Ante la agenda de despojo y destrucci\u00f3n que los malos gobiernos hacen para imponer lo que all\u00e1 arriba llaman \u201cPrograma de Desarrollo del Istmo de Tehuantepec\u201d, y que para nosotros los pueblos originarios, es el anuncio de la tragedia que pretenden expandir en los territorios de los\u00a0 pueblos en toda la regi\u00f3n del Istmo.<\/p>\n
Los que somos el CNI-CIG rechazamos y desconocemos cualquier simulaci\u00f3n que se proponga la imposici\u00f3n de los megaproyectos de muerte como es la supuesta consulta que pretenden realizar los malos gobiernos en diversas comunidades del Istmo de Tehuantepec los d\u00edas 30 y 31 de marzo.<\/p>\n
Denunciamos las pr\u00e1cticas corruptas que los malos gobiernos a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Nacional de Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas han estado realizando para buscar dividir, enga\u00f1ar e intimidar a nuestras comunidades, donde ofrecen programas y proyectos a cambio de decir que s\u00ed en sus supuestas consultas, como si lo que est\u00e1 en juego no fuera el territorio y los recursos naturales.<\/p>\n
Los pueblos originarios Binniz\u00e1, Ikoots, Chontal, Zoque, Nahua y Popoluca, que habitamos el Istmo de Tehuantepec, en los estados de Oaxaca y Veracruz ya dijimos NO a los megaproyectos de muerte, rechazamos la destrucci\u00f3n que quieren llevar a nuestros territorios y que est\u00e1 matando a nuestra madre tierra.<\/p>\n
Rechazamos la invasi\u00f3n por empresas mineras que quieren destruir los cerros, manantiales, r\u00edos y aire, a las empresas e\u00f3licas que despojan de nuestras tierras y negocian con el viento. No queremos sus trenes que transportar\u00e1n la muerte, ni la violencia represiva militar o paramilitar que se jalonea en nuestros territorios.<\/p>\n
Reiteramos que nuestra lucha por proteger a la madre tierra, las comunidades y territorios ind\u00edgenas no se detendr\u00e1 por m\u00e1s simulaciones que el mal gobierno capitalista neoliberal pretenda hacer para imponer, con la guerra, los proyectos que apuestan al dinero a costa de la muerte de la naturaleza y de los pueblos originarios. Por el contrario, seguiremos organiz\u00e1ndonos en resistencia y rebeld\u00eda con las y los de abajo.<\/p>\n
En consecuencia, llamamos a los colectivos y organizaciones honestas, a las redes de apoyo al Concejo ind\u00edgena de Gobierno y a la Sexta Nacional e Internacional a permanecer atentos y solidarios ante este nuevo intento de imposici\u00f3n y despojo.<\/p>\n
ATENTAMENTE POR LA RECONSTITUCI\u00d3N INTEGRAL DE NUESTROS PUEBLOS CONGRESO NACIONAL IND\u00cdGENA [:en]To the people of Mexico: The plans for dispossession and destruction that the bad governments call the \u201cIsthmus of Tehuantepec Development Program,\u201d are for us as originary peoples an announcement of the tragedy they now intend to extend through the territories of all of the Isthmus peoples.<\/p>\n As the CNI-CIG, we reject and condemn the bad governments\u2019 so-called referendum, to be carried out throughout the Isthmus communities March 30 and 31, which simulates consultation of our peoples in order to impose these megaprojects of death.<\/p>\n We denounce the corrupt practices with which the bad governments, through their National Institute for Indigenous Peoples, have sought to divide, deceive, and intimidate our communities, offering programs and projects in exchange for yes votes in their so-called referendums, as if it were not precisely our territories and natural resources which are at stake.<\/p>\n The Binizz\u00e1, Ikoot, Chontal, Zoque, Nahua and Popoluca originary peoples who inhabit the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in the states of Oaxaca and Veracruz have already made clear our \u201cNO\u201d to these megaprojects of death, which will lead to the destruction of our territories and the death of our mother earth.<\/p>\n We reject the invasion of our territories by mining companies that will destroy the mountains, springs, rivers, and air, as well as by the wind power companies that use the wind as a tool of negotiation to displace us from our lands. We do not want their trains, which only transport death, nor their repressive military or paramilitary violence, which devastate our territories.<\/p>\n We state once again that we will not cease in our struggle to protect mother earth and our indigenous communities and territories no matter how many simulated referendums the bad neoliberal capitalist government carries out in order to impose\u2014via war\u2014projects that prioritize money over the life of the originary peoples and of nature.
