Compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras de lucha de M\u00e9xico y el mundo, les enviamos nuestros saludos combativos de las mujeres y hombres de Bachajon. Aqu\u00ed seguimos en pie de lucha resistiendo con esperanza para defender nuestra madre tierra del despojo de este maldito gobierno que solamente quiere sembrar terror y destruccion en nuestros pueblos.<\/p>\n

Los malos gobiernos matan y encarcelan a los que luchan por mejores condiciones de vida para sus pueblos. Por esa raz\u00f3n hace dos meses mand\u00f3 asesinar a nuestro compa\u00f1ero Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n con sus sicarios mientras se encontraba tranquilamente descansando en su casa, pero como el gobierno es traicionero lo mand\u00f3 asesinar vilmente para acabar con nuestra lucha, pero se equivoc\u00f3, porque aqu\u00ed estamos, aqu\u00ed seguimos y no nos vamos a ir de nuestras tierras que es donde nacieron nuestros padres y madres, nuestros abuelos y abuelas que tambi\u00e9n lucharon y dieron su vida por la madre tierra.<\/p>\n

Pero ya sabemos como es el juego perverso de los malos gobernantes, porque van a decir que har\u00e1n justicia para Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n, que van hacer investigaciones y que se van a detener los responsables, pero \u00bfser\u00e1 que van a llevar a la carcel a Noe Casta\u00f1on Leon y pandilla por lo que hicieron con Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n y por el despojo a San Sebasti\u00e1n Bachaj\u00f3n? Ellos estan tranquilos haciendo sus ma\u00f1osadas, abusando de su poder y dinero, comprando a los juez como septimo de distrito de tuxtla gutierrez lic. Jose del carmen constantino avenda\u00f1o para echar abajo nuestro amparo 274\/2011, burlandose de nuestro pueblo que esta resistiendo y que defiende su derecho pacificamente.<\/p>\n

Noe Casta\u00f1on Leon y pandilla son una bola de vividores del dinero p\u00fablico, de los impuestos, se hacen ricos a costa de nuestro sufrimiento y de la explotaci\u00f3n de nuestro trabajo, sus familias las meten al gobierno para que el pueblo tambien los mantenga, por eso este gobierno es corrupto y mediocre porque llegaron al poder comprando votos, aprovechandose de la pobreza de la gente, para el mal gobierno es una bendicion que somos pobres, por eso sus programas de cruzadas contra el hambre, oportunidades, pro campo son simples migajas para mantenernos pobres quieren que sigamos en la miseria y que no tengamos autonom\u00eda como pueblos para poder decidir lo que concideramos que es mejor para nuestros pueblos. Por eso compra a las autoridades del ejido como Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Jimenez (alias goyito) que traiciona a su pueblo solo para comer las migajas que le tira su patron el gobierno, tambien impuso con fraudes al nuevo comisariado ejidal Alejandro Moreno Gomez y utiliza a los hermanos ind\u00edgenas de Agua Azul como paramilitares para golpear la resistencia en San Sebastian Bachajon y a los compa\u00f1eros en bolom ajaw.<\/p>\n

Nuestro compa\u00f1ero Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n conoc\u00eda bien todo lo que hac\u00eda el mal gobierno en contra de nuestro pueblo y so\u00f1aba con ver su pueblo libre de la opresi\u00f3n y de los abusos de los explotadores, luchaba por la autonomia y libertad para su pueblo.<\/p>\n

Exigimos la liberaci\u00f3n inmediata de nuestros compa\u00f1eros presos pol\u00edticos ANTONIO ESTRADA ESTRADA, MIGUEL VAZQUEZ DEARA y MIGUEL DEMEZA JIMENEZ detenidos injustamente por este mal gobierno. Antonio Estrada Estrada preso en Playas de Catazaj\u00e1 y Miguel V\u00e1zquez Deara preso en Ocosingo fueron se\u00f1alados por gente del ex comisariado ejidal Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Jim\u00e9nez (alias el goyito), quienes son Carmen Aguilar G\u00f3mez Primero, Juan \u00c1lvaro Moreno, Manuel Jim\u00e9nez Moreno y Miguel Ruiz Hern\u00e1ndez, para ser llevados por la Polic\u00eda Estatal y Federal a ser torturados y fabricarles delito de robo con violencia y portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego, est\u00e1n injustamente presos desde 2011. Miguel Demeza Jimenez preso en el Amate tambien fue torturado y arraigado por la fiscalia especializada contra la delincuencia organizada acusado falsamente de robo y secuestro, est\u00e1 injustamente preso desde 2010.<\/p>\n

