ALLANAMIENTO EN LAS OFICINAS DE SIPAZ, DEJANDO NOTA INTIMIDATORIA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Entre el viernes 14 y la madrugada del 17 de agosto de 2015, las oficinas del Servicio Internacional para la Paz (SIPAZ) fueron allanadas, las cuales se encuentran ubicadas en la Avenida Chil\u00f3n #8 en San Crist\u00f3bal de Las Casas, Chiapas. Una mesa de trabajo ten\u00eda marcas de desorden, en donde un integrante del equipo hab\u00eda dejado dinero oculto por reportar gastos de salidas. De ese dinero, faltan 4.196 pesos, y 210 pesos se dejaron en la mesa en diferentes lugares. Posteriormente, se encontr\u00f3 una nota entre los papeles que dec\u00eda \u201cCuidado guerita (sic)\u201d (ver foto). Las puertas no estaban forzadas, ni las ventanas, adem\u00e1s de que no percibimos la falta de otro material de valor, incluyendo computadoras.<\/p>\n

SIPAZ es un programa de observaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento internacional. Desde 1995,\u00a0SIPAZ\u00a0se ha desarrollado como un programa permanente en Chiapas que juega un papel de disuasi\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia socio-pol\u00edtica en Chiapas, y de forma puntual en Oaxaca y Guerrero, para aportar desde la perspectiva no violenta en la construcci\u00f3n de una paz positiva en estos estados. SIPAZ est\u00e1 conformado por una coalici\u00f3n de 47 organizaciones internacionales, adem\u00e1s de una junta directiva procedentes de Europa y Am\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n

Ante la gravedad de los hechos, expresamos nuestra gran preocupaci\u00f3n respecto a nuestra protecci\u00f3n y seguridad, as\u00ed como a las de personas y procesos acompa\u00f1ados. Cabe recordar que, en el marco de lo dispuesto por la Declaraci\u00f3n sobre los Defensores de los Derechos Humanos, adoptada por la Asamblea General de la ONU el 9 de diciembre de 1998, en lo referente al Art\u00edculo 1: \u201cToda persona tiene derecho, individual o colectivamente, a promover y procurar la protecci\u00f3n y realizaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos y las libertades fundamentales en los planos nacional e internacional\u201d.<\/p>\n

A TRESPASS IN THE OFFICE OF SIPAZ,<\/strong>
\nLEAVING INTIMIDATORY NOTE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Between Friday, August 14 and the midnight of August 17, 2015, the office of the International Service for Peace (SIPAZ), located in Avenida Chil\u00f3n #8 in San Crist\u00f3bal de Las Casas, Chiapas, was trespassed. A working desk had evidence of disorder, where a team member had left money from an outing that had not yet been recorded. Of that money, 4,196 pesos are missing and 210 pesos were left on the desk in different places. Subsequently, a note was found among the papers that reads \u201cbe careful white girl\u201d (see photo). The doors were not forced, nor were the windows, and there is no lack of material value, including computers.<\/p>\n

SIPAZ is an organization of international observation and accompaniment. Since 1995, SIPAZ has developed as a permanent program in Chiapas that serves the role of dissuasion and prevention of socio-political violence in Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Guerrero, to contribute from the perspective of nonviolence in the construction of positive peace in these states. SIPAZ consists of a coalition of 47 international organizations, and a board of directors from Europe and America.<\/p>\n

Given the seriousness of the events, we express our grave concern regarding our safety and security, as well as the people and defense processes we accompany. It should be recalled that under the provisions of the Declaration on Human Rights Defenders adopted by the UN General Assembly on December 9, 1998, in relation to Article 1: \u201cEveryone has the right, individually and in association with others, to promote and to strive for the protection and realization of human rights and fundamental freedoms at the national and international levels.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n
