El 4 de noviembre de 2007, en Juan del Grijalva ocurri\u00f3 un \u201cdesastre natural\u201d, por lo que debido a los hechos los y las sobrevivientes fueron reubicadas en la ciudad rural Nuevo Juan del Grijalva y el gobierno de Chiapas se comprometi\u00f3 a pagar sus tierras.<\/p>\n
Tras el \u201cdesastre natural\u201d, en la zona conocida como \u201cel tap\u00f3n del Grijalva\u201d, la CFE construye dos obras p\u00fablicas, y una de \u00e9stas ha sido concesionada al Grupo M\u00e9xico, la cual es una empresa transnacional y uno de los principales productores de cobre a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n
El 17 de marzo de 2011, durante una manifestaci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica en el ejido Juan del Grijalva municipio de Ostauac\u00e1n fueron detenidos de manera arbitraria y bajo enga\u00f1o los Sres. Marcelo D\u00edaz Castellanos, Ceferino Hern\u00e1ndez Castro, Fidencio Altunar Cabos, Jos\u00e9 Francisco L\u00f3pez D\u00edaz y Teodoro S\u00e1nchez Morales, por elementos de la Polic\u00eda Ministerial, de la Fiscal\u00eda de Distrito Norte a cargo de Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00f3mez Santaella y del Fiscal del Ministerio P\u00fablico en Ostuac\u00e1n Esgar Benjam\u00edn Estrada Cervantes, con el apoyo de elementos de la Polic\u00eda Estatal Preventiva.<\/p>\n
El 15 de abril, al salir del CERSS No. 10, despu\u00e9s de visitar a los cinco campesinos, fueron detenidos los Sres. Pascacio L\u00f3pez \u00c1lvarez y Andr\u00e9s D\u00edaz Bouchot, as\u00ed como Juan Jos\u00e9 Narv\u00e1ez Bautista, abogado defensor, quien se encontraba en el lugar para asistir a los detenidos. El 25 de mayo en el municipio de Ostuac\u00e1n fue detenido el Sr. H\u00e9ctor D\u00edaz Castellanos.<\/p>\n
Cabe mencionar que el Fiscal de Distrito Norte Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00f3mez Santaella, est\u00e1 relacionado con violaciones a derechos humanos en los casos de la defensora de derechos humanos Margarita Mart\u00ednez Mart\u00ednez y del feminicidio de Tatiana Trujillo Rodr\u00edguez, casos denunciados con anterioridad por este Centro de Derechos Humanos; adem\u00e1s est\u00e1 involucrado en la obstrucci\u00f3n, en el proceso de esclarecimiento de los hechos de la Masacre de Viejo Velasco, para encontrar el paradero de las personas desaparecidas forzadamente el 13 de noviembre de 2006.<\/p>\n
Hace unos d\u00edas el Gobierno de Chiapas lleg\u00f3 a la ciudad rural Nuevo Juan del Grijalva con el Relator <\/em>Especial de las Naciones Unidas para el Derecho a la Alimentaci\u00f3n<\/em>, Olivier De Schutter, sin embargo los funcionarios estatales se encontraron con un grupo de mujeres que con pancartas que exig\u00edan la libertad de los presos pol\u00edticos aqu\u00ed compartimos en voz de las afectadas las exigencias de libertad<\/p>\n Decidieron manifestarse en sus propias tierras de los se\u00f1ores y les ponen una demanda Comisi\u00f3n y \u00bfsabe qu\u00e9 dice Comisi\u00f3n, se\u00f1or?… no nos han pagado lo justo… Lo que dice Comisi\u00f3n es que el dinero ya se lo dio al gobierno del estado y que \u00e9l ya se deslinda de todo el problema. Y el gobierno se resiste a pagar a las comunidades afectadas: Playa Larga 3, Loma Bonita, Cuauht\u00e9moc y Juan del Grijalva, donde se perdieron vidas humanas, \u00e9sas son las comunidades que est\u00e1n afectadas de la cota 100, por lo que tienen a las personas en el Cereso, por lo que los est\u00e1n persiguiendo la judicial aqu\u00ed en Ciudad Rural y en donde quiera que se van. Tambi\u00e9n son las tierras que ser\u00e1n afectadas donde va a subir el agua y esas son las tierras que exigimos que se nos paguen por el trabajo de 20 a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s, exigimos que se nos pague nuestros trabajos, se perdieron casas, bienes distintos a las tierras y terreros, as\u00ed que queremos que todo se pague se\u00f1or, si usted es jefe de Ciudad rural haga las cosas como son. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n Cabe mencionar que la empresa que supuestamente los demando se desisti\u00f3 de la demanda por lo que los nueve presos deber\u00eda salir de prisi\u00f3n, lo cual no ha sucedido, por lo que el Gobierno del Estado los retiene de forma arbitraria y violentando sus derechos humanos.