Recientemente al compa\u00f1ero Miguel V\u00e1zquez Deara como resultado de su recurso de apelaci\u00f3n le repusieron el procedimiento y el mi\u00e9rcoles 26 de junio se resuelve su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, exigimos al juez mixto de ocosingo la libertad de nuestro compa\u00f1ero porque es inocente, fue torturado y fabricado su delito. Tambi\u00e9n el compa\u00f1ero Miguel Demeza Jim\u00e9nez pronto se va resolver su amparo 1478\/2012 por el juez quinto de distrito de tuxtla gutierrez, sobre el delito fabricado de robo con violencia que lo acusa la fiscalia de delincuencia organizada, exigimos su libertad. El pasado 20 de junio a nuestro compa\u00f1ero Antonio Estrada Estrada le cancelaron los careos con los polic\u00edas estatales que lo detuvieron ilegalmente, porque no hab\u00eda traductor tseltal y defensor de oficio, violando gravemente sus derechos y sum\u00e1ndose a todas las injusticias que sufren nuestros compa\u00f1eros presos.<\/p>\n

Compa\u00f1ero Juan el dia de hoy te recordamos con oraci\u00f3n y musica tradicional. Querido compa Juan, tu que te encuentras ya descansando en mejor vida, luchaste y diste la vida por tu pueblo y por la liberaci\u00f3n de los presos pol\u00edticos, quedate tranquilo porque aqu\u00ed seguimos luchando y organizados contra este maldito sistema capitalista y tu vida es como una semilla de esperanza y rebeldia que esta creciendo en nuestros corazones de cada ni\u00f1o, mujer y hombre de San Sebasti\u00e1n Bachajon y en el de compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n

Saludamos con alegr\u00eda las palabras de solidaridad y apoyo de nuestros compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras del Movimiento por Justicia del Barrio, Grupo de Solidaridad con Chiapas de Dorset, Comit\u00e9 de Palabra verdadera de Calcuta y Alisal, al compa\u00f1ero Hugo Blanco de Lucha ind\u00edgena del Per\u00fa, al movimiento por la Paz con Justicia y Dignidad. Reciban un abrazo solidario y combativo de nuestro pueblo para su lucha.<\/p>\n

Nuestro grito de libertad y justicia se escuchar\u00e1 en cada rinc\u00f3n del mundo, les pedimos compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras que desde sus propias maneras gritemos juntos por JUSTICIA para nuestro pueblo y por LIBERTAD para los presos pol\u00edticos ANTONIO ESTRADA ESTRADA, MIGUEL VAZQUEZ DEARA, MIGUEL DEMEZA JIMENEZ, ALBERTO PATISHTAN GOMEZ, ROSARIO DIAZ MENDEZ y todos los presos pol\u00edticos de M\u00e9xico y el mundo.<\/p>\n

Compa\u00f1eros and compa\u00f1eras in struggle in Mexico and the world, we send combative greetings from the women and men of Bachajon. Here we continue in struggle, resisting with hope to defend our mother land from dispossession by this accursed government which only wants to sow terror and destruction in our communities.<\/div>\n
The bad governments kill and imprison those who struggle for better living conditions for their people. For this reason, two months ago they ordered the assassination of our compa\u00f1ero Juan Vazquez Guzman by their hired assassins while he was resting quietly at home, but the treacherous government wickedly ordered his murder to put an end to our struggle, but they were wrong, because we are here, we are staying here and we are not going to leave our land which is the birthplace of our mothers and fathers, our grandfathers and grandmothers who also fought and gave their lives for the mother earth.<\/div>\n
But we already know the perverse game the bad governors will play, because they are going to say they will give justice to Juan Vazquez Guzman, that they will make investigations and that those responsible will be apprehended; but are they going to put Noe Casta\u00f1on Leon and his crew in prison for what they did to Juan Vazquez Guzman and for the plundering of San Sebastian Bachaj\u00f3n? They are quietly doing their dirty deeds, abusing their power and money, buying judges like Jose del carmen constantino Avenda\u00f1o from the seventh district of tuxtla, so he will throw out our amparo 274\/2011, playing games with our people who are peacefully resisting and defending their rights.<\/div>\n

