Tambi\u00e9n es seguro que venimos a compartir los valiosos conocimientos, experiencias de lucha, de organizaci\u00f3n, retos y desaf\u00edos.<\/p>\n

Frente a los capitalistas invasores Neoliberales que tanto da\u00f1o nos han causado.<\/p>\n

Estos invasores no se llenaron, no les bast\u00f3 con el robo y saqueo que hicieron los conquistadores en 1492.<\/p>\n

Esos conquistadores encontraron resistencia de los pueblos, tribus, naciones originarios de estas tierras, de este pa\u00eds que es M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

Asesinaron a quienes se opusieron a ser sometidos bajo el poder de la monarqu\u00eda espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n

Estos malvados verdugos invasores mancharon sus manos de sangre ind\u00edgena, robaron las riquezas que cuidaban nuestros m\u00e1s viejos abuelos.<\/p>\n

Pero no s\u00f3lo persiguieron a los pueblos indios de M\u00e9xico y de toda Am\u00e9rica Latina con el prop\u00f3sito de desaparecer la existencia de los pueblos originarios y desterrar su existencia.<\/p>\n

Eso no lo consiguieron, la muestra es que aqu\u00ed estamos presentes.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed se perdi\u00f3 la comunicaci\u00f3n de los pueblos de nuestros ancestros, se perdi\u00f3 la relaci\u00f3n de los pueblos.<\/p>\n

Pero la sabidur\u00eda y la inteligencia de nuestros m\u00e1s viejos abuelos, se ocultaron de la invasi\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed hicieron que otra vez se existieran los pueblos originarios.<\/p>\n

Nos crecimos bajo el olvido de los poderosos, y as\u00ed pasaron los 500 a\u00f1os en todos los rincones de nuestra patria mexicana.<\/p>\n

Nosotros los pueblos originarios fuimos ignorados, enga\u00f1ados, olvidados, explotados, por m\u00e1s de 500 a\u00f1os esclavizados en el dominio.<\/p>\n

Y ahora de nuevo est\u00e1 el invento de los poderosos neoliberales, es la maquinaria de destrucci\u00f3n de desaparici\u00f3n de nuestros pueblos.<\/p>\n

Lo han hecho m\u00e1s grande y moderna amparados con leyes y malos gobernantes para invadirnos de nueva cuenta.<\/p>\n

Con su nuevo plan de despojo, despoj\u00e1ndonos en nuestra madre tierra, con la maquinaria del poder del dinero y saquear todas las riquezas que la madre tierra tiene, que hace millones de a\u00f1os ah\u00ed las tiene guardada.<\/p>\n

Con esta m\u00e1quina viene acompa\u00f1ada la muerte y destrucci\u00f3n de nuestros pueblos y de nuestra madre tierra.<\/p>\n

Y cuando decimos estas dos palabras tan conocidas por nuestros pueblos, estas palabras de muerte y destrucci\u00f3n, llevamos nuestro coraz\u00f3n y nuestra mirada hasta el pueblo PALESTINO. Porque lo escuchamos y lo leemos que dicen que \u201cel conflicto de Gaza\u201d, como si fueran dos fuerzas iguales que se est\u00e1n enfrentando, como si al decir \u201cconflicto\u201d se escondieran la muerte y la destrucci\u00f3n y as\u00ed ya no matara la muerte y ya no destruyera la destrucci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Pero como ind\u00edgenas que somos lo sabemos bien que lo que est\u00e1 pasando no es un \u201cconflicto\u201d, sino que es UNA MASACRE, que lo que hay es el gobierno de Israel haciendo una guerra de exterminio en contra del pueblo PALESTINO. Lo dem\u00e1s son palabras que quieren esconder la realidad.<\/p>\n

