Venimos con digna rabia a dar nuestra palabra a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, queremos denunciar nuevamente las grandes injusticias y despojos que el mal gobierno de los tres niveles encabezados por los grandes delincuentes Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto, Manuel Velasco Coello y Leonardo Guirao Aguilar siguen cometiendo en contra de nuestro pueblo. Estos gobiernos corruptos despojan a los pueblos ind\u00edgenas de sus territorios para hacer proyecto trasnacional y hacerse ricos a costa de nuestro sufrimiento. Seg\u00fan que sus proyectos son para dar trabajo a los ind\u00edgenas y que salgamos de la pobreza, pero lo unico que quieren es quedarse con nuestras tierras y que regresemos al tiempo de esclavos. Son estos mismos gobiernos corruptos que mandaron asesinar cobardemente a nuestro compa\u00f1ero de lucha Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n el 24 de abril de 2013 por la noche mientras se encontraba descansando en su domicilio en el poblado Bachaj\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El mal gobierno compra autoridades ejidales y comunitarias que no tienen conciencia de defender su pueblo, se venden por unos cuantos pesos y son fieles sirvientes del mal gobierno, porque solo ven su inter\u00e9s personal. Una autoridad que gobierna sin obedecer y defender su pueblo no es verdaderamente una autoridad, sino simplemente lo tiene de nombre, por eso el pueblo tiene derecho a defender por si mismo su derecho. En nuestro pueblo las autoridades ejidales oficialistas son manipuladas por el gobierno para consumar el despojo de nuestras tierras. Los ex comisariados Pedro Alvaro Hern\u00e1ndez\u00a0 y Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Jim\u00e9nez ahora usan carros buenos y se la viven de puro engordar porque ya no trabajan la tierra. Ellos han permitido que el gobierno tenga militarizado y lleno de polic\u00eda estatal preventiva nuestras comunidades. Ellos firmaron documentos entregando nuestras tierras al gobierno, sin autorizacion de nuestro maxima autoridad la asamblea general, en lugar de ser castigados y llevarlos a la carcel, son premiados y protegidos por el mal gobierno. Pero los ind\u00edgenas que luchan por su pueblo son torturados y castigados en la carcel cumpliendo condenas injustas como nuestros presos Antonio Estrada Estrada (preso en CERSS 17 de Playas de Catazaj\u00e1, Chiapas), Miguel V\u00e1zquez Deara (preso en CERSS 16 de Ocosingo, Chiapas) y Miguel Demeza Jim\u00e9nez (preso en CERSS 14 El Amate).<\/p>\n

El despojo de nuestras tierras lo prepar\u00f3 el mismo secretario general de gobierno No\u00e9 Casta\u00f1\u00f3n Le\u00f3n desde finales del a\u00f1o 2010, en sus oficinas de Tuxtla Guti\u00e9rrez con el ex comisariado ejidal Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Jim\u00e9nez, Carmen Aguilar G\u00f3mez Primero, Juan Alvaro Moreno, Manuel Jim\u00e9nez Moreno y Miguel Ruiz Hern\u00e1ndez. El 2 de febrero de 2011 entraron de manera violenta a desalojar a compa\u00f1eros de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n de la caseta de cobro que construimos con mucho esfuerzo y para beneficio del pueblo, robaron material de construcci\u00f3n y dinero en efectivo, al d\u00eda siguiente detuvieron a 117 de nuestros compa\u00f1eros.<\/p>\n

El mal gobierno ha reprimido fuertemente nuestro movimiento porque nos quiere desaparecer, no le gusta que el pueblo se organice y defienda lo que es suyo, solo quiere quitar y que nadie diga nada. Estos mismos malos gobiernos dicen que vivimos en una democracia, pero reprimen con su fuerza p\u00fablica y mandan asesinar para callar nuestro movimiento que lucha por justicia, tierra, libertad y democracia.<\/p>\n

El 2 de marzo de 2011 el compa\u00f1ero Mariano Moreno Guzm\u00e1n que es uno de los fundadores del ejido y ex comisariado ejidal que consigui\u00f3 los documentos de nuestro pueblo, present\u00f3 amparo por el despojo. El amparo lo turnaron al Juez S\u00e9ptimo de Distrito en Tuxtla Guti\u00e9rrez, Chiapas con el n\u00famero 274\/2011. El 30 de enero de 2013 el Juez corrupto Jos\u00e9 del Carmen Constantino Avenda\u00f1o dict\u00f3 sentencia y desech\u00f3 el amparo. El 16 de mayo de 2013 el Tercer Tribunal Colegiado de Tuxtla ech\u00f3 abajo la sentencia del Juez S\u00e9ptimo por ser ilegal y orden\u00f3 la reposici\u00f3n del procedimiento. Ahora el Juez S\u00e9ptimo debe notificar la demanda de amparo a la Asamblea General de Ejidatarios por conducto del Comisariado Ejidal oficialista que es del gobierno. Se ve claramente la ma\u00f1a del gobierno, que como no pudieron anular el amparo con la sentencia del Juez Constantino Avenda\u00f1o ahora van a querer meter una Acta de asamblea como las que les gusta fabricar con la complicidad del Jefe de Residencia de la Procuradur\u00eda Agraria de Ocosingo Ing. Luis Demetrio Dom\u00ednguez L\u00f3pez, Presidencia Municipal de Chil\u00f3n y autoridades del gobierno del Estado de Chiapas.<\/p>\n

No vamos a permitir que siga el despojo de nuestras tierras y el abuso en contra de nuestro pueblo, a pesar del asesinato cobarde de nuestro compa\u00f1ero Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n seguiremos luchando y defendiendo con fuerza y organizaci\u00f3n, no nos vamos a callar como quiere el mal gobierno. Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n vive, la lucha de Bachaj\u00f3n sigue!<\/p>\n

