\nAl digno pueblo binizza de \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Juchit\u00e1n, Oaxaca<\/p>\n
Hermanas y hermanos<\/p>\n
Con rabia e indignaci\u00f3n vemos desde nuestros pueblos, tribus, comunidades, organizaciones y barrios, como el mal gobierno se jacta de demostrar su nula verg\u00fcenza, a trav\u00e9s de sus partidos pol\u00edticos de todos los colores, mientras el mal gobierno siga agrediendo a nuestros pueblos y sus partidos pol\u00edticos sigan intentando imponer la divisi\u00f3n en nuestras comunidades, nuestra palabra no se cansar\u00e1 de denunciar y gritar \u00a1Ya Basta!<\/p>\n
El 14 de mayo pasado, con sa\u00f1a y de manera desvergonzada, las armas de los polic\u00edas y guarda espaldas de la candidata del pan-prd Gloria S\u00e1nchez L\u00f3pez, se atrevieron a apuntar sus armas asesinas contra el digno pueblo de \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Juchit\u00e1n, hiriendo a seis compa\u00f1eros que se encontraban en la asamblea, defendiendo su territorio f\u00edsico y pol\u00edtico, de los proyectos e\u00f3licos de muerte, su energ\u00eda \u201climpia\u201d est\u00e1 sucia de sangre, corrupci\u00f3n y muerte. Los candidatos de todos los partidos pol\u00edticos, que sienten que aun siendo candidatos ya pueden beneficiarse de la impunidad que les otorga el pertenecer a la banda de criminales que mal gobierna el estado de Oaxaca y al pa\u00eds, cree que con balas lograr\u00e1n cambiar la conciencia y matar la dignidad del pueblo binizza.<\/p>\n
La pol\u00edtica nacional deja en evidencia cada vez m\u00e1s que no hay verg\u00fcenza ya en la clase pol\u00edtica, que creen que podr\u00e1n agredir, amenazar y amedrentar la digna lucha de los pueblos. Con agresiones y violencia intentan sembrar el miedo en los dignos corazones que defienden la tierra, el agua y los vientos. desde los cuatro puntos cardinales de nuestros territorios ind\u00edgenas les decimos \u00a1No Podr\u00e1n!\u00a0 No podr\u00e1n quitarnos la rabia que en nuestros corazones se convierten en solidaridad, No podr\u00e1n arrancarnos la dignidad de luchar por defender nuestros territorios ya la vida de nuestros pueblos, No podr\u00e1n amedrentar la digna lucha del pueblo binizza que honra al Congreso Nacional Ind\u00edgena al ser integrante desde hace ya muchos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
Por lo anterior, hermanas y hermanos de Alvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Juchit\u00e1n, Oaxaca, desde los cuatro rumbos de nuestros territorios les decimos \u00a1No est\u00e1n solas! \u00a1No est\u00e1n solos!, nos declaramos en contra de los actos que el mal gobierno de M\u00e9xico y de Oaxaca, a trav\u00e9s de su secuaz Sa\u00fal Vicente V\u00e1zquez, presidente municipal de Juchit\u00e1n, realizan contra los derechos de autodeterminaci\u00f3n y autonom\u00eda del pueblo de Alvaro Obreg\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Denunciamos que las cobardes agresiones, con armas de fuego del d\u00eda 14 y las amenazas que contin\u00faan, son un intento por intimidar a la comunidad de Alvaro Obreg\u00f3n que se opone a la instalaci\u00f3n de proyectos e\u00f3licos en su territorio, a los pol\u00edticos les da coraje que no podr\u00e1n obtener sus ganancias por que se instalen estos proyectos de muerte y creen que con amedrentar al pueblo lo lograr\u00e1n. \u00a1Se equivocan!<\/p>\n
Por todo lo anterior declaramos que:<\/p>\n

- Responsabilizamos al gobierno de Gabino Cue y de Sa\u00fal Vicente V\u00e1zquez de las agresiones que ocurrieron y siguen sucediendo contra la asamblea de la comunidad de Alvaro Obregon, Juchitan, Oaxaca.<\/li>\n
- Exigimos la investigaci\u00f3n y el castigo de los responsables de los disparos que realizaron la polic\u00eda municipal de Juchit\u00e1n y los guardaespaldas de Gloria S\u00e1nchez L\u00f3pez.<\/li>\n
- Que se cancelen los proyectos e\u00f3licos que se intentan imponer en el territorio de la comunidad Alvaro Obreg\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
- Exigimos que Gloria S\u00e1nchez L\u00f3pez y todos los candidatos dejen de intentar imponer su sistema de partidos a la comunidad de Alvaro Obreg\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
- Exigimos que se respete el leg\u00edtimo derecho del pueblo Binizza de elegir a sus propias autoridades de manera aut\u00f3noma.<\/li>\n
