Por medio de este comunicado hacemos p\u00fablico que compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras de las comunidades de San Antonio Bulujib y Guaquitepec, municipio de Chil\u00f3n, Chiapas, pertenecientes al Congreso Nacional Ind\u00edgena (CNI), fueron violentados, reprimidos y secuestrados a las 17:00 horas del pasado 23 de febrero por las autoridades ejidales de San Antonio Bulujib pertenecientes a los grupos paramilitares de los llamados \u201cCHINCHULINES\u201d y \u201cORCAO\u201d, as\u00ed como por integrantes del partido MORENA en la regi\u00f3n; en REPRESALIA POR HABER PARTICIPADO EN LAS JORNADAS EN DEFENSA DEL TERRITORIO Y LA MADRE TIERRA \u201cSAMIR SOMOS TODAS Y TODOS\u201d convocadas por el Ej\u00e9rcito Zapatista de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional y el CNI. Se trata de Mar\u00eda Cruz Espinoza, Juana P\u00e9rez Espinoza, Feliz L\u00f3pez P\u00e9rez, Mar\u00eda Cruz G\u00f3mez, Ana G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, Alejandra G\u00f3mez, Mar\u00eda Luisa P\u00e9rez G\u00f3mez de 1 a\u00f1o de edad, Mar\u00eda del Rosario Mazariegos G\u00f3mez de 11 meses de edad, Manuel Cruz Espinoza, Juan G\u00f3mez N\u00fa\u00f1ez, Isidro P\u00e9rez Cruz, quienes fueron golpeados y secuestrados por haber colocado un letrero alusivo a las Jornadas \u201cSamir Somos Todas y Todos\u201d a la entrada del pueblo de San Antonio Bulujib.<\/p>\n
El d\u00eda 24 de febrero, hasta las 8:30 de la noche, despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 24 horas de haber sido privados de su libertad, nuestros compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras miembros del CNI fueron liberad@s bajo condiciones: las autoridades de la comunidad de San Antonio Bulujib dijeron que si el grupo de CNI quer\u00edan que se arregle el problema pagaran una multa de quince rejas de refrescos y dos mil quinientos pesos, siendo amenazados para el caso de que no paguen la multa que impuso la autoridad y condicionando su permanencia en la comunidad a renunciar los once detenidos a ser integrantes de CNI. Asimismo, las autoridades ejidales indicaron que si nuestros compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras no pagan la multa para la tarde del domingo 01 de marzo de 2020, ser\u00e1n desalojados de sus tierras y casas, mismas que ser\u00e1n vendidas, y se les encerrar\u00e1 en la c\u00e1rcel del pueblo.<\/p>\n
Hacemos responsables a los tres niveles de gobierno y a los grupos paramilitares organizados en las comunidades, de lo que pueda ocurrirle a nuestras compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros, y espec\u00edficamente hacemos responsables al titular del ejecutivo federal, ANDR\u00c9S MANUEL L\u00d3PEZ OBRADOR, al titular del ejecutivo estatal de Chiapas, RUTILIO ESCAND\u00d3N, a la autoridad ejidal de San Antonio Bulujib, MIGUEL L\u00d3PEZ GUZM\u00c1N, al Consejo de Vigilancia, MATEO G\u00d3MEZ M\u00c9NDEZ, miembro de la organizaci\u00f3n ORCAO y CHINCHULINES, al Agente Auxiliar Municipal JUAN SILVANO MORENO, a su suplente MANUEL G\u00d3MEZ P\u00c9REZ, y a JOS\u00c9 P\u00c9REZ, supuesto l\u00edder de la ORCAO, promotor de paramilitares que se dedica a provocar e invadir tierras, cobijado por los malos gobiernos federal, estatal y municipal; quienes en nombre de una supuesta cuarta transformaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n atentando en contra de la seguridad y la vida de los once compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras arriba nombrados y dem\u00e1s familias del CNI.<\/p>\n

We hereby denounce the assault, repression, and kidnapping of eleven members of the National Indigenous Congress (CNI) from the communities of San Antonio Bulujib and Guaquitepec in the municipality of Chil\u00f3n, Chiapas, on February 23 at 5:00pm by the ejidal<\/em> authorities of San Antonio Bulujib who belong to the \u201cCHINCHULINES\u201d and \u201cORCAO\u201d paramilitary groups, and by MORENA party members in the region. This attack was carried out in retaliation for the CNI members\u2019 participation in the \u201cDays of Action in Defense of Territory and Mother Earth \u2018We Are All Samir\u2019\u201d, convoked by the Zapatista Army for National Liberation and the CNI, in this case for having hung a sign regarding the event at the town entrance of San Antonio Bulujib. The names of those attacked are: Mar\u00eda Cruz Espinoza, Juana P\u00e9rez Espinoza, Feliz L\u00f3pez P\u00e9rez, Mar\u00eda Cruz G\u00f3mez, Ana G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, Alejandra G\u00f3mez, Mar\u00eda Luisa P\u00e9rez G\u00f3mez (one year old), Mar\u00eda del Rosario Mazariegos G\u00f3mez (11 months old), Manuel Cruz Espinoza, Juan G\u00f3mez N\u00fa\u00f1ez, and Isidro P\u00e9rez Cruz.<\/p>\n After being held for 24 hours, our CNI compa\u00f1eros<\/em> and compa\u00f1eras<\/em> were released at 8:30 pm on February 24, under the following conditions imposed by San Antonio Bulujib ejidal<\/em> authorities: that the eleven CNI members pay a fine of 2500 pesos along with 15 cases of soft drinks and renounce their CNI membership if they wanted to remain in the community. Our compa\u00f1eros<\/em> and compa\u00f1eras<\/em> were threatened with eviction from their lands and houses if they didn\u2019t pay the fine by Sunday, March 1, 2020, on which date their lands and houses would be sold and they would be locked up in the town jail.<\/p>\n We hold all three levels of government as well as the paramilitary groups organized in our communities responsible for anything that happens to our compa\u00f1eros<\/em> and compa\u00f1eras<\/em>. We specifically hold responsible the president of Mexico ANDR\u00c9S MANUEL L\u00d3PEZ OBRADOR, the governor of Chiapas, RUTILIO ESCAND\u00d3N, the San Antonio Bulujib ejidal<\/em> authority, MIGUEL L\u00d3PEZ GUZM\u00c1N, the community\u2019s Security Deputy, MATEO G\u00d3MEZ M\u00c9NDEZ, who is also a member of the ORCAO and CHINCHULINES organizations, the Municipal Auxiliary Agent JUAN SILVANO MORENO and his assistant MANUEL G\u00d3MEZ P\u00c9REZ, and JOS\u00c9 P\u00c9REZ, supposed leader of ORCAO who supports and promotes the paramilitaries who invade community lands and are protected by the bad governments at the federal, state, and municipal levels.
