Comisi\u00f3n Sexta Zapatista. 31 de Julio del 2021.<\/p>\n A las v\u00edctimas y familiares de v\u00edctimas en M\u00e9xico: Aqu\u00ed le presentamos los primeros resultados de la Consulta Popular que nos han llegado:<\/p>\n 1.- Hasta las 1300 horas del 31 de julio del 2021, los doces caracoles zapatistas y sus respectivas Juntas de Buen Gobierno, han recibido las actas de 756 poblados, comunidades, parajes y rancher\u00edas, de hablantes de las lenguas de ra\u00edz maya zoque, tojolabal, mame, tzeltal, tzotzil, cho\u00b4ol.\u00a0 Son de zapatistas, CNI y partidistas que se manifestaron en asambleas comunitarias y que son \u201cextempor\u00e1neas\u201d, es decir, no existen legalmente.<\/p>\n 2.- Las 756 comunidades de originarios se pronunciaron por el \u201cS\u00cd<\/strong>\u201d como respuesta a la pregunta de si est\u00e1n o no de acuerdo en que se haga lo necesario para apoyar a que se cumplan los derechos, de las v\u00edctimas y sus familiares, de verdad y justicia.<\/p>\n 3.- Lo que hemos notado hasta ahora es que el INE no cumpli\u00f3 en muchas partes con traducir la pregunta a las lenguas de ra\u00edz maya.\u00a0 Tampoco explic\u00f3 de qu\u00e9 se trataba y, en varios lugares, s\u00f3lo dej\u00f3 botadas las casillas, sin explicar a los pobladores para qu\u00e9 son.<\/p>\n 4.- Los pueblos zapatistas hicieron el trabajo de explicar la importancia de la participaci\u00f3n en la Consulta y lo que se preguntaba.\u00a0 Lo hicieron igual con partidistas y con CNI.\u00a0 Y lo hicieron en su lengua materna.<\/p>\n Para nuestra sorpresa, algunas comunidades donde son partidistas y no hay ning\u00fan zapatista, hicieron y est\u00e1n haciendo sus asambleas, y mandaron y est\u00e1n mandando sus resultados a los Juntas de Buen Gobierno.<\/p>\n Tambi\u00e9n los partidistas les han dicho a las Juntas de Buen Gobierno que gracias por la explicaci\u00f3n y que van a ir ma\u00f1ana a casilla.\u00a0 Y que luego nos van a pasar la cuenta de cu\u00e1ntos participaron con su credencial.<\/p>\n La carencia de progenitores del Estado mexicano y sus instituciones, est\u00e1 siendo subsanada por los extempor\u00e1neos, quienes se dieron en traducir en sus lenguas originarias y en explicar la importancia de la consulta y lo que se pregunta.<\/p>\n No s\u00f3lo nadie del INE se present\u00f3 a explicar.\u00a0 Tampoco nadie del oficialismo -que se supone es el interesado en la Consulta porque as\u00ed lo indic\u00f3 su capataz-, se dign\u00f3 en siquiera tratar de ir a alguna comunidad.<\/p>\n Lo \u00fanico que han hecho los funcionarios del oficialismo es amenazar a la gente de que, si no va a \u201cvotar\u201d en la Consulta, se les va a \u201ccortar\u201d el apoyo de los programas gubernamentales.\u00a0 As\u00ed les mandaron decir: si no quieren perder el apoyo de paga, vayan y pongan que \u201cs\u00ed\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n Adem\u00e1s, el oficialismo est\u00e1 mintiendo porque les dice que s\u00f3lo vayan y pongan que s\u00ed, porque eso es para enjuiciar a los ex presidentes.<\/p>\n En lugar de explicarle a la gente, recurren a las amenazas y a mentirles.<\/p>\n Hubiera bastado un m\u00ednimo de amor propio, de respeto y de trabajo pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n Y luego se preguntan por qu\u00e9 pasa lo que pasa.<\/p>\n 5.- Aunque no existen para el Estado mexicano, las miles de familias ind\u00edgenas que son \u201cextempor\u00e1neas\u201d abrazan as\u00ed a las miles de familias de v\u00edctimas de las decisiones de los distintos niveles de gobierno en estos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n 6.-\u00a0 Aunque legalmente no existimos para el Estado Mexicano, les pedimos a ustedes \u2013v\u00edctimas, familiares y organizaciones que les apoyan-, que acepten este abrazo de quienes llevan siglos \u2013incluyendo los tiempos actuales-, siendo v\u00edctimas de \u201clas decisiones de los actores pol\u00edticos\u201d de todos los gobiernos de todo el espectro pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n Cuando tengamos los resultados cabales, les haremos llegar a quienes luchan por verdad y justicia para las v\u00edctimas y sus familias.<\/p>\n Con esta acci\u00f3n que les informamos ahora, los pueblos zapatistas inician<\/u><\/strong>, este 31 de Julio del 2021, su participaci\u00f3n en la Campa\u00f1a Nacional Por la Verdad y la Justicia<\/em>.