Los cargos: &#8220;coacci\u00f3n agravada&#8221;, por organizar una manifestaci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica en 2017 por las violaciones a los derechos de las comunidades mapuches cometidas por la gendarmer\u00eda argentina en las redadas de septiembre de ese a\u00f1o. Dichas redadas, autorizadas por el juez federal Guido Otranto, fueron parte de la investigaci\u00f3n por la desaparici\u00f3n forzada del luchador Santiago Maldonado en agosto de 2017, y cuyo cuerpo fue hallado en octubre de ese a\u00f1o. Durante las redadas, la gendarmer\u00eda golpe\u00f3 y humill\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n mapuche.<\/p>\n<p>Moira Mill\u00e1n fue absuelta de todos los cargos en septiembre de 2018 por el juez Gustavo Lleral, pero el fiscal apel\u00f3 la sentencia. De ser declarada culpable este pr\u00f3ximo 21 de febrero, Moira Mill\u00e1n podr\u00eda enfrentar de dos a cuatro a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<br \/>\n[:en]<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-Y5Sb1sNQOc\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>On February 21, 2019, weichafe Moira Ivana Mill\u00e1n will be tried in Argentina. She is charged with &#8220;aggravated coercion&#8221; for organizing a peaceful demonstration in 2017 in protest of the violations to the rights of Mapuche communities committed by the Argentinian gendarmerie during the raids in September of that year. The raids were authorized by the federal judge Guido Otranto, and were part of the investigations for the disappearance of the activist Santiago Maldonado in August 2017, and who was found ded in October that year. During the raids, the gendarmerie beat and humilliated the Mapuche people.<\/p>\n<p>Moira Mill\u00e1n was acquitted of all charges in September 2018 by judge Gustavo Lleral, but the prosecution appealed the decision.
