Saludos a la gente que nos apoya y a toda la gente que tiene consciencia.<\/p>\n

Estamos muy agradecidos por su apoyo a nuestra pac\u00edfica protesta en contra de la tortura que inflige el Estado no s\u00f3lo aqu\u00ed en Pelican Bay, sino en todas las prisiones. Hemos iniciado esta huelga de hambre y paramos de trabajar. Esto incluye a 30,000 prisioneros en California hasta el momento y hemos hecho esto no s\u00f3lo para mejorar nuestras propias condiciones sino como un acto de solidaridad con todos los prisioneros y con todos los oprimidos en el mundo.
\nAlentamos a todos para que realicen alguna acci\u00f3n para apoyar nuestra huelga desde donde quiera que est\u00e9n. Firmen la petici\u00f3n exigi\u00e9ndole al gobernador de California que abandone la tortura; planeen ayunos en solidaridad si pueden, utilicen todos los medios que est\u00e9n a su alcance para difundir este mensaje y participen en acciones directas no violentas para presionar a los que toman las decisiones.
\nSi no fuera por su apoyo, habr\u00edamos muerto en el 2011. Muchas gracias a todos. Estamos seguros de que venceremos.

We are grateful for your support of our peaceful protest against the state-sanctioned torture that happens not only here at Pelican Bay but in prisons everywhere. We have taken up\u00a0this hunger strike and work stoppage, which has included 30,000 prisoners in California so far, not only to improve our own conditions but also an act of solidarity with all prisoners and oppressed people around the world.<\/p>\n

We encourage everyone to take action to support the strike wherever they live. Sign the petition demanding California Governor stop the torture; plan rolling solidarity fasts if you are able; use every means to spread the word; and participate in non-violent direct action to put pressure on decision-makers.<\/p>\n

If it was not for your support, we would have died in 2011. Thank you everyone. We are confident we will prevail.<\/p>\n
