Por supuesto que no vamos a poner anuncios, y si no tenemos paga para los tinacos de agua en el nuevo caracol <em>Tulan Kaw<\/em>, pues menos para pagar derechos de autor. La Comisi\u00f3n Sexta no \u201cmonetariza\u201d sus videos (adem\u00e1s, claro, que el \u201ctr\u00e1fico\u201d en nuestro canal es como el de Semana Santa en el DF), as\u00ed, que no creo que el se\u00f1or YouTube se haga menos rico, ni que Ana Tijoux y Shadia Mansour pierdan calidad art\u00edstica y \u201cfollowers\u201d, si acompa\u00f1amos su rebeld\u00eda con la nuestra.<\/p>\n<p>Tal vez ser\u00eda mejor que el se\u00f1or YouTube, en lugar de estar \u201ctumbando\u201d los videos que la banda musicaliza y sube con cualquier tema porque, como no dijo Zapata; \u201cla m\u00fasica es de quien la canta-baila-tararea-brincotea-musita-grita-levanta\u201d (a su modo, lo dice Shadia Mansour en el rap que, en \u00e1rabe, entona en esta rola: \u201cla m\u00fasica es la lengua materna del mundo\u201d), mejor deber\u00eda trabajar bien su maldito algoritmo (\u00a1ah!, \u201clos renglones torcidos de YouTube\u201d), porque uno empieza buscando, por ejemplo, videos de los <em>botellos<\/em> de jerez para saludar la memoria de Armando Vega Gil, o ska de <em>Los de Abajo<\/em>, o de <em>Sal\u00f3n Victoria<\/em>, o rolas de <em>Jijos del Mais<\/em>, o <em>Van T<\/em>, o <em>Mexican Sound<\/em>, o <em>LenguaAlerta<\/em>, o <em>Lirica<\/em>, o <em>Ely Guerra<\/em>, o <em>Keny Arkana<\/em>, o las <em>Batallones Femeninos<\/em>, o los maestros Oscar Ch\u00e1vez y Guillermo Vel\u00e1zquez y Los Leones de la Sierra de Xich\u00fa, y, de pronto, uno est\u00e1 en videos de jaripeos, o de peleas de gallos, o de Maluma dando clases de respeto a la mujer, o de maquillaje (\u201cahora vamos a mostrar c\u00f3mo se hace un maquillaje para tomarse una <em>selfie<\/em> \u00b4sin maquillaje\u00b4\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Y no es que uno sea remilgoso, despu\u00e9s de todo, como dijo Inodoro Pereyra (\u00bfo fue Mendieta?): \u201cel mundo es ancho y ajeno\u201d; es porque, ac\u00e1, el ancho de banda es como el IQ de Trump, es decir, una miseria.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho lo anterior, aclaramos: si YouTube \u201ctira\u201d el video (como ya nos tir\u00f3 el de la <em>Princesa Mononoke<\/em> porque, dice, los estudios Ghibli prefieren ponerse del lado del sistema en su lucha contra la naturaleza), por la m\u00fasica que lleva, pues aqu\u00ed ponemos las mismas im\u00e1genes, pero sin m\u00fasica, y ah\u00ed ustedes pongan el audio que va. Por cierto, aqu\u00ed anexo la traducci\u00f3n, del \u00e1rabe al espa\u00f1ol, de la parte que <em>rapea<\/em> Shadia Mansour (basada en el aporte del usuario <em>qmqz<\/em> en el video oficial de esa rola):<\/p>\n<p><em> \u201c(Dame el micr\u00f3fono) La m\u00fasica es la lengua materna del mundo. This video will likely be removed by Mr. YouTube since it is set to a song by Ana Tijoux (Chilean-French) and Shadia Mansour (Palestinian) entitled \u201cSomos Sur,\u201d [We are the South] and supposedly we either have to pay royalties or accept advertising. We are not of course going to accept advertising, and if there\u2019s no money for water tanks for the new caracol Tulan Kaw, then there\u2019s certainly no money to pay royalties. In any case, the Sixth Commission does not \u201cmonetize\u201d our videos (plus, the traffic on our channel is like the traffic during semana santa (Easter) in Mexico City), so I doubt Mr. YouTube is going to end up any less rich because of our refusal to accept advertisement, nor are Ana Tijoux and Shadia Mansour going to lose artistic quality or followers because we have accompanied their rebellion with ours.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe instead of taking down the videos that people set to music\u2014as Zapata didn\u2019t say, \u201cmusic belongs to those who sing\/dance\/hum\/bounce\/whisper\/shout and spread it (and like Shadia Mansour says, rapping in Arabic: \u201cmusic is the mother tongue of the world\u201d)\u2014Mr. YouTube should work on his damned algorithm (\u201cOh, the twisted lines of YouTube\u201di). You know how it goes, you start out looking for videos of the guys from Botellita de Jerez to pay homage to the memory of Armando Vega Gil, or you search for ska from Los de Abajo, or Sal\u00f3n Victoria, or some tracks from Jijos del Mais, or Van T, or Mexican Sound, or LenguaAlerta, or Lirica, or Ely Guerra, or Keny Arkana, or the Batallones Femeninos, or from those masters Oscar Ch\u00e1vez and Guillermo Vel\u00e1zquez and Los Leones de la Sierra de Xich\u00fa, and all of a sudden you\u2019re getting bombarded with videos of rodeos, cockfights, Maluma giving classes on how to respect women, or makeup videos (\u201cnow we\u2019re going to learn how to do makeup for a \u2018no makeup\u2019 selfie\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not that we\u2019re being fussy\u2014after all, like Inodoro Pereyra said (or was it Mendieta?), \u201cBroad and Alien is the World\u201dii\u2014but rather that here, bandwidth is about as broad as Trump\u2019s IQ: paltry, in other words.<\/p>\n<p>Given all of the above, if YouTube removes the video because of its soundtrack (like it already did with Princess Mononoke, apparently because Studio Ghibli decided to side with the system instead of with natureiii), we\u2019ll repost the same photo slideshow here but without music, and you can add the music yourselves.
