Compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras por este medio presente comunicado les hacemos de saber qui\u00e9n era:<\/p>\n

JUAN VAZQUEZ GUZM\u00c1N.<\/p>\n

Es un miembro activo del ejido San Sebasti\u00e1n Bachaj\u00f3n Adherentes a la otra campa\u00f1a encaminamos 7 a\u00f1os con el despu\u00e9s de la declaraci\u00f3n de la selva lacandona, despu\u00e9s de estar como miembro dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n, el pasado 18 de abril 2010 se nombr\u00f3 como secretario general de los tres centros.<\/p>\n

El pasado 24 de diciembre del 2011 fue detenido por parte de las polic\u00edas municipales y judiciales sin mostrarle ni una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n cuando iba entrando en su casa y fue puesto al Cereso 16 de Ocosingo horas despu\u00e9s lleg\u00f3 el comisariado Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Guzm\u00e1n hoy es ex comisariado, llevando en la mano una carpeta se\u00f1alando al compa\u00f1ero Juan como l\u00edder en contra del proyecto neoliberal, pero gracias por las movilizaciones de organizaciones y la intervenci\u00f3n del centro de los Derechos Humanos fue dado de libertad esa misma noche como a las 12:00 hrs pm y lo regresaron a su casa sin hacerle firmar ninguna hoja de libertad y pidi\u00e9ndole perd\u00f3n y disculpa.<\/p>\n

El 26 y 27 de noviembre del a\u00f1o 2011 el compa\u00f1ero Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n acompa\u00f1ado con el compa\u00f1ero Domingo Garc\u00eda G\u00f3mez participaron en un taller del dialogo y reflexi\u00f3n del Congreso Nacional Ind\u00edgena en san mateo del mar (Oaxaca).<\/p>\n

Y le ha dado seguimiento del juicio de amparo 274\/2011 en contra del proyecto Neoliberalismo. Y el acompa\u00f1amiento a los 3 presos pol\u00edticos de S.S.B.<\/p>\n

Ha tenido participaci\u00f3n en los foros de la prisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y las movilizaciones por la libertad de presos pol\u00edticos en Chiapas, y la liberaci\u00f3n del compa\u00f1ero ALBERTO PATISHT\u00c1N y en todo M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

Y ha tenido participaciones con l@s comp@\u00f1eras de San Sebasti\u00e1n Bachaj\u00f3n por la defensa de la tierra y la movilizaci\u00f3n el pasado 7 de mayo 2011 en San Crist\u00f3bal de Las casas, Chiapas, en ejido tila, Mitzit\u00f3n y en D.F y acompa\u00f1amiento de liberaci\u00f3n de los \u00faltimos 5 presos pol\u00edticos de San Sebasti\u00e1n Bachaj\u00f3n, ha participado en varios video mensajes por la liberaci\u00f3n de los presos pol\u00edticos y por la defensa de la madre tierra. Y otras participaciones m\u00e1s<\/p>\n

HACE 4 DIAS<\/p>\n

El pasado 24 de Abril del 2013 cuando a las 10:8 hrs pm hora de Dios que el compa\u00f1ero Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n se encontraba descansando en su casa cuando lleg\u00f3 toc\u00e1ndole la puerta una persona y fue acribillado con 6 pactos de balas de alto calibre y el tipo se dio a la fuga con una camioneta roja con direcci\u00f3n a Sital\u00e1 Chiapas.<\/p>\n

Y exigimos que este asesinato no quede en impunidad.<\/p>\n

Hombres mujeres y ni\u00f1os ejidatari@s de San Sebasti\u00e1n Bachaj\u00f3n Adherentes a la otra campa\u00f1a y hacemos un llamado para pedir la solidarizacion de la justicia, despu\u00e9s de la muerte del compa\u00f1ero y la lucha no se disminuye seguiremos adelante a la meta, porque bien sabemos que la muerte fue por la defensa de nuestra madre Tierra porque las monta\u00f1as y los manantiales son due\u00f1os de los que cuidan.<\/p>\n

Compa\u00f1eros, by means of this communiqu\u00e9, we would like to make known to you:<\/p>\n

JUAN V\u00c1ZQUEZ GUZM\u00c1N.<\/p>\n

An active member of the ejido San Sebasti\u00e1n Bachaj\u00f3n; as Adherents to the Other Campaign, we walked beside him for seven years following the sixth declaration of the Lacandon Jungle; after being a member of the organization, he was appointed Secretary General for the three centers on April 18, 2010.<\/p>\n

On December 24, 2011, he was arrested by the municipal and judicial police, without even showing him a warrant, when he was entering his house, and he was put in CERESO no 16 in Ocosingo, hours later the commissioner Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Guzm\u00e1n arrived, who today is the ex-commissioner, carrying in his hand a folder identifying compa\u00f1ero Juan as leader against the neoliberal project, but thanks to the mobilization of organizations and the intervention of the Human Rights Centre he was released that night at about 12:00 pm and returned home without having to sign any release document or anyone asking his forgiveness or making any apology.<\/p>\n

On 26 and 27 November 2011 the compa\u00f1ero Juan V\u00e1zquez Guzm\u00e1n, together with compa\u00f1ero Domingo Garc\u00eda G\u00f3mez, participated in a workshop of dialogue and reflection at the Indigenous National Congress in San Mateo del Mar (Oaxaca).<\/p>\n

And he has followed the protection order (amparo) 274\/2011 against the Neoliberal project. And the accompaniment of the three political prisoners from SSB.<\/p>\n

He has participated in the forums about political imprisonment and in the demonstrations for the freedom of the Chiapas political prisoners, and for the release of compa\u00f1ero ALBERTO PATISHT\u00c1N and throughout Mexico.<\/p>\n

And he has been involved with the compa\u00f1eras of San Sebastian Bachaj\u00f3n for the defense of the land and the mobilization last May 7, 2011, in San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, in the ejido Tila, in Mitzit\u00f3n and in DF, and the accompaniment of the release of the last 5 political prisoners from San Sebasti\u00e1n Bachaj\u00f3n, he has been part of several video messages for the release of political prisoners and the defense of Mother Earth.<\/p>\n

On April 24, 2013, at 10:08 pm, hour of God, our compa\u00f1ero Juan Vazquez Guzm\u00e1n was resting at home when someone came knocking at his door and he was riddled with 6 high caliber bullets and the culprit fled in a red truck heading toward Sital\u00e1, Chiapas.<\/p>\n

And we demand that this murder does not remain unpunished.<\/p>\n
