El Congreso Nacional Ind\u00edgena- Concejo Ind\u00edgena de Gobierno y el EZLN, denunciamos el cobarde desalojo de los compa\u00f1eros del campamento en resistencia en San Pedro Apatlaco, Morelos, perpetrado por la Guardia Nacional durante la madrugada del d\u00eda 23 de noviembre, para reanudar ilegalmente la construcci\u00f3n del ducto que lleva agua del r\u00edo Cuautla a la termoel\u00e9ctrica de Huexca.<\/p>\n

Con que cinismo el gobierno neoliberal que dice mandar en este pa\u00eds, obedece a sus patrones que son el gran capital, con que cinismo las fuerzas armadas, bajo las \u00f3rdenes del capataz, violentan a los pueblos, para entregar el agua del r\u00edo Cuautla, robada a los pueblos campesinos de Ayala, a las empresas que se benefician con el Proyecto Integral Morelos, como Elecnor y Enagasa, a las que concesion\u00f3 el gasoducto; Bonatti y Abengoa constructoras del gasoducto y de la termoel\u00e9ctrica en Huexca; y las que se beneficiar\u00e1n del consumo de gas, como Saint Gobain, Nissan, Burlington, Continental y Gas Natural del Noreste.<\/p>\n

Con el PIM, las fuerzas armadas y el gobierno neoliberal, con sobrevuelos militares avanzan en la represi\u00f3n y la imposici\u00f3n de la infraestructura energ\u00e9tica, sostenida de la destrucci\u00f3n y despojo del territorio de los pueblos originarios, para hacer posible, sobre la sangre de nuestra gente, como el compa\u00f1ero Samir Flores Soberanes, la explotaci\u00f3n de la naturaleza, para que ellos, los patrones del capital trasnacional, destruyan los cerros con sus concesiones mineras y se queden con el agua los corredores industriales de Cuautla, Yecapixtla, Cuernavaca y toda la regi\u00f3n, en los estados de Morelos, Puebla y Tlaxcala. Con que cinismo e impunidad el capataz, que se dice mandar desde el gobierno federal, ordena pisotear el supuesto estado de derecho, violando 8 suspensiones judiciales sobre la obra del acueducto, que pretende robar el agua para que sea contaminada en la termoel\u00e9ctrica de Huexca. Y dos suspensiones m\u00e1s en contra del gasoducto en las faldas del volc\u00e1n sagrado Popocatepetl, y la contaminaci\u00f3n del r\u00edo Cuautla, como parte del Proyecto Integral Morelos.<\/p>\n

Por lo anterior y ante la creciente tensi\u00f3n, violaci\u00f3n del estado de derecho, hacemos responsable al mal gobierno federal y al mal gobierno del estado de Morelos, de cualquier represi\u00f3n o atentado contra los compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras que luchan y resisten a este megaproyecto de muerte. Particularmente llamamos a la solidaridad con el Frente de Pueblos en Defensa de la Tierra y el Agua de Morelos, Puebla y Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n

The National Indigenous Congress-Indigenous Governing Council [CNI-CIG] and the Zapatista Army for National Liberation [EZLN] denounce the National Guard\u2019s cowardly eviction of the\u00a0compa\u00f1eros<\/em>\u00a0maintaining the resistance camp in San Pedro Apatlaco, Morelos, on November 23, 2020. This eviction was carried out in order to resume the illegal construction of the aqueduct that carries water from the Cuautla River to the Huexca thermoelectric plant.<\/p>\n

With utter cynicism the neoliberal government says it governs this country while actually just obeying its real bosses\u2014big capital. With utter cynicism the armed forces, under their overseer\u2019s orders, violate the rights of our peoples, stealing water from the Cuautla River from the peasant communities of Ayala and turning it over to the corporations that will profit from the Integrated Morelos Project: Elecnor and Enagasa, who were awarded the contract for the gas pipeline; Bonatti and Abengoa, who will build the gas pipeline and the thermoelectric plant in Huexca; and Saint Gobain, Nissan, Burlington, Continental, and Northeast Natural Gas, who will profit from gas sales.<\/p>\n

The armed forces and the neoliberal government use the Integrated Morelos Project to justify military flyovers to exercise repression and advance the development of energy infrastructure, which is based on the destruction and dispossession of the originary peoples\u2019 territories. Over the spilled blood of our people, like our\u00a0compa\u00f1ero<\/em>\u00a0Samir Flores Soberanes, they exploit nature, allowing the owners of transnational capital to destroy the mountains through mining concessions and ceding the region\u2019s water to the industrial corridors in Cuautla, Yecapixtla, Cuernavaca, and elsewhere in the states of Morelos, Puebla, and Tlaxcala. The overseer who claims to govern this country ordered, with total cynicism and impunity, the trampling of the supposed rule of law, violating eight court-ordered suspensions of the aqueduct project, which would divert and contaminate the region\u2019s water through the construction of the Huexca thermoelectric plant. This is also a violation of two other court-ordered suspensions regarding gas pipeline construction within the periphery of the sacred Popocatepetl volcano and contamination of the Cuautla River, both part of the Integrated Morelos Project.<\/p>\n

Given the above and faced with increasing tensions and violations of the rule of law, we hold the bad governments of the state of Morelos and the nation responsible for any repression or attacks against our\u00a0compa\u00f1eros<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0compa\u00f1eras<\/em>\u00a0in struggle who resist these megaprojects of death. In particular we call for solidarity with the People\u2019s Front in Defense of the Land and Water of Morelos, Puebla, and Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n