Noe Casta\u00f1on Leon and his gang are a bunch of freeloaders who live off public money and taxes, who get rich at the expense of our suffering and through the exploitation of our work, their families put them in the government so that the people will keep them; for these reasons this government is corrupt and mediocre because they came to power through buying votes, taking advantage of the poverty of the people, for the bad government it is a blessing that we are poor, so they have their programs – crusades against hunger, opportunities, procampo \u2013 which are merely crumbs to keep us in poverty; they want us to remain in misery and to have no autonomy as peoples to be able to decide what is best for our peoples. This is why they buy the ejido authorities, such as Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Jimenez (aka goyito) who betrays his people only to eat the few crumbs thrown to him by his patron the government, they have also fraudulently imposed the new ejidal commissioner Alejandro Moreno Gomez and they use our indigenous brothers from Agua Azul as paramilitaries to attack the resistance in San Sebastian Bachajon and of our compa\u00f1eros at bolom ajaw.<\/div>\n
Our compa\u00f1ero\u00a0 Juan Vazquez Guzman knew all about what the bad government was doing against our people, and while dreaming of seeing his people free from the oppression and abuse of the exploiters, he struggled for the autonomy and freedom of his people.<\/div>\n
We demand the immediate release of our compa\u00f1eros the political prisoners ANTONIO ESTRADA ESTRADA, MIGUEL VAZQUEZ DEARA and MIGUEL DEMEZA JIMENEZ, unjustly imprisoned by this bad government. Antonio Estrada Estrada, prisoner in Playas de Catazaj\u00e1, and Miguel Vazquez Deara, prisoner in Ocosingo, were identified by people close to the former ejidal commissioner, Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Jim\u00e9nez (aka el goyito), who are Carmen Aguilar G\u00f3mez Primero, Juan \u00c1lvaro Moreno, Manuel Jim\u00e9nez Moreno and Miguel Ruiz Hern\u00e1ndez, to be taken away by the State and Federal Police to be tortured and charged with the fabricated crimes of robbery with violence and the possession of a firearm; they have been unjustly imprisoned since 2011. Miguel Demeza Jimenez, prisoner in el Amate, was tortured and put in solitary confinement (arraigado)\u00a0by the specialized prosecutor against organized crime, falsely accused of robbery and kidnapping, and has been unjustly imprisoned since 2010.<\/div>\n
Recently the compa\u00f1ero Miguel V\u00e1zquez Deara, as a result of his appeal, has had his case reviewed and on Wednesday June 26 his legal situation will be resolved; we demand that the joint judge of Ocosingo grants our compa\u00f1ero his freedom because he is innocent, he has been tortured and his crime fabricated. Also compa\u00f1ero Miguel Demeza Jimenez will soon have his amparo1478\/2012 resolved by the fifth District Judge in tuxtla concerning the fabricated crime of robbery with violence of which he was accused by the prosecutor of organized crime; we demand his freedom. On June 20 our compa\u00f1ero Antonio Estrada Estrada had his charges cancelled from when the state police illegally arrested him, because there he had no Tzeltal translator or legal defender, grossly violating his rights, in addition to all the other injustices suffered by our fellow prisoners.<\/div>\n
Compa\u00f1ero Juan, today we remember you with prayer and traditional music. Beloved compa Juan, you are now resting in a better life, you struggled and you gave your life for your people and for the release of the political prisoners, rest in peace because here we continue organized in the struggle against this terrible capitalist system; and your life is like a seed of hope and rebellion that is growing in the hearts of every child, woman and man from San Sebastian Bachajon and in the hearts of compa\u00f1eros and compa\u00f1eras from around the world.<\/div>\n
We welcome with joy the words of solidarity and support from our compa\u00f1eros and compa\u00f1eras of Movement for Justice in El Barrio, Dorset Chiapas Solidarity Group, the Committees of the True Word from Kolkata and Alisal, Compa\u00f1ero Hugo Blanco of Lucha ind\u00edgena in Per\u00fa, and Movement for Peace with Justice and Dignity. Receive a combative embrace of solidarity from our people for your struggle.<\/div>\n
Tomorrow, June 25th<\/sup>, the Worldwide Campaign \u2018Juan Vazquez Guzman Lives, the Bachaj\u00f3n Struggle continues!\u2019 will begin.
