El d\u00eda de hoy, alrededor de las 8 de la ma\u00f1ana, tres integrantes de la Guardia Comunal de Santa Mar\u00eda Ostula y tambi\u00e9n de la Guardia Comunitaria del Municipio de Aquila, los comuneros ISAUL NEMESIO ZAMBRANO (de la Encargatura de Xayakalan), MIGUEL ESTRADA REYES (de la Encargatura de La Cobanera) y ROLANDO MAGNO ZAMBRANO (de la Encargatura de La Palma de Oro), fueron violentamente asesinados en un punto de vigilancia cercano a la cabecera municipal de Aquila por un comando de aproximadamente veinte sicarios del C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n (CJNG), quienes acribillaron a nuestros compa\u00f1eros, grabando diversos videos en los que hicieron ostentaci\u00f3n de crueldad y de su pertenencia al mencionado C\u00e1rtel, mismo que actualmente tiene su guarida y centro de actividad en la localidad de La Naranja, municipio de Aquila.<\/p>\n

Nuestra comunidad se encuentra de luto, profundamente conmovida y acompa\u00f1ando el dolor de las familias de nuestros compa\u00f1eros asesinados por haberse atrevido a defender con heroica dignidad y valent\u00eda la vida y la integridad de la Comunidad, por haber procurado la paz y la seguridad en el municipio y en la regi\u00f3n. \u00a1No olvidaremos este artero crimen que llena de tristeza nuestros corazones!<\/p>\n

Al mismo tiempo denunciamos la complicidad de los gobiernos federal y del estado con los c\u00e1rteles criminales, recordando que desde el d\u00eda cuatro de octubre del a\u00f1o pasado hicimos del conocimiento p\u00fablico que \u201cmientras el estado de Michoac\u00e1n se encuentra desbordado por la criminalidad y el crecimiento territorial del CJNG, la comunidad de Santa Mar\u00eda Ostula y la parte del municipio de Aquila con presencia de Guardias Comunales, respiran un clima de paz\u201d; y que, sin embargo, \u201cdesde el 29 de septiembre pasado el CJNG tom\u00f3 el control de la cabecera municipal de Chinicuila y desplaz\u00f3 a personas y familias fuera del lugar con el prop\u00f3sito de explotar las minas de este municipio, ocurriendo que unos d\u00edas antes la Guardia Nacional (GN) ocup\u00f3 este poblado, desarm\u00f3 y desarticul\u00f3 a su Guardia Comunal, detuvo a dos de sus elementos y cop\u00f3 por completo dicha localidad. El resultado: actualmente Chinicuila es un lugar sepulcral en manos de la delincuencia ante la presencia pasiva de los cuerpos federales de seguridad.\u201d<\/p>\n

Entonces, el asesinato de nuestros hermanos y compa\u00f1eros en uno de los puntos de vigilancia para mantener a raya a la delincuencia que, desde Colima y Chinicuila, tiene cercados a los municipios de Aquila y Coahuayana, NO ES UN HECHO FORTUITO O CASUAL, m\u00e1s bien tiene su origen en la sistem\u00e1tica omisi\u00f3n del estado mexicano para brindar seguridad a la poblaci\u00f3n debido a la peligrosa infiltraci\u00f3n de las mafias delincuenciales en las instituciones de gobierno, especialmente en las que tienen como tareas brindar seguridad y combatir a la delincuencia; omisi\u00f3n oficial que ha llevado a que nuestra comunidad y nuestro municipio est\u00e9n rodeados por la presencia criminal del CJNG.<\/p>\n

Igualmente recordamos que entre los a\u00f1os 2009 y 2014 nuestra comunidad sufri\u00f3 una embestida fatal por parte de la delincuencia organizada en complicidad con los gobiernos en turno, destacando el contubernio entre la Marina Armada de M\u00e9xico y el cartel de los Caballeros Templarios; situaci\u00f3n que provoc\u00f3 34 asesinatos y 6 desapariciones forzadas de autoridades agrarias y lideres comunales, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n el asesinato del ni\u00f1o Hidilberto Reyes Garc\u00eda por parte del 65\u00ba batall\u00f3n de infanter\u00eda del Ej\u00e9rcito Mexicano, lo que fue pericialmente comprobado por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos (CNDH).<\/p>\n

ANTE LOS HECHOS DE VIOLENCIA DENUNCIADOS MANIFESTAMOS QUE LA GUARDIA COMUNAL DE SANTA MAR\u00cdA OSTULA, JUNTO CON LOS GRUPOS DE AUTODEFENSA Y GUARDIAS COMUNALES DE AQUILA Y COAHUAYANA, REFORZAREMOS LAS ACCIONES PARA COMBATIR Y ACABAR CON LA PRESENCIA DE LA DELINCUENCIA ORGANIZADA EN TODA LA REGI\u00d3N, EXIGIENDO EN CONSECUENCIA A TODOS LOS NIVELES DE GOBIERNO:<\/p>\n

ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE MURDER OF THE COMMUNEROS AND INTEGRANTS OF THE COMMUNAL GUARD OF SANTA MARIA OSTULA ISAUL NEMESIO ZAMBRANO, MIGUEL ESTRADA REYES AND ROLANDO MAGNO ZAMBRAN TO THE PEOPLE OF MEXICO AND THE WORLD, TO NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL MEDIA, TO THE HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENSE ORGANIZATIONS. Today, around 8 in the morning, three members of the Communal Guard of Santa Maria Ostula and also of the Community Guard of the Municipality of Aquila, the communes ISAUL NEMESIO Zambrano (in charge of Xayakalan), MIGUEL IS TRADA KINGS (from the charge of La Cobanera) and ROLANDO MAGNO Zambrano (from the Incharge of La Palma de Oro), were violently killed at a surveillance point close to the Municipal Headquarters of Aquila by a command of about twenty Sicarians of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), who riddled our colleagues, recording various videos in the who made flaunt of cruelty and belonging to the aforementioned Cartel, which currently has its den and center of activity in the town of La Naranja, municipality of Aquila. Our community is in mourning, deeply moved and accompanying the pain of the families of our murdered fellows for having dared to defend with heroic dignity and courage the life and integrity of the Community, by habe r ensured peace and security in the municipality and in the region. We will not forget this artery crime that fills our hearts with sadness! At the same time we denounce the complicity of the federal and state governments with the criminal cartels, recalling that from the day four of October last year we made public knowledge that “while the state of Michoac\u00e1n are tra overwhelmed by crime and territorial growth of the CJNG, the community of Santa Maria Ostula and the part of the municipality of Aquila with the presence of the Communal Guards, breathe a climate of peace\u201d; and that, however, \u201csince last September 29 the CJNG took control of the municipal head of Chinicuila and displaced individuals and families out of the place for the purpose of exploiting the mines of this municipality, happening that a few days before the National Guard (GN) occupied this town, disarmed and disarticulated its Communal Guard, detained two of its elements and completely recovered said locality. The result: Chinicuila is currently a graveyard in the hands of crime in the hands of the passive presence of federal security agencies. ” So, the murder of our brothers and colleagues in one of the surveillance points to keep at bay the crime that, from Colima and Chinicuila, has enclosed the municipalities of Aquila and Coahuayana, IS NOT A FORTUNE OR CASUAL FACT L, rather has its origin in the systematic omission of the Mexican state to provide security to the population due to the dangerous infiltration of criminal mafias into government institutions, especially in which they have as tasks to provide security and combat to crime; official omission that has led to our community and our municipality are surrounded by the criminal presence of the CJNG. Also remember that between the years 2009 and 2014 our community suffered a fatal ramble by organized crime in complicity with the governments in duty, highlighting the contuberance between the Mexican Navy and the carte I of the Knights Templar; situation that led to 34 murders and 6 forced disappearances of agricultural authorities and communal leaders, as well as the murder of the child Hidilberto Reyes Garcia by the 65th Infantry Battalion of the Mexican Army, which was partially checked by the Commission National of Human Rights (CNDH). BEFORE THE FACTS OF VIOLENCE REPORTED WE MANIFEST THAT THE COMMUNAL GUARD OF SANTA MARIA OSTULA, TOGETHER WITH THE SELF-DEFENSE GROUPS AND COMMUNICAL GUARDS OF AQUILA AND COAHUAYANA, WILL STRENGTHEN THE ACTIONS TO FIGHT AND END THE PRESENCE OF ORGANIZED CRIME IN THE WHOLE REGION, DEMANDING IN CONSEQUENCE TO ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT: 1. THE PUNISHMENT OF THE CULPRIT OF THE MURDER OF ISAUL NEMESIUS ZAMBRANO, MICHAEL ESTRADA REYES AND ROLANDO MAGNO ZAMBRAN; 2. THE DISASTER OF THE CJNG AND THE CEASE OF PROTECTION GRANTED TO SAID CARTEL OFFICIALS AND CORRUPT MILITARY COMMANDS; 3. RESPECT AND GRANTING GUARANTEES FOR THE FUNCTION OF OUR COMMUNAL GUARD AND FOR THE EXERCISE OF OUR FREE DETERMINATION AND AUTONOMY.
