 this morning, the gunfire increased, reaching the Autonomous Middle School. At 2:20, the strongly armed group were positioned only 90 feet from the homes of the families bases of support of the EZLN, who were therefore forcefully displaced in search of a safe shelter.

The aggressions of the paramilitary group ended at approximately 3:30, according to information from the Good Government Council.

We demand respect to the land and territory of the Zapatista peoples, their autonomy and free determination.

No more criminal actions by the ORCAO paramilitary group!
