Al pueblo de Choreachi,
\nA todo el pueblo rar\u00e1muri
\nA los pueblos ind\u00edgenas

\nA los pueblos del mundo,<\/p>\n

Nos enteramos el d\u00eda de hoy de los asesinatos perpetrados contra los compa\u00f1eros ind\u00edgenas rar\u00e1muris Juan Ontiveros Ramos e\u00a0 Isidro Baldenegro, ambos de la comunidad de Choreachi, en el municipio de Guadalupe y Calvo, Chihuahua, respectivamente el d\u00eda de ayer 2 de Febrero y el otro hace 15 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n

Denunciamos de manera urgente esta nueva barbaridad contra compa\u00f1eros con compromiso destacado en la lucha de su pueblo por la recuperaci\u00f3n de su territorio acaparado desde hace m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os por grandes terratenientes ganaderos y grupos de la delincuencia organizada.<\/p>\n

Como Congreso Nacional Ind\u00edgena y Ejercito Zapatista de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional, nos solidarizamos con el pueblo rar\u00e1muri tan dolido por estos dos asesinatos que se suman a los 18 homicidios contra sus comunidades desde 1973, cuatro de ellos en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

Compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras, \u00a1no est\u00e1n solos! Les acompa\u00f1amos en su dolor, abrimos nuestros corazones a la lucha incansable que est\u00e1n librando contra la delincuencia organizada y terratenientes respaldados por los malos gobiernos, les ofrecemos nuestro respaldo como pueblos ind\u00edgenas del pa\u00eds que nos organizamos para defender nuestras vidas y nuestros territorios.<\/p>\n

To the people of Choreachi,
\nTo all of the Rar\u00e1muri People,
\nTo the Indigenous Peoples,
\nTo the people of Mexico,
\nTo the peoples of the world,<\/p>\n

We learned today of the murders of Indigenous Rar\u00e1muri compa\u00f1eros<\/em> Juan Ontiveros Ramos and Isidro Baldenegro, both of the community of Choreachi in the municipality of Guadalupe y Calvo, Chihuahua, yesterday February 2, and 15 days ago, respectively.<\/p>\n

We urgently denounce these new acts of barbarity against compa\u00f1eros<\/em> known for their commitment to the struggle of their people for the recuperation of their territory, which was taken over 40 years ago by large landowners\/ranchers and organized crime.<\/p>\n

As the National Indigenous Congress and the Zapatista Army for National Liberation, we are in solidarity with the Rar\u00e1muri People who have been so hurt by these murders, now totaling 18 homicides committed against their communities since 1973, four of them in the last year.<\/p>\n

Compa\u00f1eros<\/em> and compa\u00f1eras<\/em>, you are not alone! We accompany you in your pain, we open our hearts to the tireless struggle you are waging against organized crime and the landowners backed by the bad governments, and we offer you our support as indigenous peoples of this country who are organizing ourselves to defend our lives and our territories.<\/p>\n
