Av Reforma<br>Vamos por la vida y la libertad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acto pol\u00edtico-cultural por la libertad de Mumia Abu Jamal y por la organizaci\u00f3n del homenaje de Carolina Salda\u00f1a, periodista, compa\u00f1era y luchadora incansable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El 9 de diciembre de 1981 en Estados Unidos fue detenido y encarcelado Mumia Abu Jamal, periodista afroamericano, acusado falsamente de asesinar a un polic\u00eda. Esta situaci\u00f3n indigno al mundo y las voces contra el racismo se levantaron. Tras 44 a\u00f1os de encierro, la mayor\u00eda en el corredor de la muerte, la lucha por su libertad sigue vigente. Por lo que queremos proponerles continuar con el legado de nuestra compa\u00f1era Caro y realizar el acto pol\u00edtico-cultural frente a la Embajada de Estados Unidos en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; esta actividad nos une a quienes toman las calles en diferentes geograf\u00edas del mundo para exigir la libertad de Mumia Abu-Jamal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n les invitamos a recordar y honrar la vida de Carolina Salda\u00f1a, con presencia de en esa fecha que fue tan importante para ella y en ese mismo lugar en el que se ha llevado a cabo desde hace m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os, que de manera simb\u00f3lica estar\u00e1 presente a trav\u00e9s de sus cenizas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Convocamos a quienes quieran ser parte de esta actividad a escribir sus propuestas al Fb Amigxs de Mumia Abu Jamal antes del 5 de diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro de esta misma actividad tomaremos un espacio para quienes quieran participar en la organizaci\u00f3n de un homenaje para nuestra querida Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con Amor, Sin miedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/amigosdemumiamx.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/whatsapp-image-2025-11-24-at-2.40.49-pm.jpeg?w=853\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n[:en]\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>December 9, 2025<br>12 p.m. \u2013 U.S. Embassy, Reforma Avenue<br>We march for life and freedom!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Political\u2013cultural event for the freedom of Mumia Abu-Jamal and for the organizing of a tribute to Carolina Salda\u00f1a, journalist, compa\u00f1era, and tireless fighter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On December 9, 1981, in the United States, Mumia Abu-Jamal, an African-American journalist, was arrested and imprisoned, falsely accused of killing a police officer. This injustice outraged the world, and voices against racism rose up. After 44 years of imprisonment\u2014most of them on death row\u2014the struggle for his freedom continues. For this reason, we want to propose continuing the legacy of our compa\u00f1era Caro by holding the political\u2013cultural event in front of the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City. This action joins us with others who take to the streets in different parts of the world to demand freedom for Mumia Abu-Jamal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also invite you to remember and honor the life of <strong>Carolina Salda\u00f1a<\/strong>, by being present on this date that meant so much to her, and in the very place where this event has taken place for more than 25 years\u2014where she will be symbolically present through her ashes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We call on all who want to take part in this activity to send their proposals to the Facebook page <strong>Amigxs de Mumia Abu-Jamal<\/strong> before December 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within this same event, we will hold space for anyone who wishes to participate in organizing a tribute to our beloved Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>With love, without fear.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/amigosdemumiamx.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/whatsapp-image-2025-11-24-at-2.40.49-pm.jpeg?w=853\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n[:]","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[:es] 9 de diciembre 202512 pm Embajada de los Estados Unidos.
