Les saludamos y escribimos desde la Red contra la Represión y la Solidaridad, las razones y sentimientos que provocan estas líneas son varios y diversos. Como diversa es la lucha por la libertad, la democracia y la justicia, mucha de esa abundancia de resistencias y rebeldías han encontrado su punto de partida en el quehacer político animado desde el Sureste mexicano.

Hace poco más de dos décadas una parte de la izquierda en el país y en el mundo se encontraba en el desconsuelo y la derrota, las coartadas para justificar traiciones, abandonando principios éticos y abonando la política de lo posible con el supuesto triunfo del pensamiento único.

Cuando se decretaba el fin de la historia y en ese contexto el pensar críticamente era sustituido por un pragmatismo indolente ante a una realidad desgarradora. Ustedes, insurgentas e insurgentes zapatistas, irrumpían en el manipulado tablero del poder financiero, bancario y político, con una bota enlodada a su paso al bajar de las montañas; sitiando así al sistema de partido único de Estado.

Compas zapatistas, fue con su fuego y su palabra, lo que marcó el inicio de una nueva época en las luchas libertarias y emancipadoras de la humanidad. Nada de lo que existe actualmente hubiera sido posible sin el levantamiento armado del primero de enero de 1994. Lo decimos claramente, cuando la oscuridad imperaba en el mundo, su luz se coló por una grieta del muro de la noche y amaneció con la insurrecta esperanza.

GOOD EVENING, GOOD DAY COMPAÑERO AND COMPAÑERA BASES OF SUPPORT FROM THE ZAPATISTA ARMY FOR NATIONAL LIBERATION, COMPAÑERO/AS MILICIANOS AND MILICIANAS,[i] INSURGENTS, LOCAL AND REGIONAL RESPONSABLES,[ii] AUTHORITIES FROM THE THREE LEVELS OF AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT, COMPAÑERO/AS PROMOTORES AND PROMOTORAS[iii] OF THE DIFFERENT WORK AREAS, COMPAÑEROS AND COMPAÑERAS OF THE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SIXTH, AND ALL WHO ARE PRESENT.

Compañeras and compañeros, today we are here to celebrate the 22nd anniversary of the beginning of the war against oblivion.

For more than 500 years we have endured the war that the powerful from different nations, languages, colors, and beliefs have made against us in order to annihilate us.

They wanted to kill us, be it through killing our bodies or killing our ideas.

But we resist.

As original peoples, as guardians of mother earth, we resist.

Not only here and not only our color, which is the color of the earth.

In all of the corners of the earth that suffered in the past and still suffer now, there were and there are dignified and rebellious people who resisted, who resist against the death imposed from above.

January 1, 1994, 22 years ago, we made public the “ENOUGH!” that we had prepared in dignified silence for a decade.

In silencing our pain we were preparing its scream.

Our word, at that time, came from fire.

In order to wake those who slept.

To raise the fallen.

To incense those who conformed and surrendered.

To rebel against history

To force it to tell that which it had silenced.

To reveal the history of exploitations, murders, dispossessions, disrespect and forgetting that it was hiding behind the history of above.

Privación Arbitraria de la Libertad y violación a garantías judiciales a Base de Apoyo del EZLN

El Centro de Derechos Humanos Fray Bartolomé de Las Casas (Frayba), documentó Privación Arbitraria de la Libertad y faltas al debido proceso en la detención de José Alfonso Cruz Espinosa (José Alfonso), Base de Apoyo del Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional (BAEZLN).

Según información documentada por el Frayba, José Alfonso, fue arrestado el día 10 de noviembre de 2015, aproximadamente a las 14:00 horas, en el municipio de Ocosingo, Chiapas, México. Personas vestidas de civil, quienes no se identificaron, no le presentaron orden de aprehensión ni indicaron el motivo de la detención, lo subieron a una camioneta y lo trasladaron a la comandancia de la Policía Especializada en la cabecera del mismo municipio.

Según consta en la causa penal 559/2015 fue ingresado al Centro Estatal de Reinserción Social de Sentenciados No. 16 El Encino (CERSS No. 16 El Encino), al llegar a ese lugar tampoco se le informó el motivo de su detención ni se le permitió hacer una llamada. A las 15:57 horas fue puesto a disposición de Omar Heleria Reyes, Juez Mixto de Primera Instancia en Ocosingo, sin que el juez hiciera una adecuada labor en el caso.

Chiapas, México, 28 de septiembre. “Sigue y seguirá la lucha por los desaparecidos de Ayotzinapa. Padres y familiares de los desaparecidos, su dolor y rabia es nuestra”, se leyó el pasado 26 de septiembre en los diferentes territorios zapatistas de la geografía chiapaneca. “Vivos se los llevaron, vivos los queremos”, exigieron las Bases de Apoyo del Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional (BAEZLN), en el sureste de México, a un año de la desaparición forzada de los estudiantes de la normal de Ayotzinapa, en Iguala Guerrero.

En el caso del Caracol zapatista de Oventik, de los Altos de Chiapas, se observaban diferentes mantas de apoyo, de cada municipio autónomo que se dio cita: “la lucha por los desaparecidos de Ayotzinapa seguirá”, afirmaban. También se podían apreciar veladoras para para cada uno de los normalistas agredidos. “Con resistencia y rebeldía exigimos justicia”, externaban en diferentes pancartas las y los rebeldes chiapanecos bajo una llovizna incesante.