- A la comunidad de Alvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Juchit\u00e1n, Oaxaca les decimos, no est\u00e1n solos, como CNI estaremos pendientes de que estos hechos no vuelvan a ocurrir y que haremos escuchar nuestra vos desde todos los rincones de nuestro ensangrentado pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Our peoples, tribes, communities, organizations, and neighborhoods see with rage and indignation how the bad government boasts its total lack of shame, through its political parties of every color, as it continues to attack our peoples and its political parties continue trying to divide our communities. Our voice will not tire of denouncing and shouting, Enough!<\/p>\n
On May 14, brutally and shamelessly, the police and bodyguards of the PAN-PRD candidate Gloria S\u00e1nchez L\u00f3pez dared to aim their murderous weapons at the dignified community of \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Juchit\u00e1n, injuring the six compa\u00f1eros<\/em> who were in an assembly, defending their physical and political territory from deadly wind energy projects, whose \u201cclean\u201d energy is filthy with blood, corruption, and death. The candidates from all of the political parties\u2014who even though they are only candidates feel they can already benefit from the impunity they are granted for belonging to the band of criminals badly governing the state of Oaxaca and the country\u2014believe that with bullets they will manage to change the conscience and kill the dignity of the Binizza people.<\/p>\n
National politics makes it increasingly clear that the political class has no shame. They believe that they can attack, threaten and intimidate the dignified struggle of the people. With aggressions and violence they try to sow fear in the dignified hearts that defend the land, the water, and the wind. From the four cardinal directions of our indigenous territories we say to them: you cannot! You cannot stop the rage in our hearts from turning into solidarity; you cannot strip us of the dignity of struggling to defend our territories and the life of our peoples; you cannot intimidate the dignified struggle of the Binizza people, who have honored the National Indigenous Congress by being a member for many years now.<\/p>\n
Therefore, brothers and sisters of \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Juchit\u00e1n, Oaxaca, from the four directions of our territories we say to you, you are not alone! You are not alone! We declare ourselves against the acts that the bad government of Mexico and Oaxaca, through their henchman Sa\u00fal Vicente V\u00e1zquez, municipal president of Juchit\u00e1n, carry out against the rights to self-determination and autonomy of the people of \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
We denounce that the cowardly aggressions made with firearms on May 14 and the ongoing threats. These are an attempt to intimidate the community of \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, which opposes the installation of wind energy projects in their territory. The politicians get angry when they cannot make their profits by installing these projects of death and who believe that by intimidating the people they will be able to. They are mistaken!<\/p>\n
Because of all of this we declare that:<\/p>\n
We hold the government of Gabino Cue and Sa\u00fal Vicente V\u00e1zquez responsible for the aggressions that have occurred and continue to occur against the assembly of the community of \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Juchitan, Oaxaca.<\/p>\n
We demand the investigation and punishment of those responsible for the shots fired by the municipal police of Juchit\u00e1n and the bodyguards of Gloria S\u00e1nchez L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n
[We demand] the cancellation of the wind energy projects that they are trying to impose on the territory of the \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n community.<\/p>\n
We demand that Gloria S\u00e1nchez L\u00f3pez and all of the candidates stop trying to impose their party system on the community of \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
We demand that they respect the legitimate rights of the Binizza people to elect their own authorities in an autonomous manner.<\/p>\n
To the community of \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, Juchit\u00e1n, Oaxaca, we say, you are not alone; as the CNI we will be vigilant to make sure these events do not happen again and we will make our voice heard from every corner of our blood-soaked country.<\/p>\n
