JUANA OCAMPO DOMINGUEZ<\/strong><\/p>\n PRESIDENTA MUNICIPAL DEL MUNICIPIO DE TEMIXCO, MORELOS.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>CABILDO MUNICIPAL<\/strong><\/p>\n MUNICIPIO DE TEMIXCO, MORELOS. <\/strong><\/p>\n PRESENTE.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Por derecho propio y en calidad de representantes e integrantes\u00a0 de la organizaci\u00f3n denominada \u201cUNIFICACION\u00a0 DE PUEBLOS Y COLONIAS EN CONTRA DE LA MINERIA EN MORELOS\u201d, <\/strong>\u00a0ante Usted con el debido respeto comparezco\u00a0 para exponer:<\/p>\n Que por este conducto y de conformidad con lo ordenado en el art\u00edculo 1\u00b0, 8\u00b0, 14\u00b0,16\u00b0, 17\u00b0, 35\u00b0 fracci\u00f3n V y dem\u00e1s relativos y aplicables de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, me permito distraer su atenci\u00f3n hacia la presente de los muy graves y propios de su digno cargo, para solicitarle:<\/em><\/p>\n I. AUDIENCIA CON LA C. JUANA OCAMPO DOMINGUEZ Y EL CUERPO QUE CONFORMA EL H. CABILDO MUNICIPAL DEL MUNICIPIO DE TEMIXCO, MORELOS, PARA TRATAR EL TEMA DE LA CONCESION MINERA.<\/strong><\/p>\n II. SE DECLARE AL MUNICIPIO DE TEMIXCO TERRITORIO LIBRE DE TODA CONCESI\u00d3N MINERA, DERIVADO DE LAS AFECTACIONES ECOLOGICAS Y DE SALUD QUE PROVOCAN, e<\/em><\/strong>n cumplimiento a las atribuciones que la Constituci\u00f3n del Estado de Morelos le otorga.<\/strong><\/p>\n III. PROPORCIONE INFORMACION NECESARIA DEL CONCEPTO \u201cMINERIAS ECOLOGICAS SUSTENTABLES\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n IV. PROPORCIONE LOS RESULTADOS DEL PROGRAMA DE ORDENAMIENTO ECOLOGICO TERRITORIAL DEL MUNICIPIO DE TEMIXCO, REALIZADOS EN LA ADMINISTRACION\u00a0 2019-2021 y SEAN PUBLICADOS.<\/strong><\/p>\n VI. EXHIBA EL DECRETO DE ORDENAMIENTO ECOLOGICO TERRITORIAL QUE ACTUALMENTE RIGE EN EL ESTADO DE MORELOS QUE PROHIBE LA MINERIA A CIELO ABIERTO.<\/strong><\/p>\n VII. INFORME LAS AFECTACIONES PROVOCADAS EN EL TEMA DE SALUD PARA LA POBLACION Y BIENESTAR EN MATERIA ECOLOGICA.<\/strong><\/p>\n VIII. SE REALICE LA ADECUADA DEFENSA DEL AGUA, AL SER CONCIDERADA\u00a0 UN DERECHO HUMANO.<\/strong><\/p>\n IX. RECONOZCA Y GARANTICE EL DERECHO DE LOS PUEBLOS Y LAS COMUNIDADES IND\u00cdGENAS A LA LIBRE DETERMINACI\u00d3N PARA PRESERVAR Y ENRIQUECER EL H\u00c1BITAD Y PRESERVAR LA INTEGRIDAD DE SU TERRITORIO. <\/strong><\/p>\n XI. SE AGOTEN TODAS LAS INSTANCIAS LEGALES PARA LA ADECUADA DEFENSA DEL ORDENAMIENTO ECOLOGICO TERRITORIAL DEL MUNICIPIO DE TEMIXCO, MORELOS.<\/strong><\/p>\n Lo anterior de conformidad con los hechos y consideraciones de derecho siguientes:<\/em><\/p>\n H\u00a0 E\u00a0 C\u00a0 H\u00a0 O\u00a0 S :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n 1.-<\/strong> Se pretende abrir una minera a cielo abierto en los cerros del Jumil y Calabazas, paraje Jolotepec (kolotepetl) por la empresa canadiense Alamos Gold, que contamina la tierra, el aire y el agua, as\u00ed como ha roto el tejido social de TETLAMA, por lo que todas y todos los que conformamos esta organizaci\u00f3n rechazamos totalmente dicho proyecto por todos los riesgos que esto conlleva.<\/p>\n 2.-<\/strong> La instalaci\u00f3n de esta mina afectara alrededor de 200,000 (doscientos mil) habitantes que viven en las comunidades de San Agustin Tetlama, Cuentepec, La unidad Morelos, Temixco y las colonias como Benito Juarez, Aeropuerto, las Rosas, Francisco Villa, Xochitepec Centro, Tezoyuca, Miacatlan, Xochicalco y\u00a0 Coatetelco.<\/p>\n 3.- <\/strong>La instalaci\u00f3n de este proyecto afectara la regi\u00f3n rompiendo su tejido social, en el tema de salud, en el h\u00e1bitat, en la econom\u00eda, en el patrimonio, en la cultura y en la vida en general. Trayendo consigo enfermedades, devastaci\u00f3n ambiental, desarraigo en la juventud y la ni\u00f1ez y una mayor pobreza.<\/p>\n 4.-<\/strong> El proyecto de la miner\u00eda a cielo abierto afectara el \u00e1rea considerada como patrimonio de la humanidad, que es la zona arqueol\u00f3gica de Xochicalco, el cual es un centro ceremonial de grandes desarrollos como fue la astronom\u00eda en los a\u00f1os 650 y 850.<\/p>\n 5.-<\/strong> Por lo antes descrito solicitamos seamos escuchados\u00a0 por el H.