Nos sumamos a la semana de acci\u00f3n mundial: Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n Vive, la Lucha de Bachaj\u00f3n sigue! convocada por nuestros compa\u00f1eros del Movimiento por Justicia del Barrio, Grupo de Solidaridad con Chiapas de Dorset, Comit\u00e9 de Palabra verdadera de Calcuta, India y el Comit\u00e9 de la Palabra Verdadera de Alisal, para los d\u00edas del 25 de junio al 2 de julio.<\/p>\n

To national and international human rights defenders<\/span><\/p>\n

To the Good Government Juntas<\/span><\/p>\n

To the indigenous peoples in resistance<\/span><\/p>\n

To public opinion<\/span><\/p>\n

We come with dignified rage to give our word in Mexico City, we want to denounce once again the great injustices and dispossessions that the three levels of bad government, headed by the major criminals Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto, Manuel Velasco Coello and Leonardo Guirao Aguilar, continue to commit against our people. These corrupt governments displace indigenous peoples from their territory to develop transnational projects and make themselves rich at the expense of our suffering. They say that their projects are to provide work for the indigenous so they can get out of poverty, but the only thing they want is to keep our lands and for us to return to the time of slavery. It is these same corrupt governments who sent people to cowardly assassinate our compa\u00f1ero in the struggle, Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n, during the evening of April 24, 2013, while he was resting at his home in the settlement of Bachaj\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

The bad government buys ejidal<\/span>[i]<\/span><\/a> and community authorities<\/span><\/span>[ii]<\/span><\/a> who have no conscience to defend their people, they sell themselves for a few pesos and become faithful servants of the bad government, because they only see their personal interests. An authority who governs without obeying and defending his people is not really an authority, but simply has the name, so the people have the right to defend themselves. In our community the officialist<\/span><\/span>[iii]<\/span><\/a> ejidal authorities are manipulated by the government to consummate the theft of our lands. The former commissioners Pedro Alvaro Hern\u00e1ndez and Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Jim\u00e9nez now have good cars and live off the fat of the land because they no longer work the fields. They have allowed the government to militarize and fill our communities with state preventive police. They signed documents handing over our land to the government, without the authorisation of our highest authority the General Assembly, and instead of being punished and sent to prison, they are rewarded and protected by the bad government. But the indigenous who fight for their people are tortured and punished in jail, serving unjust sentences, like our prisoners Antonio Estrada Estrada (prisoner in CERSS 17, Playas de\u00a0 Catazaj\u00e1, Chiapas), Miguel V\u00e1zquez Deara (prisoner in CERSS 16, Ocosingo, Chiapas) and Miguel Demeza Jim\u00e9nez (prisoner in CERSS 14, El Amate).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The theft of our lands has been prepared, since the end of 2010, by the general secretary of government No\u00e9 Casta\u00f1\u00f3n Le\u00f3n himself, at his offices in Tuxtla Gutierrez, together with the former ejidal commissioners Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Jim\u00e9nez, Carmen Aguilar G\u00f3mez Primero, Juan Alvaro Moreno, Manuel Jim\u00e9nez Moreno and Miguel Ruiz Hern\u00e1ndez. On February 2, 2011, they came to violently evict the compa\u00f1eros of our organization from the toll booth<\/span>[iv]<\/span><\/a> we built with much effort to benefit the people, they stole building materials and cash, and the next day they arrested 117 of our compa\u00f1eros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The bad government has strongly repressed our movement because they want us to disappear, they do not like the people to organize and defend what is theirs, they just want to get rid of us and for nobody to say anything. These same bad governments say we live in a democracy, but they repress us with state forces and order assassination to silence our movement which fights for justice, land, freedom and democracy.<\/span><\/p>\n

On March 2, 2011 compa\u00f1ero Mariano Moreno Guzm\u00e1n, who is one of the founders of the ejido and a former ejidal commissioner who obtained the documents for our people, presented an amparo<\/span>[v]<\/span><\/a> on account of the eviction. The amparo was allotted to the Seventh District Judge in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas with the number 274\/2011. On January 30, 2013, the corrupt Judge Jos\u00e9 del Carmen Constantino Avenda\u00f1o gave judgement and dismissed the amparo. On May 16, 2013, the Third Collegiate Court of Tuxtla rejected the judgment of the Seventh Court as being illegal and ordered the reinstatement of the procedure. Now the Seventh Judge must notify the claim for amparo to the General Assembly of Ejidatarios through the officialist Ejidal Commissioner, who is from the government. The skill of the government can be clearly seen, as they could not cancel the amparo with the judgment of Judge Constantino Avenda\u00f1o, they now want to use an Act of Assembly, similar to those they like to fabricate with the complicity of the Chief Resident of the Agrarian Prosecutor of Ocosingo, Engineer Luis Demetrio Dom\u00ednguez L\u00f3pez, the Municipal Presidency of Chil\u00f3n and the government authorities of Chiapas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We will not allow the theft of our lands and the abuse of our people to continue, despite the cowardly assassination of our compa\u00f1ero Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n, we will keep fighting and defending with energy and organization, we will not be silent as the bad government wants us to be. Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n lives, the Bachaj\u00f3n struggle continues!<\/span><\/p>\n

We join the week of worldwide action: Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n lives, the Bachaj\u00f3n struggle continues! convoked by our compa\u00f1eros from Movement for Justice in El Barrio, Dorset Chiapas Solidarity Group, Committee of the True Word from Kolkata, India and Committee of the True Word from Alisal, for the days from June 25th to July 2nd.<\/span><\/p>\n
