{"id":20815,"date":"2017-04-07T08:29:09","date_gmt":"2017-04-07T13:29:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiozapatista.org\/?p=20815"},"modified":"2017-04-10T09:25:29","modified_gmt":"2017-04-10T14:25:29","slug":"cni-y-ezln-brutal-represion-policial-la-comunidad-purepecha-de-arantepacua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiozapatista.org\/?p=20815","title":{"rendered":"[:es]CNI y EZLN: Brutal represi\u00f3n policial la comunidad Pur\u00e9pecha de Arantepacua deja tres muertos[:en]CNI and EZLN: Brutal police repression against the Pur\u00e9pecha community of Arantepacua &#8211; 3 people killed[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:es]<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Comunicado conjunto del CNI y el EZLN denunciando la represi\u00f3n contra la comunidad Pur\u00e9pecha de Arantepacua, Michoac\u00e1n.<\/h4>\n<p>A la Comunidad Pur\u00e9pecha de Arantepacua, Michoac\u00e1n,<br \/>\nA los medios alternativos de comunicaci\u00f3n,<br \/>\nA los pueblos del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>El Congreso Nacional Ind\u00edgena, los pueblos, naciones y tribus que lo conformamos, manifestamos nuestra indignaci\u00f3n por el cobarde ataque del mal gobierno en contra de la comunidad pur\u00e9pecha de Arantepacua, Michoac\u00e1n, los d\u00edas 4 y 5 de abril del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras una comisi\u00f3n de comuneros buscaba tener di\u00e1logo en una mesa con el mal gobierno del estado de Michoac\u00e1n, el gobernador Silvano Aureoles Conejo los traicion\u00f3. Primero obstruy\u00e9ndoles el paso con cientos de granaderos y decenas de camiones cuando se dirig\u00edan a Morelia para tratar de llegar a acuerdos que deriven en la resoluci\u00f3n de un a\u00f1ejo conflicto agrario. Despu\u00e9s, mientras la comisi\u00f3n manten\u00eda una negociaci\u00f3n con el gobierno, cuando numerosos contingentes de la Polic\u00eda de Michoac\u00e1n y de la Polic\u00eda Ministerial del Estado atacaron junto con fuerzas federales a la comunidad, sembrando el terror, entrando en las viviendas para detener a los comuneros y abriendo fuego indiscriminadamente, arrebatando la vida de tres comuneros de Arantepacua:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jos\u00e9 Carlos Jim\u00e9nez Cris\u00f3stomo (25 a\u00f1os)<\/li>\n<li>Luis Gustavo Hern\u00e1ndez Cuenete (15 a\u00f1os)<\/li>\n<li>Francisco Jim\u00e9nez Alejandre (70 a\u00f1os aproximadamente).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s hubo una cantidad no precisada de heridos, de los cuales dos se encuentran graves, mientras que 38 comuneros fueron detenidos por el gobierno de Michoac\u00e1n el d\u00eda 4 de abril y 18 m\u00e1s el d\u00eda 5 de abril, acus\u00e1ndolos de delitos fabricados para criminalizar la exigencia de sus derechos.<\/p>\n<p>Hermanos y hermanas de Arantepacua, su dolor por el asesinato de los compa\u00f1eros es nuestro. Luchamos pues tenemos la certeza de que el castigo a los culpables surgir\u00e1 de la dignidad, la resistencia y la rebeld\u00eda de nuestros pueblos. Sembrar verdad y justicia en la destrucci\u00f3n que nos traen los poderosos es lo que sabemos hacer los pueblos.<\/p>\n<p>Los malos gobiernos piensan que esparciendo el terror en los territorios ind\u00edgenas de Michoac\u00e1n, y en gran parte de la geograf\u00eda nacional, es c\u00f3mo van a acallar a los pueblos y su palabra, pero eso no pasar\u00e1, pues la palabra que hoy gritan en colectivo los pueblos originarios nace justamente de la indignaci\u00f3n, el hartazgo y la decisi\u00f3n de no dejarse matar, despojar, dividir o comprar.<\/p>\n<p>Nos pronunciamos junto con la asamblea comunal de Arantepacua por:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Que cese de inmediato la escalada represiva en contra de Arantepacua y las comunidades pur\u00e9pechas de la regi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>La libertad inmediata de los compa\u00f1eros detenidos por el mal gobierno.<\/li>\n<li>Justicia para las v\u00edctimas de la cobarde agresi\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n de todos los da\u00f1os causados.<\/li>\n<li>Castigo al gobernador Silvano Aureoles y a todos los responsables, materiales e intelectuales, de los cr\u00edmenes cometidos.<\/li>\n<li>Que sean retiradas las fuerzas policiacas y militares de Arantepacua, pues mientras est\u00e9n presentes no cesar\u00e1 el hostigamiento hacia los comuneros.