Les voy a tratar de explicar c\u00f3mo es que reorganizamos la autonom\u00eda, o sea la nueva estructura de la autonom\u00eda zapatista.\u00a0 Ya les explicar\u00e9 m\u00e1s luego con m\u00e1s detalle.\u00a0 O tal vez no les explicar\u00e9 m\u00e1s, porque la pr\u00e1ctica es lo que importa.\u00a0 Claro que tambi\u00e9n pueden venir al aniversario y mirar las obras de teatro, canciones, poes\u00edas y lo de arte y cultura de esta nueva etapa de nuestra lucha.\u00a0 Si no, ah\u00ed los Tercios Compas les mandar\u00e1n fotos y videos.\u00a0 En otro momento les contar\u00e9 lo que vimos de bueno y de malo en la valoraci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica de MAREZ y JBG.\u00a0 Ahora s\u00f3lo les dir\u00e9 c\u00f3mo queda.\u00a0 Va:<\/p>\n
Primero. \u2013 La base principal, que es no s\u00f3lo donde se sostiene la autonom\u00eda, tambi\u00e9n sin la cual no pueden funcionar las otras estructuras es el Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomo Local<\/em><\/strong>, GAL<\/strong>.\u00a0 Hay un GAL en cada comunidad donde habitan bases de apoyo zapatistas.\u00a0 Los GAL<\/em><\/strong> zapatistas son el n\u00facleo de toda la autonom\u00eda.\u00a0 Son coordinados por los agentes y comisariados aut\u00f3nomos y est\u00e1n sujetos a la asamblea del pueblo, rancher\u00eda, comunidad, paraje, barrio, ejido, colonia, o como se autonombre cada poblaci\u00f3n.\u00a0 Cada GAL<\/em><\/strong> controla sus recursos aut\u00f3nomos organizativos (como escuelas y cl\u00ednicas) y la relaci\u00f3n con pueblos hermanos no-zapatistas vecinos.\u00a0 Y controla el buen uso de la paga.\u00a0 Tambi\u00e9n detecta y denuncia las malas administraciones, las corrupciones y los errores que puede haber.\u00a0 Y est\u00e1 pendiente de quienes se quieren hacer pasar como autoridades zapatistas para pedir apoyos o ayudas que usan para beneficio propio.<\/p>\n Entonces, si antes hab\u00eda unas decenas de MAREZ, o sea de Municipios Aut\u00f3nomos Rebeldes Zapatistas, ahora hay miles de GAL<\/em><\/strong> zapatistas.<\/p>\n Segundo. \u2013 De acuerdo a sus necesidades, problemas y avances, varios GAL<\/em><\/strong> se convocan en Colectivos de Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Zapatistas<\/em><\/strong>, CGAZ<\/em><\/strong> y aqu\u00ed se discuten y se toman acuerdos sobre asuntos que interesan a los GAL<\/em><\/strong> convocantes.\u00a0 Cuando as\u00ed lo determinen, el Colectivo de Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos convoca a asamblea de las autoridades de cada comunidad. Aqu\u00ed se proponen, discuten y se aprueban o rechazan los planes y necesidades de Salud, Educaci\u00f3n, Agroecolog\u00eda, Justicia, Comercio, y las que se vayan necesitando.\u00a0 A nivel de CGAZ<\/em><\/strong> est\u00e1n los coordinadores de cada \u00e1rea.\u00a0 No son autoridades.\u00a0 Su trabajo es que se cumplan los trabajos que piden los GAL o que se ven necesarios para la vida comunitaria.\u00a0 Como, por ejemplo: campa\u00f1as de medicina preventiva y vacunaci\u00f3n, campa\u00f1as para enfermedades end\u00e9micas, cursos y capacitaci\u00f3n especializada (como t\u00e9cnicos en laboratorio, rayos X, ultrasonido, mastograf\u00edas y los que vayamos aprendiendo), de alfabetizaci\u00f3n y niveles superiores, encuentros deportivos, culturales, festividades tradicionales, etc.\u00a0 Cada regi\u00f3n o CGAZ<\/em><\/strong> tiene sus directivos, que son los que convocan a asambleas si hay alg\u00fan problema urgente o que afecta a varias comunidades.<\/p>\n Es decir que, donde antes hab\u00edan 12 Juntas de Buen Gobierno, ahora habr\u00e1 centenares.<\/p>\n Tercero. \u2013 Luego siguen las Asambleas de Colectivos de Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos ZAPATISTAS<\/em><\/strong>, ACGAZ<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 Que son lo que antes se conoc\u00edan como zonas.\u00a0 Pero no tienen autoridad, sino que dependen de los CGAZ.\u00a0 Y los CGAZ dependen de los GAL.\u00a0 La ACGAZ convoca y preside las asambleas de zona, cuando sean necesarias seg\u00fan las peticiones de GAL y CGAZ.\u00a0 Tienen su sede en los caracoles, pero se mueven entre las regiones.