Oventic, Chiapas, 26 de septiembre de 2015. Miles de Bases de Apoyo del Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional (BAEZLN), se manifestaron desde temprana hora en sus diferentes territorios en la geografía chiapaneca, en solidaridad con familiares y compañeros de los 43 normalistas desaparecidos de la normal rural de Ayotzinapa en Iguala, Guerrero.

Como lo habían anunciado desde el pasado 24 de septiembre, niños, mujeres, hombres y ancianos de la zona Altos se manifestaron a lo largo de la carretera frente al caracol de Oventic “Corazón céntrico de los zapatistas delante del mundo”, con mantas, carteles, veladoras, portando los nombres de cada uno de los 43 ausentes de la normal de Ayotzinapa.

Alrededor del medio día las BAEZLN ingresaron al caracol para realizar un acto en memoria de “Ayotzinapa y todos los Ayotzinapas que hieren los calendarios y geografías de abajo”.

Bajo una llovizna constante la manifestación se realizó en el contexto de las movilizaciones a nivel nacional e internacional para exigir como desde hace un año la presentación con vida de los normalistas rurales.

Sisters and brothers of the peoples of the Earth:

Our collective heart knows, now as before, that our pain is not a sterile sorrow.

It knows that our rage is not some useless venting.

We, who are what we are, know that our pain and rage are birthed and nourished by lies and injustices.

Because for those who are above at the cost of those of us below, lying is a way of doing politics and they adorn death, forced disappearance, imprisonment, persecution, and murder with the scandal of their corruption.

Those above, whatever the color of their politics, are shameless criminals with impunity. It doesn’t matter if they try to hide behind a change of name and flag; it is always the same face, the same pride, the same ambition, and the same stupidity.

It is as if in their acts of killing and disappearing people they want to kill and disappear memory as well.
From above and from those who make their nests of vileness and perversion there, we will only get lies as salaries and injustice as pay.

Amenazas de muerte y agresiones físicas en contra de BAEZLN de la comunidad Tzakukum

Este Centro de Derechos Humanos Fray Bartolomé de Las Casas, A.C (Frayba) documentó los hechos sobre las amenazas de muerte, agresiones físicas y hostigamiento en contra de Bases de Apoyo del Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional (BAEZLN) en la comunidad Tzakukum, municipio oficial de Chalchihuitán; información proporcionada por la Junta de Buen Gobierno de Oventik, Corazón Céntrico de los Zapatistas delante del Mundo, (JBG Oventik), perteneciente al Caracol II, Resistencia y Rebeldía por la Humanidad.

Según testimonios, refieren que el día 10 de agosto del 2015, el BAEZLN, Aurelio Gómez Girón recibió amenazas de ser asesinado a machetazos, por parte de una mujer de nombre Catarina Girón Díaz Segundo, integrante del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI). El mismo día el señor Ramón López García del partido PRI cortó la manguera de agua a Mariano García Núñez, BAEZLN, quien fue amenazado de muerte con un machete.

El día 14 de agosto, aproximadamente a las 20:30 horas, Librado Pérez Núñez, BAEZLN fue insultado y agredido en el camino por Hermelindo García Núñez dirigente del partido PRI quien le dijo: –ustedes son asesinos, mero zapatista, qué haces aquí..

El día 15 de agosto, el priísta Juan Antonio Pérez Girón amenazó de muerte con un machete a las BAEZLN María Gómez López y Catarina Girón Díaz Primero, en el trayecto a una reunión.

El día 26 de julio, un grupo de partidistas retuvo a cuatro personas BAEZLN en la comunidad Tzakukum a quienes amenazaron con quemarlos con gasolina: Martín García Núñez, Sebastián Gómez Pérez, Jorge López Núnez, Mario Núñez García. Además 8 personas más fueron golpeadas y presentan heridas sin haber recibido atención médica: María Girón López, Mariana Girón López, María López García, Martín Díaz Pérez, María Gómez Pérez, Aurelio Gómez Girón, Rafael García Gómez, María López Núñez.

It is once again made clear that truth and justice will never, ever come from above.

From above the only thing we can expect is pretense, deceit, impunity, and cynicism.

The criminal above will always receive absolution and reward, because the one who judges him is the same one who pays him. They are the same, criminals and judges. They are poisonous heads of the same Hydra.

Now we have a new example:

As Zapatistas, we have realized that the intellectual authors of the murder of the compañero and teacher Galeano have returned, fat and happy, to their homes in the village of La Realidad. They were supposedly being held prisoner for the murder of our teacher and compañero. We already know that they have been declared innocent of this crime by the same people who financed and supported them: the federal and Chiapas state governments. On August 12 of this year, the self-proclaimed “judge” Victor Manuel Zepeda López, of the criminal court in Comitán de Domínguez, Chiapas, declared that Mr. Carmelino Rodríguez Jiménez and Mr. Javier López Rodríguez are innocent, despite that fact that they and their accomplices in the CIOAC-Histórica know that they are guilty of organizing the crime. They aren’t the only ones responsible, but they are guilty.

They were secretly brought back to La Realidad. They were told not to be out and about much and to be discreet, but the pridefulness of those who know they have impunity with regard to justice from above means that they have loose tongues. Thus they are declaring, to anyone who will listen, that they weren’t prisoners at all, but rather staying at a house where they received plentiful attention and congratulations from the state government of Manuel Velasco and the leaders of the CIOAC-Histórica for the murder of the teacher Galeano. They were told that they would have to wait for a time before returning to their village “to continue the work left pending.”