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Atentamente<br \/>\nA 6 de abril de 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Justicia para Arantepacua<br \/>\nJusticia para el Pueblo Pur\u00e9pecha<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Por la Reconstituci\u00f3n Integral de Nuestros Pueblos<br \/>\nNunca M\u00e1s Un M\u00e9xico Sin Nosotros<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Congreso Nacional Ind\u00edgena<br \/>\nEj\u00e9rcito Zapatista de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional<\/p>\n<p><small>Fuente: <a href=\"http:\/\/enlacezapatista.ezln.org.mx\/2017\/04\/06\/comunicado-conjunto-del-cni-y-el-ezln-denunciando-la-represion-contra-la-comunidad-purepecha-de-arantepacua-michoacan\/?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+EnlaceZapatista+%28Enlace+Zapatista%29\" target=\"_blank\">Enlace Zapatista<\/a><\/small>[:en]<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Joint Communique from the CNI and the EZLN Denouncing the Repression Against the Pur\u00e9pecha community of Arantepacua, Michoac\u00e1n<\/h4>\n<p>To the Pur\u00e9pecha Community of Arantepacua, Michoac\u00e1n,<br \/>\nTo the alternative media,<br \/>\nTo the peoples of the world.<\/p>\n<p>The peoples, nations, and tribes who make up the National Indigenous Congress express our outrage at the bad government\u2019s cowardly attack against the Pur\u00e9pecha community of Arantepacua, Michoac\u00e1n, on April 4 and 5 of the present year.<\/p>\n<p>As a commission of community members sought dialogue with the bad government of the state of Michoac\u00e1n, the governor Silvano Aureoles Conejo betrayed them: first, by obstructing their path with hundreds of riot police and dozens of trucks as they made their way to Morelia to try to come to agreements on the resolution of an old agrarian conflict; and again when, as the commission negotiated with government, large contingents of the Michoac\u00e1n Police and the State Ministerial Police together with federal forces attacked the community, sowing terror, entering houses to detain community members, and opening fire indiscriminately, killing three Arantepacua community members:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jos\u00e9 Carlos Jim\u00e9nez Cris\u00f3stomo (age 25)<\/li>\n<li>Luis Gustavo Hern\u00e1ndez Cuenete (age 15)<\/li>\n<li>Francisco Jim\u00e9nez Ajejandre (approximately age 70)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, an unspecified number of community members were injured, two of whom are in critical condition, as well as 38 arrested by the Michoac\u00e1n government on April 4 and 18 more on April 5 on fabricated charges that seek to criminalize their demand for their rights.<\/p>\n<p>Brothers and sisters of Arantepacua, your pain over the murder of your <em>compa\u00f1eros<\/em> is ours. We struggle because we are certain that punishment for the guilty will come from the dignity, resistance, and rebellion of our peoples. Sowing truth and justice amidst the destruction brought upon us by the powerful is what our peoples know how to do.<\/p>\n<p>The bad governments think that by spreading terror in the indigenous territories of Michoac\u00e1n and across a large part of the nation they will be able to silence the peoples and their voice, but this will not happen, because the words shouted collectively today by the originary peoples are born precisely of our rage, our frustration and the decision to not allow ourselves be killed, dispossessed, divided, or bought off.<\/p>\n<p>We pronounce jointly with the communal assembly of Arantepacua our demands for:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>An immediate halt to the escalated repression against Arantepacua and the Pur\u00e9pecha communities of the region.<\/li>\n<li>The immediate release of the compa\u00f1eros detained by the bad government.<\/li>\n<li>Justice for the victims of this cowardly aggression and indemnification for all damages caused.<\/li>\n<li>Punishment of governor Silvano Aureoles and all those responsible, materially and intellectually, for the crimes committed.<\/li>\n<li>The withdrawal of the police and military forces from Aratepacua, given that as long as they are present the harassment of the community members will not cease.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Attentively<br \/>\nApril 6, 2017<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>J<strong>ustice for Arantepacua<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<strong><em>Justice for the Pur\u00e9pecha People<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>For the Full Reconstitution of our Peoples<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>Never Again a Mexico Without Us<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>National Indigenous Congress<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Zapatista Army for National Liberation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[:es] Comunicado conjunto del CNI y el EZLN denunciando la represi\u00f3n contra la comunidad Pur\u00e9pecha de Arantepacua, Michoac\u00e1n.
