{"id":10893,"date":"2014-10-23T20:56:34","date_gmt":"2014-10-24T01:56:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiozapatista.org\/?p=10893"},"modified":"2017-07-04T08:30:29","modified_gmt":"2017-07-04T13:30:29","slug":"declaracion-conjunta-cni-ezln-del-22-octubre-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiozapatista.org\/?p=10893","title":{"rendered":"<!--:es-->Declaraci\u00f3n Conjunta CNI-EZLN del 22 octubre 2014. <!--:--><!--:en-->Joint Declaration CNI-EZLN on 22 October 2014<!--:-->"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--:es--><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">DECLARACI\u00d3N CONJUNTA  DEL CONGRESO NACIONAL IND\u00cdGENA Y EL EZLN SOBRE EL CRIMEN DE AYOTZINAPA Y  POR LA LIBERTAD DE LOS L\u00cdDERES YAQUIS.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong> (NOTA: este texto fue le\u00eddo por miembros del Congreso  Nacional Ind\u00edgena en alguna de las movilizaciones que se realizaron en  M\u00e9xico el 22 de octubre del 2014, y no, como report\u00f3 la prensa de paga,  por representantes del EZLN).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>M\u00e9xico, al 22 de octubre del 2014.<\/p>\n<p>A los estudiantes de la Normal Rural Isidro Burgos, de Ayotzinapa, Guerrero<br \/>\nA la Tribu Yaqui<br \/>\nA la Sexta Nacional e Internacional<br \/>\nA los pueblos del mundo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">PORQUE ES CON RABIA Y REBELD\u00cdA,<br \/>\nY NO CON RESIGNACI\u00d3N Y CONFORMISMO,<br \/>\nCOMO ABAJO NOS DOLEMOS.<br \/>\n<em>EZLN. 19 de octubre de 2014<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Desde los pueblos que somos en nuestras luchas de resistencia y  rebeld\u00eda, enviamos nuestra palabra espejo de esa parte de este pa\u00eds que  nos nombramos el Congreso Nacional Ind\u00edgena, reunidos porque el dolor y  la rabia nos llaman por que nos duelen.<\/p>\n<p>La desaparici\u00f3n de los 43 compa\u00f1eros estudiantes de la Normal Rural  Isidro Burgos de Ayotzinapa, Guerrero, secuestrados- desaparecidos por  los Malos Gobiernos, imponen una penumbra de luto, de zozobra y de  rabia. La esperanza por la aparici\u00f3n de los compa\u00f1eros es el dolor que  nos une y es la rabia que se hace la luz de la veladora que se moviliza  por todo el pa\u00eds llevando un grito de dignidad y de rebeld\u00eda en el  M\u00e9xico de Abajo.<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Joint Declaration from the National Indigenous Congress and the  EZLN on the crime in Ayotzinapa and for the liberation of the Yaqui  leaders<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>(Note: this text was read by CNI members in one of the mobilizations  held in Mexico on October 22, 2014, and not by EZLN representatives, as  some of the paid press reported.)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mexico, October 22, 2014<\/p>\n<p>To the students of the <em>Normal Rural<strong>[i]<\/strong><\/em> Isidro Burgos, in Ayotiznapa, Guerrero<br \/>\nTo the Yaqui Tribe<br \/>\nTo the National and International Sixth<br \/>\nTo the peoples of the world<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>\u201cBecause those of us below hurt with rage and rebellion, not with resignation and conformity.\u201d <\/em><br \/>\nEZLN, October 19, 2014<\/p>\n<p>From our peoples in struggle, from within our resistance and  rebellion, we send our words as a reflection of this part of the country  that we have constitute and call the National Indigenous Congress. We  are gathered by the pain and the rage that call to us because it is a  pain and rage that we share.<\/p>\n<p>The disappearance of the 43 student compa\u00f1eros of the <em>Normal Rural<\/em> Isidro Burgos of Ayotzinapa, Guerrero, kidnapped and disappeared by the  Bad Governments, imposes upon us a shadow of mourning, angst, and rage.  Our hope for the reappearance of the compa\u00f1eros is also the pain that  unites us; our rage illuminates the candles that today light the way of  mobilizations all over the country, raising the cry of dignity and  rebellion in Mexico below.<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--more--><!--:es--><\/p>\n<p>Sabemos que mientras los criminales gobiernan este pa\u00eds encabezados  por el jefe supremo de los paramilitares Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto, los que  forjan la consciencia ejerciendo y defendiendo la educaci\u00f3n son  asesinados y desaparecidos y los que defienden el agua para un pueblo  heroico y milenario como es la Tribu Yaqui est\u00e1n en la c\u00e1rcel.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno mexicano ha pretendido minimizar la criminal represi\u00f3n  hacia los compa\u00f1eros normalistas como si fueran v\u00edctimas m\u00e1s de la  delincuencia, como lo ha hecho una y otra vez a lo largo del pa\u00eds. Unas  cuantas muertes m\u00e1s para los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, pero los pueblos  que hemos sufrido la represi\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples formas sabemos que los  delincuentes est\u00e1n en todos los partidos pol\u00edticos, en las c\u00e1maras de  diputados y senadores, en presidencias municipales, en palacios de  gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>A los pueblos originarios nos duele Ayotzinapa, los 43 compa\u00f1eros  normalistas siguen desparecidos y el Estado hace como que no sabe donde  est\u00e1n, como si no hubiera sido el Estado quien se los llev\u00f3, pretenden  desaparecer la consciencia y hoy los desaparecidos est\u00e1n presentes en el  pensamiento de este pa\u00eds, en la mirada atenta y el coraz\u00f3n de los que  somos el Congreso Nacional ind\u00edgena.