Con consultas con baja participaci\u00f3n, con firmas falsas y donde aparecieron de supuestos \u201cdue\u00f1os\u201d de las tierras comunales y donde los comuneros reales que protestaron fueron expulsados de la supuesta consulta. Sin informaci\u00f2n sobre las implicaciones del proyecto y sus implicaciones ambientales.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la consulta ama\u00f1ada los comuneros deciden bloquear una carretera como protesta.