Pero tambi\u00e9n sabemos, como ind\u00edgenas que somos, que el pueblo de PALESTINA resistir\u00e1 y se levantar\u00e1 de nuevo y volver\u00e1 a andar y sabr\u00e1 entonces que, aunque lejos en los mapas, los pueblos zapatistas los abrazamos hoy como lo hicimos antes, como lo haremos siempre, o sea que los abrazamos con nuestro coraz\u00f3n colectivo.<\/p>\n

Y ac\u00e1 en nuestro mapa, esta m\u00e1quina de guerra del poder del dinero, est\u00e1 sin cerebro, est\u00e1 desmemoriada, malvados, son animales salvajes, contra nuestros pueblos ind\u00edgenas de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

No les importa la destrucci\u00f3n, la muerte de nuestros pueblos enteros, de tribus y naciones.<\/p>\n

Nosotros los pueblos originarios de M\u00e9xico estamos desprotegidos de leyes y malos gobiernos.<\/p>\n

La esperanza que hay somos nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n

Nadie va venir a salvarnos, nadie absolutamente nadie va a luchar por nosotros.<\/p>\n

Ni partidos pol\u00edticos, ni pol\u00edticos, ni leyes, ni nada hay para nosotros.<\/p>\n

Compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros. Los partidos pol\u00edticos, leyes, y malos gobiernos ya lo demostraron claro.<\/p>\n

Ya no van a poder seguir enga\u00f1ando, pues ya lo demostraron estos 83 a\u00f1os. Todos \u00e9sos est\u00e1n al servicio de los capitalistas transnacionales.<\/p>\n

Por eso tenemos que luchar juntos para defendernos y a defender nuestra madre tierra.<\/p>\n

La tierra que nos vio nacer, que nos da vida y finalmente descansamos en ella eternamente.<\/p>\n

Por eso somos todos los colores que somos, todas las lenguas que hablan nuestros corazones, por eso somos pueblos, somos tribus y somos naci\u00f3n. Somos los y las guardianas y guardianes de estas tierras, de este pa\u00eds M\u00e9xico, de este continente y del mundo.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed que compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros hoy ser\u00e1 nuestro comienzo de caminar y la b\u00fasqueda de c\u00f3mo debemos de hacer nuestra defensa com\u00fanmente, no hay m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/p>\n

Con sabidur\u00eda e inteligencia trabajemos estos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n

Que hoy estamos inaugurando este nuestro encuentro de compartici\u00f3n de nombre al compa\u00f1ero David Ruiz Garc\u00eda, que su coraz\u00f3n siga caminando en nuestro paso, siendo las 10 horas con 21 minutos, del d\u00eda de hoy 3 de agosto del 2014.<\/p>\n

We hope that you have all arrived safe and sound in order to carry out this first very important exchange between the National Indigenous Congress and the Zapatista communities.<\/p>\n

This exchange carries the name of the compa\u00f1ero \u201cDavid Ruiz Garc\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n

We send our most sincere greetings to all of our compa\u00f1er@s insurgentes.<\/p>\n

And to the compa\u00f1eras and compa\u00f1eros \u2013 elders, young people, and children \u2013 who are bases of support of the Zapatista Army for National Liberation.<\/p>\n

As well as to all of the compa\u00f1eras and compa\u00f1eros of the Fuerzas Mexicanas de Milicias [Mexican Militia Forces] of the EZLN.<\/p>\n

To the members of the MAREZ (Autonomous Zapatista Municipalities in Rebellion) and to all of the compa\u00f1er@s who make up the Good Government Councils.<\/p>\n

Compa\u00f1eros and compa\u00f1eras of the National Indigenous Congress.<\/p>\n

We come to share our suffering and pain caused by the Neoliberal system.<\/p>\n

But not only this.<\/p>\n

We also come to share valuable knowledges, our experiences in struggle and organization, and our goals and challenges.<\/p>\n

We do so in the face of the neoliberal capitalist invaders that have done us so much damage.<\/p>\n

These invaders were not satisfied with the theft and looting carried out by the conquistadors in 1492.<\/p>\n

Those conquistadors encountered the resistance of the peoples, tribes, and indigenous nations of these lands of this country called Mexico.<\/p>\n

