\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1\u00a1COMUNICADO URGENTE!!!!!!!!!!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n A LOS PUEBLOS DE M\u00c9XICO Y DEL MUNDO La Comunidad Ind\u00edgena de Santa Mar\u00eda Ostula, les hacemos un llamado urgente ya que se cumple un mes del encarcelamiento de nuestro hermano, comandante y compa\u00f1ero Ceme\u00ed Verd\u00eda Zepeda y la represi\u00f3n violenta f\u00edsica y psicol\u00f3gica que sufrimos l@s comuner@s de Santa Mar\u00eda Ostula. Represi\u00f3n donde algunos de nuestros comuner@s resultaron heridos y el menor Hidelberto Reyes Garc\u00eda fue asesinado brutalmente como ya es conocido por la publicaci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples medios informativos y tantas visitas de varios organismos, que seg\u00fan, hicieron la labor de investigaci\u00f3n de los hechos lamentables del 19 de julio del presente a\u00f1o, quienes lejos de decir verdad cumplen a los intereses del gobierno y los grandes capitalistas nacionales y trasnacionales.<\/p>\n Desde esa fecha mantenemos las siguientes exigencias:<\/p>\n 1.-LA LIBERTAD INMEDIATA E INCONDICIONAL DEL COMANDANTE CEME\u00cd VERD\u00cdA ZEPEDA Y EL RETIRO DE LOS FALSOS CARGOS QUE EXISTEN ENSU CONTRA.<\/p>\n 2.-EL CASTIGO DE LOS MANDOS Y DE LOS INTEGRANTES DELAS CORPORACIONES MILITARES Y POLICIACAS QUE ASESINARON AL NI\u00d1O HIDILBERTO REYES GARC\u00cdA, HIRIERON Y GOLPEARON A DIVERSOS COMUNEROS Y DESTRUYERON LOS BIENES DE LA COMUNIDAD DE OSTULA.<\/p>\n 3.-LA REPARACI\u00d3N DE LOS DA\u00d1OS CAUSADOS A LOS BIENES DE LA COMUNIDAD DE OSTULA Y LA DEVOLUCI\u00d3N DE LOS SIGUIENTES ART\u00cdCULOS: CUATRO RADIOS DE COMUNICACI\u00d3N, EL SELLO E IDENTIFICACIONES DEL CONSEJO DE VIGILANCIA.<\/p>\n 4.-PRESENTACI\u00d3N CON VIDA DE LOS COMUNEROS DESAPARECIDOS Y EL CASTIGO A LOS AUTORES INTELECTUALES Y MATERIALES DEL ASESINATO DE COMUNEROS PERTENECIENTES LA COMUNIDAD DE OSTULA A LO LARGO DE LOS \u00daLTIMOS CUATRO A\u00d1OS, QUE HA QUEDADO IMPUNE.<\/p>\n 5.-EL RESPETO, RECONOCIMIENTO Y OTORGAMIENTO DE GARANT\u00cdAS PARA EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA POLIC\u00cdA COMUNITARIA DE LOS MUNICIPIOS DE AQUILA, COAHUAYANA, CHINICUILA Y COALCOM\u00c1N; YA QUE SON LOS VERDADEROS GUARDIANES DE LOS PUEBLOS ORIGINARIOS.<\/p>\n 6.- NOS MANIFESTAMOS EN CONTRA DE LOS MEGAPROYECTOS TURISTICOS Y MINEROS, QUE PRETENDEN DESTRUIR Y SAQUEAR LOS RECURSOS MINERALES Y LA PRIVATIZACI\u00d3N DE NUESTRAS PLAYAS EN NUESTRO TERRITORIO NAHUA.<\/p>\n 7.-ALTO A LA DESINFORMACI\u00d3N Y LA CREACI\u00d3N DE GRUPOS DE CHOQUE EN EL PUEBLO NAHUA.<\/p>\n A la fecha de redacci\u00f3n denunciamos que no vemos respuesta por parte del gobierno federal, ni estatal. Nos damos cuenta que el ej\u00e9rcito mexicano no ha sido castigado, sino m\u00e1s bien, ha sido premiado con bonos y diplomas por la participaci\u00f3n en los hechos delictivos antes mencionados, por lo que culpamos a los gobiernos de la impunidad al no haber castigo a los culpables de la agresi\u00f3n. Nuestro \u00fanico delito es defender nuestra \u201cMadre Tierra\u201d ante los intereses de los grupos de poder, que pretenden apoderarse y despojarnos del territorio comunal en la que descansan nuestros abuelos y es una de las razones que jam\u00e1s abandonaremos y dejaremos esta lucha.<\/p>\n Responsabilizamos a los 2 niveles de gobierno (FEDERAL Y ESTATAL) de cualquier atropello, detenciones, desapariciones, secuestros y violaciones a nuestros derechos como pueblo originario de Santa Mar\u00eda Ostula.<\/p>\n Y ADEM\u00c1S NOS SUMAMOS A LAS EXIGENCIAS:<\/p>\n 1.- LA APARICI\u00d3N CON VIDA DE LOS 43 JOVENES ESTUDIANTES DE AYOTZINAPA, GUERRERO, Y JUSTICIA PARA LOS TRES J\u00d3VENES ASESINADOS.<\/p>\n 2.-LIBERTAD DE TODOS LOS PRESOS POLITICOS DEL PA\u00cdS Y EL MUNDO.<\/p>\n 3.- LA CANCELACI\u00d3N DEL PROYECTO DE AUTOPISTA QUE PRETENDEN CONTRUIR EN XOCHICUAHUATLA, MUNICIPIO DE LERMA, EDO.