<\/p>\n Como Centro de Derechos Humanos Fray Bartolom\u00e9 de Las Casas nos preocupa que el Gobierno de Chiapas utiliza el hostigamiento, la represi\u00f3n, el enga\u00f1o, la fabricaci\u00f3n de delitos, el arraigo, la c\u00e1rcel en contra de hombres y mujeres que ejercen sus derechos humanos y m\u00e1s aun cuando exigen el cumplimiento de promesas hechas por las mismas autoridades.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n On November 4, 2007, a \u201cnatural disaster\u201d took place in Juan del Grijalva. As a result, the survivors were relocated to the new rural city of Nuevo Juan del Grijalva, and the Chiapas government promised to pay for their lands.<\/p>\n After this presumably natural disaster, in the region known as \u201ctap\u00f3n del Grijalva\u201d, the Federal Electric Commission is building two public works. One of them was concessioned to Grupo M\u00e9xico, a transnational corporation and one of the largest copper producers in the world.<\/p>\n On March 17, 2011, during a peaceful demonstration in the ejido of Juan del Grijalva, municipality of Ostuac\u00e1n, officers of the Ministerial Police of the Northern District\u2019s Attorney\u2019s Office, led by Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00f3mez Santaella and the Ostuac\u00e1n District Attorney Esgar Benjam\u00edn Estrada Cervantez, together with members of the state police, arbitrarily and deceitfully detained Marcelo D\u00edaz Castellanos, Ceferino Hern\u00e1ndez Castro, Fidencio Altunar Cabos, Jos\u00e9 Francisco L\u00f3pez D\u00edaz, and Teodoro S\u00e1nchez Morales.<\/p>\n On April 15, as they left the CERESO 10 prison after visiting the five campesinos are held prisoner there, the residents of the rural city Pascacio L\u00f3pez \u00c1lvarez and Andr\u00e9s D\u00edaz Bouchot were also detained, as well as the defense lawyer Juan Jos\u00e9 Narv\u00e1ez Bautista, who was there to provide legal support to the prisoners. On May 25, in the municipality of Ostuac\u00e1n, H\u00e9ctor D\u00edaz Castellanos was also detained.<\/p>\n It\u2019s worth noting that the district attorney Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00f3mez Santaella is related to human rights violations in the cases of the human rights activist Margarita Mart\u00ednez Mart\u00ednez and the feminicide of Tatiana Trujillo Rodr\u00edguez, both of which have been previously denounced by this human rights center. However, the state officers were met there by a group of women with banners demanding the freedom of the political prisoners. Here are some of the demands in the words of the women affected:<\/p>\n The demonstrated in their own lands, and the Federal Electric Commission sues them, and you know what the Commission says, sir?… They haven\u2019t paid us\u2026 You know what they say? That they already gave the money to the state government and they no longer have anything to do with the problem. And the government refuses to pay the affected communities, Playa Larga 3, Loma Bonita, Cuauht\u00e9moc, and Juan del Grijalva, where human lives were lost. These are the communities affected by Cota 100, and for this reason they have people prisoner at Cereso, the judicial police is persecuting them here in the rural city and anywhere they go. These are also the lands that will be affected by the rising water level, and these are the lands we demand they pay us for our work of 20 years, we demand that they pay for our work, we lost homes, goods other than the lands, so we want all of that to be paid, sir, if you are the chief of the Rural Cities, do things the right way.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n We should mention that the company which supposedly sued has withdrawn the lawsuit, and therefore the prisoners should be released. This has not<\/em> happened, and therefore government of Chiapas keeps them under arbitrary detention and violates their human rights.<\/p>\n The Fray Bartolom\u00e9 de Las Casas Human Rights Center is preoccupied by the use of harassment, repression, deceit, fabrication of crimes, provisional confinement, and prison against men and women who exercise their human rights, especially when they demand that the authorities comply with their own commitments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Reporte mensual del Centro de Derechos Humanos Fray Bartolom\u00e9 de Las Casas, Chiapas.
