[:es]A LOS PUEBLOS DE MEXICO Y DEL MUNDO.<\/p>\n

La Comunidad Ind\u00edgena de Santa Mar\u00eda Ostula comunica que la asamblea general de comuneros celebrada de manera EXTRAORDINARIA el d\u00eda 30 de noviembre de este a\u00f1o, ACORDO INICIAR LA REALIZACI\u00d3N DE ACCIONES CONTUNDENTES ANTE LA FALTA DE VOLUNTAD POR PARTE DEL ESTADO MEXICANO EN TODOS SUS NIVELES PARA LIBERAR AL COMANDANTE DE NUESTRA POLIC\u00cdA COMUNITARIA, EL COMPA\u00d1ERO CEME\u00cd VERD\u00cdA ZEPEDA, PRESO INJUSTAMENTE DESDE EL 19 DE JULIO DEL PRESENTE A\u00d1O; Y PARA RESOLVER LA GRAVE PROBLEM\u00c1TICA DE LA COMUNIDAD Y DE LA REGI\u00d3N DE LA COSTA-SIERRA DE MICHOAC\u00c1N, pues, el C\u00c1RTEL DE LOS CABALLEROS TEMPLARIOS sigue articulado y actuando con la complicidad de funcionarios de gobierno corrompidos, y contrastantemente su LUGARTENIENTE en la regi\u00f3n, el ex presidente municipal JUAN HERN\u00c1NDEZ est\u00e1 libre despu\u00e9s de que hab\u00eda sido detenido y sujeto a proceso por haber organizado los atentados en los que han querido privar de su vida al compa\u00f1ero Ceme\u00ed Verd\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Por dicha raz\u00f3n desde el d\u00eda primero de diciembre nuestra comunidad tom\u00f3 la carretera federal n\u00famero 200 y un grupo de 250 comuneros se encuentra en Morelia con el fin de exigir la LIBERTAD INMEDIATA del compa\u00f1ero CEME\u00cd VERD\u00cdA y el cumplimiento a nuestro pliego de exigencias.<\/p>\n

Desde ahora advertimos que nuestras acciones ir\u00e1n escalando sino se da respuesta satisfactoria a nuestras demandas de justicia, por ello llamamos a los pueblos, organizaciones y personas honestas de Michoac\u00e1n, de M\u00e9xico y del mundo entero para que apoyen nuestra causa de PAZ y JUSTICIA resumida en LAS SIGUIENTES EXIGENCIAS:<\/p>\n

La LIBERTAD INMEDIATA E7 INCONDICIONAL DEL COMANDANTE CEME\u00cd VERD\u00cdA ZEPEDA Y EL RETIRO DE LOS FALSOS CARGOS QUE EXISTEN EN SU CONTRA, as\u00ed como la CANCELACI\u00d3N DE LAS ORDENES DE APREHENSI\u00d3N que existen en contra de otros integrantes de nuestra polic\u00eda comunitaria y de los grupos de autodefensa de la regi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n

DESMILITARIZACI\u00d3N DE LA REGI\u00d3N DE LA COSTA-SIERRA DE MICHOAC\u00c1N, EL CASTIGO DE LOS MANDOS Y DE LOS INTEGRANTES DE LAS CORPORACIONES MILITARES Y POLICIACAS QUE ASESINARON AL NI\u00d1O HIDELBERTO REYES GARC\u00cdA, HIRIERON Y GOLPEARON A DIVERSOS COMUNEROS Y DESTRUYERON LOS BIENES DE LA COMUNIDAD DE OSTULA, AS\u00cd COMO LA REPARACI\u00d3N DE LOS DA\u00d1OS CAUSADOS A LOS BIENES DE LA COMUNIDAD DE OSTULA Y LA DEVOLUCI\u00d3N DE LOS SIGUIENTES ART\u00cdCULOS: CUATRO RADIOS DE COMUNICACI\u00d3N, EL SELLO E IDENTIFICACIONES DEL CONSEJO DE VIGILANCIA, UNA PISTOLA CON REGISTRO Y CUATRO JUEGOS DE LLAVES.<\/li>\n
  3. APREHENSI\u00d3N DE LOS JEFES DEL CARTEL TEMPLARIO EN LA REGI\u00d3N, FEDERICO GONZALEZ MEDINA, ALIAS \u201cLICO\u201d, Y MARIO ALVAREZ L\u00d3PEZ, ALIAS \u201cEL CHACAL\u201d, Y DESARTICULACI\u00d3N VERDADERA DE DICHO CARTEL Y DE SU ESTRUCTURA POL\u00cdTICA Y ECON\u00d3MICA.<\/li>\n
  4. EL RESPETO Y OTORGAMIENTO DE GARANT\u00cdAS PARA LA LIBERTAD DE LOS INTEGRANTES Y EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA POLIC\u00cdA COMUNITARIA DE LOS MUNICIPIOS DE AQUILA, COAHUAYANA, CHINICUILA Y COALCOM\u00c1N.<\/li>\n
  5. PRESENTACI\u00d3N CON VIDA DE LOS 6 COMUNEROS DESAPARECIDOS Y EL CASTIGO A LOS AUTORES. INTELECTUALES Y MATERIALES DEL ASESINATO DE 34 COMUNEROS PERTENECIENTES LA COMUNIDAD DE OSTULA A LO LARGO DE LOS \u00daLTIMOS CUATRO A\u00d1OS.<\/li>\n
  6. ALTO A LA DESINFORMACI\u00d3N Y LA CREACI\u00d3N DE GRUPOS DE CHOQUE EN EL PUEBLO NAHUA.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    3. LA CANCELACION DEL PROYECTO DE AUTOPISTA QUE PRETENDEN CONTRUIR EN XOCHICUAHUATLA, MUNICIPIO DE LERMA, EDO DE MEXICO. 4. ALTO A LA GUERRA DE EXTERMINIO DE LOS PUEBLOS ORIGINARIOS.<\/li>\n