<\/p>\n<p>En este pa\u00eds hay peligrosas mafias y se hacen llamar Estado Mexicano,  para ellos estorbamos los que somos los pueblos que luchan, los que no  hemos tenido rostro y para que nos quede claro nos lo arrancan, los que  somos los nadie, los que vemos y sentimos la violencia, los que sufrimos  los ataques m\u00faltiples y simult\u00e1neos, los que sabemos que en este pa\u00eds  pasa algo malo, muy malo, se llama guerra y es contra todos. Una guerra  que abajo se ve y se sufre en su totalidad.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy reiteramos\u00a0 que mientras no aparezcan con vida nuestros  compa\u00f1eros normalistas de Ayotzinapa y en el estado de Sonora, nuestros  hermanos Mario Luna Romero y Fernando Jim\u00e9nez se encuentren presos por  defender el agua sagrada del r\u00edo Yaqui, mientras est\u00e9n secuestrados por  los malos gobiernos seguiremos respondiendo en consecuencia.<\/p>\n<p>Como en Guerrero, la represi\u00f3n en contra de los pueblos, el saqueo de  recursos naturales, la destrucci\u00f3n de los territorios, son operados en  todo el pa\u00eds por el Narco Estado sin escr\u00fapulos y que usa el terrorismo  para fabricar dolor y miedo es su manera de gobernar.<\/p>\n<p>Ese dolor y rabia se han convertido en dignidad y rebeld\u00eda en contra  de la guerra de exterminio, pues lo contrario es esperar la muerte, el  despojo y m\u00e1s dolor y m\u00e1s rabia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Exigimos la presentaci\u00f3n con vida de los  43 normalistas desaparecidos y el desmantelamiento de toda la  estructura de Estado que sostiene al crimen organizado!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Exigimos la inmediata liberaci\u00f3n de los compa\u00f1eros Mario Luna y Fernando Jim\u00e9nez!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Su dolor es el nuestro, su rabia es la nuestra!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A 22 de octubre de 2014<br \/>\nNunca M\u00e1s un M\u00e9xico sin Nosotros<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Congreso Nacional Ind\u00edgena<br \/>\nComit\u00e9 Clandestino Revolucionario Ind\u00edgena- Comandancia General del<br \/>\nEj\u00e9rcito Zapatista de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p>We know that as long as this country is governed by criminals, lead  by the supreme paramilitary leader Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto, those who  strengthen their political and social conscience by exercising and  defending education will be murdered and disappeared, and those, like  the Yaqui Tribe, who defend water for their ancient and heroic people,  will be imprisoned.<\/p>\n<p>The Mexican government has tried to minimize the criminal repression  of the student compa\u00f1eros as if they were just a few more victims of  delinquent crime, as they have done time and time again across the  country. They may be just a few more dead for the media, but those of us  who have suffered many kinds of repression know that that the  delinquents are in the political parties, all of them, in the house of  representatives and the senate, in the municipal presidencies, and in  the halls of government.<\/p>\n<p>Ayotizinapa pains us. The 43 students are still missing and the State  acts as if it doesn\u2019t know where they are, as if it wasn\u2019t the State  itself who took them. They try to disappear our conscience as well, but  today the disappeared are present in the thoughts of this whole country,  in the attentive gaze and the heart of those of us who make up the  National Indigenous Congress.<\/p>\n<p>In this country there are dangerous mafias, and they are called the  Mexican State. We disturb and bother them, we who struggle, we who have  no face\u2014who have had it torn away\u2014we who are nobody, we who see and feel  the violence, we who suffer multiple and simultaneous attacks, we who  know that something terrible, very terrible, is happening in this  country: a war against all. It is a war that we below see and suffer in  its totality.<\/p>\n<p>We reiterate today that as long as our student compa\u00f1eros from  Ayotzinapa do not appear alive and well, as long as our brothers Mario  Luna Romero and Fernando Jim\u00e9nez from the State of Sonora continue to be  held prisoner for defending the sacred waters of the river Yaqui, as  long as they remain kidnapped by the bad governments, we will continue  responding accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>As in Guerrero, the repression against the people, the extraction of  natural resources, and the destruction of the territories in the entire  country are operated by the Narco State, without scruples. It uses  terror in order to manufacture pain and fear; this is how it governs.<\/p>\n<p>Against the war of extermination, this pain and rage has been  transformed into dignity and rebellion.