They killed those who opposed subordination to the Spanish monarchy.<\/p>\n

These wicked invading tormentors stained their hands with indigenous blood and stole the richness cared for by our oldest ancestors.<\/p>\n

They persecuted the Indian peoples of Mexico and all of Latin America with the goal of eliminating the indigenous peoples completely and banishing their existence.<\/p>\n

They did not achieve this. That we are here now is proof.<\/p>\n

However, communication from the communities of our ancestors was lost; the relations of these communities were lost.<\/p>\n

But the wisdom and intelligence of our oldest grandparents was hidden from the Spanish invasion.<\/p>\n

And with that the indigenous peoples remade their existence.<\/p>\n

We grew, forgotten by the powerful, for 500 years in all of the corners of our Mexican homeland.<\/p>\n

We as originary peoples were ignored, deceived, forgotten, exploited, and enslaved in their dominion for more than 500 years.<\/p>\n

And now, through the rise of the neoliberal powers, the machine of destruction appears once again to disappear our peoples.<\/p>\n

They have made it bigger and more modern, supported by laws and bad governments, in order to invade us once again.<\/p>\n

It has a new plan of dispossession, dispossessing us of our mother earth using the machinery of the power of money, looting the riches that mother earth has held and kept safe for millions of years.<\/p>\n

With this machine comes the death and destruction of our peoples and our mother earth.<\/p>\n

When we say these two words so well known by our peoples\u2014these words of death and destruction\u2014our heart and our gaze goes to the PALESTINIAN people. We hear and read what they say about \u201cthe conflict in Gaza,\u201d as if there were two equal forces confronting each other, and as if saying \u201cconflict\u201d would hide the death and destruction such that death would not kill and destruction would not destroy.<\/p>\n

But as the indigenous people that we are, we know that what is happening there is not a \u201cconflict\u201d but a MASSACRE, that the government of Israel is carrying out a war of extermination upon the PALESTINIAN people. Everything else is just words to try to hide reality.<\/p>\n

But we also know, as the indigenous people that we are, that the PALESTINIAN people will resist and will rise again, that they will once again begin to walk and that they will known then that, although we are far away on the map, the Zapatista peoples embrace them today as we have before, as we always do, with our collective heart.<\/p>\n

And here on our map, the power of money\u2019s machine of war of is without a brain, without memory, wicked, like a savage animal unleashed against our indigenous peoples of Mexico.<\/p>\n

They do not care about the destruction and death of our entire peoples, tribes, and nations.<\/p>\n

We as the indigenous peoples of Mexico are not protected by laws and by bad governments.<\/p>\n

Our hope lies only in ourselves.<\/p>\n

No one is going to come save us; absolutely no one will fight for us.<\/p>\n

Not political parties, nor politicians, nor laws; there is nothing there for us.<\/p>\n

Compa\u00f1eras and compa\u00f1eros. The political parties, laws, and bad governments have demonstrated this clearly.<\/p>\n

They will not be able to keep deceiving us; they have shown what they are for the last 83 years. They all work in the service of transnational capitalists.<\/p>\n

That is why we have to struggle together to defend ourselves and to defend our mother earth.<\/p>\n

This is the earth from which we were born, that gave us life, and in which we will rest eternally.<\/p>\n

That is why we are all the colors that we are, all of the languages that our hearts speak; that is why we are peoples, tribes, and nations. We are the guardians of these lands, of this country Mexico, of this continent and of the world.<\/p>\n

So, compa\u00f1eras and compa\u00f1eros, today is the beginning of our walk together and our search for how we will defend ourselves communally. There is no more time.<\/p>\n

We will work with wisdom and intelligence these days together.<\/p>\n

We inaugurate this encounter of exchange under the name of compa\u00f1ero David Ruiz Garc\u00eda, let his heart continue to walk in our step, today August 3, 2014, at 10 hours and 21 minutes.<\/p>\n
