Vienna, Austria[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:es]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">PALABRAS DE LAS COMUNIDADES ZAPATISTAS EN OCASI\u00d3N DE LA MARCHA CONTRA LA DESTRUCCI\u00d3N DE LA NATURALEZA.<br \/>\nEn Viena, Austria.\u00a0 En voz de la compa\u00f1era Libertad, el d\u00eda 24 de septiembre del 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Buenas tardes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9sta es nuestra peque\u00f1a palabra en una peque\u00f1a historia:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Hay una mujer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>No importa el color de su piel, porque tiene todos los colores.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>No importa su idioma, porque escucha todas las lenguas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>No importa su raza y su cultura, porque en ella habitan todos los modos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>No importa su tama\u00f1o, porque es grande y sin embargo cabe en una mano.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Todos los d\u00edas y a todas horas esa mujer es violentada, golpeada, herida, violada, burlada, despreciada.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Un macho ejerce sobre ella su poder.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Todos los d\u00edas y a todas horas, ella viene a nosotras, nosotros, <strong>nosotroas<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Nos muestra sus heridas, sus dolores, sus penas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Y s\u00f3lo le damos palabras de consuelo, de l\u00e1stima.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>O la ignoramos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Tal vez como limosna le damos algo para que cure sus heridas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pero el macho sigue su violencia.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Nosotras y ustedes sabemos en qu\u00e9 terminar\u00e1 eso.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Ella ser\u00e1 asesinada y con su muerte morir\u00e1 todo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Podemos seguir d\u00e1ndole s\u00f3lo palabras de aliento y medicinas para sus males.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>O podemos decirle la verdad: la \u00fanica medicina que puede curarla y sanarla por completo, es que enfrente y destruya a quien la violenta.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Y podemos tambi\u00e9n, y en consecuencia, unirnos a ella y pelear a su lado.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>A esa mujer nosotros los pueblos zapatistas la llamamos: \u201cmadre tierra\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Al macho que la oprime y la humilla, p\u00f3nganle el nombre, el rostro y la figura que ustedes quieran.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Nosotros los pueblos zapatistas llamamos a ese macho asesino con un nombre: capitalismo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Y hemos llegado hasta estas geograf\u00edas para preguntar, para preguntarles.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u00bfVamos a seguir pensando que con pomadas y calmantes se solucionan los golpes de hoy, aunque sabemos que ma\u00f1ana ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s grande y profunda la herida?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u00bfO vamos a pelear junto con ella?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Nosotras las comunidades zapatistas hemos decidido luchar junto a ella, por ella y para ella.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Es todo lo que podemos decirles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Muchas gracias por escucharnos.<br \/>\nViena, Austria, Europa, Planeta Tierra.<br \/>\n24 de septiembre del 2021.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/616255656\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe>[:en]<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">WORDS OF THE ZAPATISTA COMMUNITIES AT THE MARCH AGAINST THE DESTRUCTION OF NATURE<br \/>\nVienna, Austria. In the voice of <i>compa\u00f1era<\/i> Libertad, September 24, 2021.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Good afternoon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: left;\">These are our brief words in the form of a short story:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>There is a woman.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The color of her skin does not matter, because she has all colors.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Her language does not matter, because she understands all languages.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Neither her race nor her culture matter, because all ways of being live in her.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Her size does not matter, because she is huge and nevertheless fits in one hand.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Every day and at all moments that woman is assaulted, beaten, wounded, raped, mocked and despised.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>A male exerts his power over her.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Every day and every hour, she comes to us [nosotras, nosotros, <b>nosotroas<\/b>].<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>She shows us her wounds, her pain, her grief.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>And we only give her words of consolation and pity.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Or we ignore her.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Perhaps as alms we give her something with which to treat her wounds.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>But the man continues his violence.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We all know how this ends.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>She will be murdered and with her death everything will die.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We can continue to give her only words of encouragement and medicine for her wounds.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Or we can tell her the truth: the only medicine that can cure her and heal her completely is for her to confront and destroy the one who is hurting her.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Knowing this, we too can unite with her and fight by her side.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We Zapatistas call that woman, \u201cMother Earth.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>As for the man who oppresses and humiliates her, give him whatever name, face, or shape you want.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We, the Zapatista peoples, call that murderous man capitalism.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>And we have arrived at these geographies to ask, to ask of you:<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Are we going to go on thinking that we can treat today\u2019s blows with salve and painkillers, even though we know the wound will be bigger and deeper tomorrow?<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Or are we going to fight alongside her?<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We the Zapatista communities have decided to fight together with her and for her.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>That is all we can say. <\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Thank you for listening to us.<br \/>\nVienna, Austria, Europe, Planet Earth.<br \/>\nSeptember 24, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/616255656\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[:es] PALABRAS DE LAS COMUNIDADES ZAPATISTAS EN OCASI\u00d3N DE LA MARCHA CONTRA LA DESTRUCCI\u00d3N DE LA NATURALEZA.
