Minerva: 18 Years Demanding Justice, 18 Years of Impunity

El 20 de junio de 1996, Minerva Guadalupe Pérez Torres, indígena chól y quien entonces tenía 19 años, desapareció en la comunidad Miguel Alemán, del municipio de Tila, Chiapas, cuando el transporte público en el que viajaba fue interceptado por Sabelino Torres, dirigente del grupo paramilitar “Paz y Justicia” quien ordenara la retención de Minerva, y desde entonces se desconoce su paradero.