\u00a0 O sea que son m\u00f3viles, seg\u00fan las demandas de atenci\u00f3n de los pueblos.<\/p>\n Cuarto. \u2013 Como se podr\u00e1 ver en la pr\u00e1ctica, el Mando y Coordinaci\u00f3n de la Autonom\u00eda se ha trasladado de las JBG y MAREZ a los pueblos y comunidades, a los GAL.\u00a0 Las zonas (ACGAZ) y las regiones (CGAZ) est\u00e1n mandadas por los pueblos, deben rendir cuentas a los pueblos y buscar la forma de cumplir con sus necesidades en Salud, Educaci\u00f3n, Justicia, Alimentaci\u00f3n y las que se presenten por emergencias ocasionadas por desastres naturales, pandemias, cr\u00edmenes, invasiones, guerras, y las dem\u00e1s desgracias que depare el sistema capitalista.<\/p>\n Quinto. \u2013 Se ha reorganizado la estructura y disposici\u00f3n del EZLN de modo de aumentar la defensa y seguridad de los poblados y de la madre tierra en caso de agresiones, ataques, epidemias, invasi\u00f3n de empresas depredadoras de la naturaleza, ocupaciones militares parciales o totales, cat\u00e1strofes naturales y guerras nucleares.\u00a0 Nos hemos preparado para que sobrevivan nuestros pueblos, incluso aislados unos de otros.<\/p>\n Sexto. \u2013 Entendemos que tengan problemas para asimilar esto.\u00a0 Y que, durante un tiempo, van a batallar en entenderlo.\u00a0 A nosotros nos tom\u00f3 10 a\u00f1os pensarlo, y de esos 10 a\u00f1os, 3 en prepararlo para su pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n Tambi\u00e9n entendemos que les parezca que est\u00e1 revuelto su pensamiento.\u00a0 Por eso es necesario que se cambien su canal de entendimiento.\u00a0 S\u00f3lo mirando muy lejos, hacia atr\u00e1s y hacia adelante, se podr\u00e1 entender el paso presente.<\/p>\n Esperamos que comprendan que es una estructura nueva de autonom\u00eda, que apenas estamos aprendiendo y que tardar\u00e1 un poco en caminar bien.<\/p>\n En realidad, este comunicado tiene s\u00f3lo la intenci\u00f3n de decirles que la autonom\u00eda zapatista sigue y avanza, que pensamos que estar\u00e1 as\u00ed mejor para los pueblos, comunidades, parajes, barrios, colonias, ejidos y rancher\u00edas donde viven, es decir, luchan las bases de apoyo zapatistas.\u00a0 Y que ha sido su decisi\u00f3n de ellos, tomando en cuenta sus ideas y propuestas, sus cr\u00edticas y autocr\u00edticas.<\/p>\n Tambi\u00e9n, como se ir\u00e1 viendo, es que esta nueva etapa de la autonom\u00eda se hace para enfrentar lo peor de la Hidra, su bestialidad m\u00e1s infame y su locura destructiva.\u00a0 Sus guerras e invasiones empresariales y militares.<\/p>\n No existen para nosotros fronteras ni geograf\u00edas lejanas.\u00a0 Todo lo que pasa en cualquier rinc\u00f3n del planeta, nos afecta e incumbe, nos preocupa y duele.\u00a0 En la medida de nuestras muy peque\u00f1as fuerzas, apoyaremos a seres humanos en desgracia sin importar su color, raza, nacionalidad, creencia, ideolog\u00eda y lengua.\u00a0 Aunque no sepamos muchos idiomas ni entendamos muchas culturas y modos, sabemos comprender el sufrimiento, el dolor, la pena, y la digna rabia que provoca el sistema.<\/p>\n Sabemos leer y escuchar a los corazones hermanos.\u00a0 Seguiremos tratando de aprender de ellos, de sus historias y de sus luchas.\u00a0 No s\u00f3lo porque hemos padecido eso por siglos enteros y sabemos lo que es.\u00a0 Tambi\u00e9n y sobre todo porque, como desde hace 30 a\u00f1os, nuestra lucha es por la vida.<\/p>\n Seguramente hemos cometido muchos errores en todos estos a\u00f1os.\u00a0 De seguro haremos m\u00e1s en los siguientes 120 a\u00f1os.\u00a0 Pero NO nos rendiremos, NO cambiaremos de camino, NO nos venderemos.\u00a0 Siempre estaremos revisando con mirada cr\u00edtica nuestra lucha, sus tiempos y modos.<\/p>\n Siempre estar\u00e1n nuestra mirada, nuestro o\u00eddo, nuestra cabeza y nuestro coraz\u00f3n, dispuestos a aprender de otros que, aunque diferentes en muchas cosas, tienen nuestras mismas preocupaciones y semejantes anhelos de democracia, libertad y justicia.<\/p>\n Y siempre buscaremos lo mejor para nuestros pueblos y para las comunidades hermanas.<\/p>\n Somos, pues, zapatistas.<\/p>\n Mientras haya al menos un, una, unoa<\/em> zapatista en cualquier rinc\u00f3n del planeta, resistiremos en rebeld\u00eda, es decir, lucharemos.<\/p>\n Ah\u00ed lo vean amigos y