<\/p>\n Es todo.<\/p>\n Desde las monta\u00f1as del Sureste Mexicano.<\/p>\n Subcomandante Insurgente Galeano. As of 13:00hrs on July 31, 2021, the twelve Zapatista caracoles and their respective Good Government Councils have received the official decisions of 756 small towns, villages, communities and rancher\u00edas [rural farming communities] where the following Mayan languages are spoken: Zoque, Tojolabal, Mam, Tzeltal, Tzotzil and Ch\u2019ol. The decisions come from Zapatistas, CNI communities and partidista [political party-affiliated] communities which came together in \u201cextemporaneous\u201d community assemblies, which is to say that they do not have an official, legal existence.<\/p>\n 2. The 756 originary communities have said \u201cYES\u201d in response to the question of whether they agree that whatever is necessary should be done to respect the rights of the victims and their families to truth and justice.<\/p>\n 3. What we have noticed up to now is that in many areas, the INE [National Electoral Institute] did not translate the referendum into Mayan languages. The INE did not explain what the referendum is about and in some places it simply dropped off ballot boxes without explaining to the townspeople what they are.<\/p>\n 4. The Zapatista communities did the work of explaining the importance of participating in the referendum and what the referendum is about. They did this in both partidista and CNI communities, and they did this in the communities\u2019 mother tongues.<\/p>\n To our surprise, some partidistas communities where there are no Zapatistas held and continue to hold assemblies, and they have sent and continue to send their results to the Good Government Councils.<\/p>\n The partidista communities have thanked the Good Government Councils for explaining the referendum, and have said they will go to the polls tomorrow and will send us the count of how many people from their communities participated in the referendum with their official ID cards.<\/p>\n The gap created by the absence of representatives of the Mexican government and its institutions is being filled by \u201cextemporaneous\u201d individuals who took it upon themselves to translate the referendum into their originary languages and to explain what the referendum is about and its importance.<\/p>\n Not only did no one from the INE show up to explain anything: no one in any government capacity deigned to even try to go to any community (even though the government is supposedly the interested party in the referendum because their overseer ordered it).<\/p>\n The only thing the government officials have done is threaten people by saying that if they don\u2019t go \u201cvote\u201d in the referendum, then their government support programs will be \u201ccut.\u201d They were sent to say: \u201cIf you don\u2019t want to lose your cash handouts, go and put down \u2018yes.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n In addition, the government is lying because when it tells people to just go and vote \u201cyes,\u201d it says that the referendum is about whether to take the former presidents to trial.<\/p>\n Instead of explaining things to the people, they resort to threats and lies. 5. Even though according to the Mexican state they do not exist, the thousands of \u201cextemporaneous\u201d indigenous communities embrace the thousands of families of the victims of the decisions made at different levels of government in recent years.<\/p>\n 6. Although we do not legally exist according to the Mexican government, we ask you all \u2013 victims, families, and organizations that support them \u2013 to accept this embrace from those who have spent centuries (up to the present day) being victimized by the \u201cdecisions of political actors\u201d of all governments across the entire political spectrum.<\/p>\n When we have the complete results, we will ensure they are shared with those who struggle for truth and justice for the victims and their families.<\/p>\n With this communiqu\u00e9 we announce that the Zapatista communities, as of July 31, 2021, are initiating their participation in the National Campaign for Truth and Justice.<\/p>\n That is all.<\/p>\n From the mountains of the Mexican Southeast.
