PRONUNCIAMIENTO DEL CONGRESO NACIONAL IND\u00cdGENA Y EL EZLN ANTE EL VIOLENTO DESALOJO DEL CAMPAMENTO \u201cTIERRA Y LIBERTAD\u201d EN LA COMUNIDAD MIXE DE MOGO\u00d1E VIEJO, GUICHICOVI, OAXACA, POR PARTE DE LOS GOBIERNOS FEDERAL Y DEL ESTADO.<\/strong><\/p>\n A los pueblos de M\u00e9xico y del mundo, Denunciamos con rabia que el d\u00eda de hoy 28 de abril, alrededor de las 10:38 horas, un numeroso grupo de elementos de la Guardia Nacional, de la Marina Armada de M\u00e9xico y de la polic\u00eda estatal de Oaxaca, atacaron violentamente a quienes participan en el CAMPAMENTO TIERRA Y LIBERTAD, provocando su destrucci\u00f3n y robando las pertenencias de las y los campesinos que se encontraban en el mismo. EN FORMA PREOCUPANTE FUERON DETENIDOS, SIN QUE SE CONOZCA SU PARADERO, LAS Y LOS EJIDATARIOS MIXES MAR\u00cdA MAGDALENA MART\u00cdNEZ ISABEL, FERNANDO HERN\u00c1NDEZ G\u00d3MEZ, ADELA SEVERO TEODORO, ESPERANZA MART\u00cdNEZ ISABEL, ELIZABETH MART\u00cdNEZ ISABEL Y ELIODORO MARTINEZ ISABEL<\/strong>; Y LA COMPA\u00d1ERA ADELA SEVERO TEODORO<\/strong> FUE GOLPEADA POR MIEMBROS DE ESTAS FUERZAS CASTRENSES. En dicho sentido denunciamos, como ha ocurrido en otras ocasiones, el uso intencional de las corporaciones militares y policiacas por parte del estado para violentar a las mujeres y generar terror.<\/p>\n Justo hoy el CAMPAMENTO TIERRA Y LIBERTAD, organizado por la Uni\u00f3n de Comunidades Ind\u00edgenas de la Zona Norte del Istmo, cumpli\u00f3 61 d\u00edas de bloqueo a las v\u00edas del ferrocarril del Istmo de Tehuantepec en el tramo Mogo\u00f1e Viejo-Vixidu, lo anterior en protesta contra la imposici\u00f3n del megaproyecto Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico Istmo de Tehuantepec y con el fin de paralizar las obras de modernizaci\u00f3n del ferrocarril.<\/p>\n Asimismo el d\u00eda de ayer la CARAVANA NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL \u201cEL SUR RESISTE\u201d, en lucha contra el Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico, el Tren Maya y todos los proyectos de muerte de este gobierno represor y servil a los intereses del gran capital, fue recibida en el CAMPAMENTO TIERRA Y LIBERTAD con el prop\u00f3sito de hilvanar las resistencias de los pueblos del sur, de M\u00e9xico y del mundo, no omitiendo se\u00f1alar que desde su inicio el pasado 25 de abril en Pijijiapan, Chiapas, la CARAVANA ha sido permanentemente obstaculizada y acosada por el espionaje gubernamental y un sinf\u00edn de retenes militares.<\/p>\n Con la acci\u00f3n orquestada por las corporaciones militares y policiacas en contra del CAMPAMENTO TIERRA Y LIBERTAD nos queda claro, una vez m\u00e1s, que los actuales gobiernos est\u00e1n al servicio de las grandes empresas trasnacionales y que la militarizaci\u00f3n, la violencia patriarcal y la represi\u00f3n son la v\u00eda que han escogido para enfrentar la lucha y la resistencia de nuestros pueblos al Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico y al Tren Maya, al despojo y la guerra capitalistas.<\/p>\n EXIGIMOS LA LIBERACI\u00d3N INMEDIATA DE NUESTRAS COMPA\u00d1ERAS Y COMPA\u00d1EROS MAR\u00cdA MAGDALENA MART\u00cdNEZ ISABEL, FERNANDO HERN\u00c1NDEZ G\u00d3MEZ, ADELA SEVERO TEODORO, ESPERANZA MART\u00cdNEZ ISABEL, ELIZABETH MART\u00cdNEZ ISABEL Y ELIODORO MARTINEZ ISABEL ; EL CASTIGO A LOS CULPABLES DE LA VIOLENCIA F\u00cdSICA Y DE G\u00c9NERO, ROBOS Y REPRESI\u00d3N EN CONTRA DEL CAMPAMENTO TIERRA Y LIBERTAD; AS\u00cd COMO GARANT\u00cdAS PARA SU PERMANENCIA Y PARA EL LIBRE TR\u00c1NSITO Y ACTIVIDADES DE LA CARAVANA NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL \u201cEL SUR RESISTE\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n Atentamente [:en]April 28, 2023<\/p>\n To the peoples of Mexico and the world, We denounce with rage that today, April 28, at around 10:38 a.m., a large group of members of the National Guard, the Mexican Navy and the Oaxaca state police violently attacked those participating in the CAMP TIERRA Y LIBERTAD, causing its destruction and stealing the belongings of the peasants who were there. In this sense we denounce, as has happened on other occasions, the intentional use of military and police forces by the state to abuse women and generate terror.<\/p>\n Just today the CAMP TIERRA Y LIBERTAD, organized by the Union of Indigenous Communities of the Northern Zone of the Isthmus, completed 61 days of blocking the railroad tracks of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in the Mogo\u00f1e Viejo-Vixidu section, in protest against the imposition of the mega-project Inter-Oceanic Corridor Istmo de Tehuantepec and in order to paralyze the works for the modernization of the railroad.<\/p>\n Likewise, yesterday the NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CARAVAN \u00abEL SUR RESISTE\u00bb, in struggle against the Interoceanic Corridor, the Maya Train (\u201eTren Maya\u201c) and all the death projects of this repressive government, servile to the interests of big capital, was received at the CAMP TIERRA Y LIBERTAD with the purpose of weaving together the resistance of the peoples of the south, of Mexico and of the world.
