CON VIOLENCIA RESPONDE EL GOBIERNO DE GABINO CUE AL PUEBLO DE SANTA MARIA CHIMALAPA, ANTE LA INCAPACIDAD DE SUS OPERADORES POLITICOS DE DAR SOLUCION A SUS DEMANDAS, VIOLENTANDO SUS DERECHOS COMO PUEBLOS IND\u00cdGENAS.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Hoy d\u00eda, en el Istmo de Tehuantepec existen tres municipios ind\u00edgenas que est\u00e1n exigiendo la desaparici\u00f3n de poderes de sus autoridades municipales, dos de ellos se rigen por el Sistema Normativo Ind\u00edgena, Santa Mar\u00eda Chimalapa y San Mateo del Mar, en tanto San Dionisio por el de partidos pol\u00edticos. Las autoridades municipales en los tres municipios, no han cumplido con el mandato otorgado por el pueblo, de velar y respetar los intereses colectivos. Sin embargo ninguno de estos municipios ha tenido una respuesta positiva a su demanda.<\/p>\n

El Pueblo de Santa Mar\u00eda Chimalapa por acuerdo de su asamblea general, el d\u00eda 8 de julio desconoci\u00f3 al presidente municipal en funciones y a todo su cabildo. El 10 de septiembre se presenta una demanda formal, sustentada jur\u00eddicamente y firmada por la mayor\u00eda de la comunidad\u00a0\u00a0ind\u00edgena, para requerir la desaparici\u00f3n de poderes municipales. Y a finales de Octubre, por acuerdo de la Asamblea General, se declar\u00f3 municipio aut\u00f3nomo en tanto el Congreso del estado ratifique la destituci\u00f3n del presidente municipal, Raymundo Z\u00e1rate Z\u00e1rate.<\/p>\n

El d\u00eda de hoy, al no obtener respuesta ni del gobierno estatal, ni del congreso local porque su decisi\u00f3n y acci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica no ha tenido respuesta en la medida que los diputados ulicistas\u00a0\u00a0Francisco Garc\u00eda L\u00f3pez y El\u00edas Cort\u00e9s L\u00f3pez la han obstaculizado al interior del Congreso Local. Los pobladores de Santa Mar\u00eda Chimalapa decidieron manifestarse en la carretera Panamericana a la altura del Mezquite, y siendo aproximadamente las 16 horas, elementos de la polic\u00eda estatal, los desalojaron de manera violenta, deteniendo y desapareciendo a varios de ellos.
