CRECE LA GUERRA EN CONTRA DE SANTA MAR\u00cdA OSTULA Y LOS PUEBLOS LIBRES DE LA COSTA-SIERRA DE MICHOAC\u00c1N<\/strong><\/p>\n

EL CRIMEN ORGANIZADO SE FORTALECE EN LA COSTA DE MICHOAC\u00c1N CON LA COMPLICIDAD DEL GOBIERNO<\/strong><\/p>\n

A LOS PUEBLOS DE MEXICO Y DEL MUNDO.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Desde hace unas semanas la situaci\u00f3n del municipio de Aquila y de la Comunidad Ind\u00edgena de Santa Mar\u00eda Ostula SON DE LA MAYOR GRAVEDAD. Tenemos conocimiento, por voz del propio Gobernador de Michoac\u00e1n, que nuestro comandante comunitario y Director de la Seguridad P\u00fablica en el municipio de Aquila, el C. GERM\u00c1N RAM\u00cdREZ SANCHEZ, TIENE POR LO MENOS TRES ORDENES DE APREHENSI\u00d3N POR LOS MISMOS DELITOS POR LOS QUE FUE FALSAMENTE ACUSADO NUESTRO TAMBI\u00c9N COMANDANTE CEME\u00cd VERD\u00cdA<\/strong><\/u>, adicionalmente de manera tramposa un polic\u00eda comunitario de la hermana comunidad ind\u00edgena de P\u00f3maro al mando del comandante Germ\u00e1n, el C. ARISTOTELES FLORES CH\u00c1VEZ FUE HECHO PRISIONERO DESDE HACE SEMANAS POR EL GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO<\/strong><\/u>, IGUALMENTE ACUSADO DE LOS MISMOS DELITOS QUE CEME\u00cd VERD\u00cdA, CUANDO SE PRESENT\u00d3 A MORELIA LLAMADO POR EL GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO A REALIZAR EXAMENES DE CONTROL Y CONFIANZA.<\/p>\n

INCLUSO EN ESTOS MOMENTOS CORRE EL RUMOR DE QUE LA MARINA ARMADA DE M\u00c9XICO TIENE ORDENES DE DETENER AL COMANDANTE GERM\u00c1N DONDE SEA QUE LO ENCUENTRE Y AL PRECIO QUE SEA.<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

A la par que el gobierno del estado se ensa\u00f1a contra nuestros comandantes y polic\u00edas comunitarios y la Marina Armada de M\u00e9xico se hace como que no ve nada, en la parte oriente del municipio de Aquila ya se encuentran reorganizados y fuertemente armados los ex caballeros templarios con Federico Gonz\u00e1lez <\/strong><\/u>El Lico<\/strong><\/u><\/em>, <\/strong><\/u>El Tena<\/strong><\/u><\/em>, <\/strong><\/u>El Tuco<\/strong><\/u><\/em> y <\/strong><\/u>Chuy Playas <\/strong><\/u><\/em>a la cabeza<\/strong><\/u>, todo esto haciendo evidente el fracaso, en todo el estado, del mando \u00fanico policial y la pavorosa complicidad de la Procuradur\u00eda del Estado que busca el encarcelamiento de nuestros compa\u00f1eros<\/strong><\/u>, mientras que libera a templarios como Ant\u00edoco Ram\u00edrez y Juan Hern\u00e1ndez, autores intelectuales de los pasados atentados en contra de Ceme\u00ed Verd\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Por otro lado la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica ha sido incapaz de llevar ante un juez federal a los integrantes del Ej\u00e9rcito Mexicano que atentaron contra nuestra comunidad el pasado 19 de julio de 2015 y que quitaron la vida al ni\u00f1o Hidelberto Reyes Garc\u00eda<\/strong><\/u>, mientras que la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Derechos Humanos y la Comisi\u00f3n Ejecutiva de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas han sido igualmente incapaces de hacer o de exigir justicia para nuestra comunidad y en vez de ello en una \u00faltima visita a la regi\u00f3n se dedicaron a calumniar al Centro de Derechos Humanos Miguel Agust\u00edn Pro<\/strong>, organismo de derechos humanos que nos ha brindado apoyo y asesor\u00eda justamente antes estas instituciones.<\/p>\n

Por dichas razones que muestran que en EL PA\u00cdS Y EN MICHOAC\u00c1N HAY UNA GUERRA DESATADA POR LOS GOBIERNOS Y LOS CARTELES EN CONTRA DE LOS PUEBLOS DE M\u00c9XICO<\/strong><\/u>, ES QUE ANUNCIAMOS QUE A PARTIR DE MA\u00d1ANA TRES DE NOVIEMBRE ESCALAREMOS NUESTRA LUCHA<\/strong><\/u> Y REALIZAREMOS DIVERSAS MOVILIZACIONES QUE IREMOS ANUNCIANDO CON EL FIN DE QUE SE FRENE EST\u00c1 GUERRA DE EXTERMINIO<\/strong><\/u> EN NUESTRA CONTRA Y SE DE CUMPLIMIENTO A LAS SIGUIENTES EXIGENCIAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    CANCELACI\u00d3N DE LAS ORDENES DE APREHENSI\u00d3N QUE EXISTAN O PUEDAN EXISTIR EN CONTRA DE NUESTRO COMANDANTE COMUNITARIO Y DIRECTOR DE SEGURIDAD EN EL MUNICIPIO DE AQUILA, EL COMPA\u00d1ERO GERM\u00c1N RAM\u00cdREZ S\u00c1NCHEZ<\/strong><\/u> Y\/O EN CONTRA DE CUALQUIER OTRO INTEGRANTE DE LAS POLIC\u00cdAS COMUNITARIAS Y AUTODEFENSAS DE LA COSTA-SIERRA DE MICHOAC\u00c1N, AS\u00cd COMO LA LIBERTAD INMEDIATA DEL C. <\/strong><\/u>ARISTOTELES FLORES CH\u00c1VEZ<\/strong><\/u>.<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
