\nA 100 A\u00d1OS DEL ASESINATO DEL GENERAL EMILIANO ZAPATA SALAZAR<\/strong><\/p>\n
Considerando <\/strong>que a nuestro hermano Samir Flores Soberanes lo mat\u00f3 el r\u00e9gimen neoliberal; no sabemos si el gobierno, si los empresarios, si sus c\u00e1rteles delincuenciales, o, si los tres juntos;<\/p>\n Observando<\/strong> que la autodenominada \u201cCuarta Transformaci\u00f3n\u201d inici\u00f3 con Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado, se profundiz\u00f3 con Carlos Salinas de Gortari, sigui\u00f3 su guerra de conquista con Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de Le\u00f3n, Vicente Fox Quezada, Felipe Calder\u00f3n Hinojosa y Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto; y ahora contin\u00faa con el proyecto transexenal de Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador y el Partido Movimiento de Regeneraci\u00f3n Nacional.\u00a0 Para los pueblos originarios el \u00fanico \u201ccambio verdadero\u201d es el aumento de las mentiras, los enga\u00f1os, las persecuciones, las amenazas, los encarcelamientos, el despojo, los asesinatos, las burlas y desprecios, la explotaci\u00f3n humana y la destrucci\u00f3n de la naturaleza; en suma: el aniquilamiento de la vida colectiva que somos;<\/p>\n Asumiendo<\/strong> que el gobierno neoliberal que encabeza Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador tiene su vista puesta en nuestros pueblos y territorios, donde, con el Instituto Nacional de Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas, se tiende una red de cooptaci\u00f3n y desorganizaci\u00f3n, que abre el camino a una guerra que tiene nombre industrial, hecha de proyectos y violencias, que, apoyada en las corporaciones militares y en la pr\u00f3xima Guardia Nacional, expande una oscura telara\u00f1a de muerte y destrucci\u00f3n en los pueblos originarios del pa\u00eds;<\/p>\n Reiterando<\/strong> nuestra firme oposici\u00f3n a las pol\u00edticas neoliberales de los viejos y los nuevos gobiernos, nuestra oposici\u00f3n a las consultas, se llamen como se llamen, que no tienen otro fin que el despojo de nuestros territorios; nuestra oposici\u00f3n a la miner\u00eda, al represamiento de nuestros r\u00edos, a la construcci\u00f3n de autopistas, a la acelerada especulaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria de nuestras tierras, a los megaproyectos neoliberales de muerte como el Proyecto Integral Morelos, el Corredor Trans\u00edsmico o el Tren Maya;<\/p>\n Recordando <\/strong>que la lucha encabezada por el General EMILIANO ZAPATA SALAZAR\u00a0 y el Ej\u00e9rcito Libertador del Sur y Centro representaron y siguen representando los intereses y aspiraciones de nuestros pueblos y de millones de explotados y explotadas en M\u00e9xico y en el mundo; y que este pr\u00f3ximo 10 de abril se cumplen 100 A\u00d1OS DEL COBARDE ASESINATO DEL GENERAL EMILIANO ZAPATA SALAZAR por parte del r\u00e9gimen pol\u00edtico que, a pesar de sus \u201ctransformaciones\u201d, nos sigue gobernando hasta el d\u00eda de hoy:<\/p>\n CONVOCAMOS<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0A LA ASAMBLEA NACIONAL ENTRE LOS PUEBLOS IND\u00cdGENAS DEL CONGRESO NACIONAL IND\u00cdGENA\/CONCEJO IND\u00cdGENA DE GOBIERNO Y LOS ADHERENTES A LA SEXTA, REDES DE APOYO AL CONCEJO IND\u00cdGENA DE GOBIERNO Y COLECTIVOS Y ORGANIZACIONES QUE LUCHAN Y SE ORGANIZAN CONTRA EL CAPITALISMO<\/strong><\/p>\n A realizarse el 09 de abril del presente a\u00f1o en la comunidad ind\u00edgena de Amilcingo, municipio de Temoac, Morelos, de las 10:00 de la ma\u00f1ana a las 18:00 hrs.<\/p>\n As\u00ed como a la:<\/p>\n MOVILIZACI\u00d3N NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL A 100 A\u00d1OS DEL ASESINATO DEL GENERAL EMILIANO ZAPATA SALAZAR, <\/strong>CUYO EPICENTRO SER\u00c1 EN CHINAMECA, MORELOS, EL 10 DE ABRIL DE 2019, A PARTIR DE LAS 9.00 HRS. Mex., San Miguel Cajono Oaxaca, Universidad de Chapingo, Libertad bajo Palabra, Flor de la Palabra, Organizaci\u00f3n Nacional del Poder Popular.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Fuente: Enlace Zapatista<\/a>[:en]<\/p>\n Convocation to the Events: Given that:<\/strong><\/p>\n Our brother Samir Flores Soberanes was murdered by the neoliberal regime\u2014we don\u2019t know if it was the government, big business, their criminal cartels, or all three together.<\/p>\n The so-called \u201cFourth Transformation\u201d began with Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado, was intensified by Carlos Salinas de Gortari, continued as a war of conquest by Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de Le\u00f3n, Vicente Fox Quezada, Felipe Calder\u00f3n Hinojosa, and Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto; and is now extended through the long-term project of Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador and the Party of National Regeneration [MORENA]. For the originary peoples, the only \u201creal change\u201d will be an increase in lies, tricks, persecution, threats, imprisonment, displacement, murder, mockery and disrespect, human exploitation and natural destruction\u2014in sum, the annihilation of the collective life that we are.<\/p>\n The current neoliberal government headed by Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador has its sights set on our peoples and territories. Using its \u201cNational Institute for Indigenous Peoples\u201d, it has put into place a web of cooptation and disorganization that clears the way for a war whose principal front will be industrialization. This war will be implemented via infrastructure projects and violence and backed by the armed forces and the soon-to-be National Guard, casting a dark shadow of death and destruction over the originary peoples of our country.<\/p>\n We restate our firm opposition to the neoliberal policies of old and new governments; to the referendums or whatever they choose to call them whose only purpose is our displacement from and dispossession of our territories; to mining, to the damming of our rivers, to highway construction and the acceleration of real estate speculation throughout our lands, to the construction of neoliberal megaprojects of death like the Integral Project for Morelos, the Trans-isthmus Corridor, and the Mayan Train.<\/p>\n We have not forgotten that the struggle led by General Emiliano Zapata Salazar and the Liberation Army of the South and Center represented and continues to represent the interests and aspirations of our peoples and of millions of the exploited in Mexico and the world. This upcoming April 10 is the 100th<\/sup>anniversary of the cowardly murder of General Emiliano Zapata Salazar by the political regime that, despite its \u201ctransformations\u201d, continues to govern today.<\/p>\n Given this, we convoke a\u00a0National Assembly of the indigenous peoples of the National Indigenous Congress\/ Indigenous Governing Council, adherents to the Sixth Declaration of the Lacand\u00f3n Jungle, the Support Networks for the Indigenous Governing Council<\/strong>,\u00a0and collectives and organizations organized in struggle against capitalism<\/strong>, to take place on April 9 of this year in the indigenous community of Amilcingo, municipality of Temoac, Morelos, from 10:00am-6:00pm.<\/p>\n We also convoke a\u00a0national and international mobilization to mark the 100<\/strong>th\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>anniversary of the murder of General Emiliano Zapata Salazar<\/strong>. The mobilization\u2019s epicenter will be Chinameca, Morelos, on April 10, 2019, beginning at 9:00am.<\/p>\n The schedule of activities will be published shortly. <\/p>\n Attentively,<\/p>\n March 2019.
